stems are wounded in the middle
as mentioned when they started flowering,my white table has fallen on parts of the plants and damaged
the main stem and a few branches.
i tied and bandaged the main stem and supported with sticks.
They flowered almost as if nothing happened except for a few small branches that stopped getting nutes and died
in the pics you can see how the main stems got severely broken in the middle.
in the last 2 weeks there has been a few weather changes such as storm, heat, and colder climate during night time,
i was ready for storm with a plastic roof on top-they were perfectly protected from water and winds and stayed healthy during 2 days of winter.got a perfect color due to colder nights and today decided they are ripe.trichs are cloudy mostly
Hey awesome looking plant. Beautiful flowers on this diary. Did you use supplemental lighting in addition to the sun? I couldn't figure out how to get my diary to show the distance from the sun. โ๏ธ
@Experimentgreen,hi
i was away for a while..travelling...sorry for the late reply.
i didnt quite understand your question here...
what i did was giving it all day sunlight plus a few hours of leds from dusk on timer, moving the pots manually everyday from outdoor into led room and back - all that in vegging..when days got 12 12 i left them to flower with sun only.
@midEastern, Thanks so much. I didn't want you to think i was criticizing your diary or anything. Speaking of which you are killing it on the Lemon Skunk! Does it grow really well where you live or just using it to experiment with cloning and mastering the strain? I love lemon skunk, it's one of my favorites right now. Congratulations on so many successful grows. โ๏ธ
@Lysidious,ohh ok now i under stand,it happens alot, but, specially when soil is totally dry, in that situation the roots and soil wont accept the water for a few moments because the roots are shrinked coz of the draught, its biological mechanism of any plant when it is dry, what you should do is water the soil at first with very small amount then wait a few moments, the plant senses the new humidity after a draught, opens up the roots receptors and prepares it self for more water, thats how it wont reject it and less water goes to trash, try it.....anyways ,ive been comparing a lot lately between fabric/airated pots with regular ones, i always yield 10%-20% more with fabric/airated
@midEastern, when using fabric pots, when I water the water sometimes runs off from the sides of the fabric pot, or does not penetrate the soil and then runs to the edge of the pot and then leaks though the fabric
@BigNate89,in the middle east the climate is good except july-aug when its too hot...
but you can run outdoor from april or may and you will harvest at end of sep...if you get her hydrated enough (everyday here) and get her with the basic nutes they overcome anything and the strong sun get them very juicy...in winter it gets about 10c outside so i do indoors with enough warmth from my ledhps
works well too
everyone cheers...
checkout my last pics with my draws on them....
A part is tops of buds.....other lower parts are big what is called "sugar leaves"....
Cannot see any ambers on tops but lower parts are filled with ambers
what do u think about due day?
