It was hard, I did some bullshit when I sprinkled abundant Neem flour on the substratum to hurt the gnats and besides not hurting him very bad I damaged the plant unbalancing her. I informed myself on nutritional imbalances and decided for a 6.0 pH with Flawless Finish containing chelate magnesium and this combination has rebalanced the plant. Every end zero westerly for at least a month and a half but the flowers are very good and full of yield, they are not ingrossed as in full health though. Reduced ph to 6.8. Increased humidity to around 50%. Lights set at 50% pwr. Currently 18hrs on.

06/04/24. Going into week 5 flower. Not much to say here this week. Everything is pretty much same as last week. Seems like things are slow going. I feel like the buds aren’t doing much really and should be bigger. These are a longer going strain than my other so maybe that makes a difference. Maybe I’m just impatient. Guess we’ll see. Only thing aside from that I find concerning is #2 seems to have some pistils turning color. Seems way too early for that. I keep checking for hermie crap or pollen or something lol. If this was just its thing it seems like both plants would be doing it, but I guess you know what they say about assuming. Thanks for lookin & have a good week.

G13 auto has done good for the few issues I have had in the grow. She has grow great under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2. She did not get massive, but has some frosty good looking buds on her. I switched her to ph water a few days ago. I am just letting her fade and ripen more. The harvest will be within the next 2 weeks. Plant looks good, and I can't wait to try it. Ahhrrrrrggggghhhh PH imbalances! Don't panic. We got this. After a few theories and a bunch of research what I originally thought was light stress then a Cal Mag deficiency. Then I saw leaf damage and thought of Thrips. Wrong wrong and wronger. Turns out the soil PH is all out if wack. By which I mean waaaaaay too high. Like almost 8. That's what I get for not thinking PH was nOT tHaT BiG a dEaL. Now equipped with my PH and TDS meters and a little PH up and PH Down from Standard Hydroponics we can get thing back into balance. Lots of leaf growth this week. Looks like flowering is right around the corner. This will probably be the last week I'll feed her Grow Girls Grow from DSN and switch to Bloom Baby Bloom next week. I've also done some defoliation this week to get light to some of the bud sites. Again I had no idea LST was this powerful, she's gonna have such pretty flowers Looking forward to Bloom 🌹🚀🌻😎

Start of Week 3. Increased light to 75% (750w).

Afghan Hash Plant, week 6 of flower. Another frosty strain, but not quite as frosty as the Mango Merengue but still beautiful. The Afghan Hash has a sweet citrus smell with an earthy smell. Not much to do other then water since they got their last bit of slow release nutrients acouple days ago which lasts 3 weeks.

9cm vertical growth this week but she's got a lot bushier!!!!!!!!!!!! Loads of new growth! I'm thinking this week she will enter flowering.

GROW 😁 As you may already know, I have 2 varieties in my growroom. 👍 I have 4 pots of each species with 4 plants in each pot. So 16 plants Mother Gorilla and 16 plants Triple G. 👽 In the first weeks, the Triple G plants were the fastest growers. But since flowering, most Mother Gorillas are now higher in length than the Triple Gs. The 16 Triple G vary in length. On DAY 26 these are the various lengths (in cm) : 47, 51, 66, 71, 74, 76, 78, 81, 83, 83, 83, 85, 91, 95, 96, 102 The drastic pruning in week 2 has stimulated the plants enormously. The plants have been multiplied by 2 to 2.5 times in height since flowering -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BLOOM 😍 The plants are now busy making new flowers. The plants with the most Sativa genes do not yet have that many flowers. But the plants with more Indica genes are already working hard to string the flowers together to thick buds. The scent of the flowers is fantastic. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WATER / HUMIDITY 😰 I have lowered the desired humidity again this week by 5% 👇 and the temperature is increased by 1 degree. 👆👇 The plants have made many new leaves. Every day (24 hours) the 4 pots (16 plants) get about 7 liters of water to drink. 😂 Most of the water evaporates through the leaves and therefore the humidifiers evaporate less and less water. At the beginning of the week, I had to fill the two humidifiers with 7 liters of water every 24 hours, now every 40 hours. 👌

Got hydro halos setup because I need to be able to go away for work for a few nights, Was actually really easy to setup and works awesome, I got most the parts plus all my nutes from my local hydro store. I'm using cocoforcannabis.com as a guide for most of this grow and his site includes details on how to setup an auto watering system. At this point I'm still using Professors Go Green for cal-mag and following the GP3 feed chart to mix nutes to the right ratio and then diluting with cal-mag water to target EC (300-400EC for wk 1). Some of the plants had clawing leaves and were really dark green - I read that this could be caused by nitrogen toxicity and I'm concerned this may be due to the Go Green as it seems to be intended as more of a deficiency fix rather than a regular use cal-mag supplement for coco. Some of the leaves on one of the plants started getting rust spots like calcium deficiency, Canna Coco comes pre-buffered and I was adding Go Green so it had plenty, I think the likely case is that nitrogen toxicity may be blocking calcium intake also. I intend to change to Green Planets Pro-Cal which has low nitrogen and is made to work with their line of nutes. Also we named the girls! My roommate and I were pretty baked if you can't tell...
