Man these ladies are stacking javelins! Colas galore throughout their canopy. Sexy and healthy! 1 lady got a touch taller than the other 2. Shes been super cropped again to reduce her height and even out the canopy a bit. But the other 2 are getting quality exposure none the less. They got treated with Dr zhymes as a preventative. That will basically wrap up their treatments ...possibly once more with lost coast. Upped the pk intake as they are blooming strong now. Gotta keep those engines well fuelled. Response was stellar. Took one clone per plant on day one of week 7 and flipped to flowering. Defoliated as well and have a feeding of 1-5-2-5 of Cal Mag and General Hydro Trio. Feeding every other or third day depending on soil moisture content. Clones got Foop cloning gel and are in peat pellets in germinating rack at 85 deg F. I might have messed up by cutting off all the fan leaves, but we will see if they take root.

Starting week 3 of flowering and week 6 of over all growth. she seems to be very happy now that I've fixed the pH issue and she is growing pretty fast. I decided to do a decent defoliation and pull everything to the sides again trying to keep her as wide as possible. I also super-cropped a few of the shoots in the middle to keep them at the same height as the branches I pulled down and to the side.

Unfortunately, all three are yellowing, showing signs of deficiency already. I'll continue to monitor them for any changes. I think the cause was they were in their peat pellets getting straight water, then when transplanted into their 5g pots which were pre-moistened with straight well water that was ph'd to 6.2 but had zero nutrients. They have now received one feeding and will get another in 2-3 days which I hope will help to bring their color back. 10/10- All three Tropicana Cookies are still not where I'd like them to be. I'll give them another feed tomorrow and see if that helps. They are so small and young at this point that I don't want to feed more often until I know that their roots are developed a bit more. 10/12- Today I fed the girls with a 10min. fill cycle, during which I monitored the moisture level of the medium via a soil hydrometer, then drained the system. 10/14- There goes the first week for the Tropicana Cookies and honestly, it could have been better. With this being my first attempt at 'Hydro' I fully expected to have a few hiccups along the way and this is just one of those that I will learn from and move forward! Finally coming to an end this week, didn’t get to properly flush the nutrients out to see the leaves begin to fade but next grow i will pay more attention to this. Definitely needed to hold the plant up using chopsticks but hey it worked

---GENERAL COMMENT--- Girls are at day 4 technically, but i like to update Sunday always, so keep that in mind, is 1/2 a week now. From germination to soil emerging took 3-4 days, no issues at all. 100% germination rate from multiple breeders till now. I will try my best to do a stress free grow again, so will grow mainly naturally. ---RQS EASY BUD--- Ironically the Easy bud is developing better and growing faster than her sister. ---DAY 10 UPDATE--- Over some days she got volume, just started to use RECHARGE, and wow, that thing works, 48H you could tell something is different, since watering with it the stem is thicker and is growing more vigorous, lets see how it will impact overall! ---DAY 14 UPDATE. WEEK 2 FINAL--- This is the last day of this week and this girl is absolutely amazing, she grew a lot, showing already the intension of shooting up more stems, i'm very happy with her, it has been a delight to grow, response in very good. Voodoo juice is of by now, will keep the recharge maintenance every other watering as i'm loving it. Feeding program will start soon!

If you’ve followed along you’ll know how well this plant grew. It handled a lot of stress from supercropping, LST, and defoliation. The plant wanted to produce and wasn’t letting me get in the way of that. 7 days dry in my new dry and curing room. First 4 days 70*f and 55% humidity increased to 60 by the final day. I ended up with just over 6 ounces dry weight, well trimmed, and properly weighed. My seedsman Gelat.OG grown at the same time was an 8oz plant and the only one that beat the lemon pie on dry weight. The smell and colors of the lemon pie had me going crazy from early flower til the end. It was an absolute pleasure to grow. This is the second Lemon pie I’ve finished, a friend was running out of room so I finished his plant. He also got close to 6ozs but the smoke was much different and the colors were as well. You will run into very different phenos with fastbuds strains and it makes it difficult to repeat grows, just don’t be upset if my smoke report above isn’t consistent on every plant if you decide to grow it. Both were very enjoyable though… FastBuds has a place in my heart forever and I’d recommend them to anyone looking to grow cannabis at any skill level. They’re just good people over there. Personally I will be taking a new journey with Mephisto next to try and expand my knowledge of other growers, after hearing so many great things it’s time I give them a try. How is it growing, my fun(k) loving friends? ***INFO*** For more on my setup, why it was monster cropped, and how I made the canopy, see Germination page and subsequent weeks. They had 48 hrs of darkness, and the time has come to say goodbye to my friends. I thanked them again, spend some time with them, and under the sound of Amazonian shaman's harvest and healing songs (will post link), asked for their gifts, and apologized for taking their lives. I do this while in contact with the plants, touching, smelling them, observing every detail, no thoughts, just in the present moment. I feel emotional as I do this and remember how they were a companion, a source of distraction in a time of worry, sadness, and loss. How they already comforted me and kept me company in a time of painful insights about honesty, commitment, and staying true to myself. I thank them again for their wisdom and gifts, viva Santa Maria, viva Planta Maestra, may the mother of all beings give us healing and protection. And I proceed with the harvest as I visualize my intentions with every cut. Branch by bud laden branch is tenderly untangled from the scrog net, taken with a clean-cut and immediately hung upside down in the grow tent, which will now double as a curing and drying room. A couple more weeks and we will have the final cured and dried weight. More photos and movies will follow, this is where we are so far!! So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!! Des arôme un peut raisin un peut bais additionner d'un léger terreux. j'aurai préférer un peut plus moufette mais délicieux tout de même.

Hey guys back with rqs new top shelf strain green gelato starting in plagron natural soil on heat mat geminated in 3 days no issues put straight under 400w hps in a shaded corner on day 3 moved under Mars hydro epistar 120 with just veg on gotta test the new toy and it uses less power will be using plagron natural range nutes with green sensation in flower mixed some mykos in pot before planting and she seems healthy and happy will get some daily pics this week not much else to say thanks for reading happy growing guys
