Gravity fed drip system feeds mini hempy buckets. Continous drip, bucket takes about 35 hours to drain. This will be a mostly video based diary going forward.
Contest or not, I challenge all to this fun solo grow.
This strain is a favorite of BeanswithPork and was gifted to me in December 2019. I checked the seeds for mites

We have seen the sprouts breach the soil this week!!! Not all of them made it unfortunately. 3 of 4 will grow to see the sun, hoping for all females, obviously.
Drip system is working well. Nutes to be introduced in a few days once we see some fan leaves develop
Animals are leaving the cups alone on account of the chicken wire, so all is good

"Chugging" along this week. Weather is hot, girls are loving the all time drip system. Forgot that my nutes and hot sun dont mix well and created a bad case of algae. Will monitor more often and maybe increase the drip flow
Solo cup challenge continues to press along. Not much change, plants are in veg, growing and healthy. Still a few weeks before the flowers start so I hope to get a bit of size going before it does. Having fun and really like looking at the other entries in this contest.

Plants are getting big enough to train through the fence. Im thinking a vertical scrog, but its gonna be a bitch to harvest . We will see, still dunno if they are even female
Well, it looks as if one of the 3 plants is a male. I live in denial for one more day and then I toss it. Not sure which plant it is, as I painted over the strain names when I painted the cups grey. Smooth. So I will find out soon. Otherwise, good weather and some good growth. Roots are balled up at the bottom of the dutch bucket reservoir, Im sure, because I let the drip go dry for a day or two and the plants were droopin (coco)
How do you rate a male plant? For its life it was strong, but I had to murder it, for I didnt want it canoodling with my ladies. I know the female flowers of this plant to be a nice and well liked bud. Sadly, however, I will never taste its sweet nectar. I leave a bong rip tribute in place of harvest photos. Dont hate me, dont hate Beans, he's sweet BEans, not sour BEans. HE didnt do this on purpose..... Just like China isnt sending unlabelled seed packs to north america. Oh well, strange times, this is relatively low on my stress radar.

Male plants have no place in the garden, as I have no need for reg pollen. You got fem pollen, hit me up looking at you @greenmachine. I am saddened by the sudden loss of this cultivar, but I will press on, never bitter, never looking back. I kill these plants off camera to keep it PG. Thanks for following the diary.
