Der erste Strain des Outdoor Grows den ich Euch vorstellen werde ist die Purple Lemonade FF von 2Fast4Buds, eine 60% Sativa die laut FastBuds etwas nebulös als eine Kreuzung aus purple und citrus Cali Genetik beschrieben wird. Egal, sie soll sehr fruchtig und zitronig schmecken und könnte schöne Farben bekommen. Außerdem soll Sie eine kurze Blütezeit haben. Auch sie könnte interessante Farben bekommen. Auf den Geschmack bin ich schon jetzt gespannt, cremiges Haschisch. Mit bis zu 240cm könnte sie die größte im Greenhouse werden und würde dann bis zur Decke wachsen. Die Stecklinge kommen in die Mörtelwannen, die selbst gezogenen kommen in die bereits bewährten 15 und 20 Liter ROOTiES. So kann ich die auch mal direkt in die Sonne stellen. Der erste Steckling ist die Blueberry von Hanfgarten, eine 80% Indica, einer Kreuzung aus Afghan Indica x (Thai Sativa x Mexican Oaxacan Sativa), die nach 8 Wochen Blüte Mitte Oktober fertig sein soll. Außerdem soll sie fruchtig, beerig und süß schmecken. Die Aussicht, meine Schätzchen immer im Trockenen zu Wissen, lies mich sofort (also sofort nach einem Recall mit meiner Liebsten) zuschlagen. Danach war nur noch ein teilweiser Umbau unseres Gartens nötig, einen kleinen Weg anders verlegen, ein Fundament ausheben, Bordsteine zersägen, 2 Zentner Beton verbuddeln, Löcher bohren, verdübeln und verschrauben ohne das der Beton ausplatzt, einen haufen Astwerk vom Wein opfern und viel Rasen neu anlegen, das war's schon fast. Neu: Sind auch die zwei 90 Liter Maurerbottiche, in denen sich meine Pflanzen wohlfühlen dürfen, 4x soviel Platz wie im letzten Summer Outdoor Grow. Zur Drainage habe ich Rheinkiesel 9-18 verwendet. Da drauf kam mein altes Erdmischungsrezept mit frischem Kompost von Piluweris, Lehm, den die Wühlmäuse ständig in unserem Rasen aufwerfen und Sand aus'm Kieswerk mit gaaanz viel Staub drinne, praktisch Gesteinsmehl. Auch hier gab's was Neues: Hornmehl zusätzlich, hatich früher schon verwendet und ganz vergessen. Der erste Sack Sonnenerde Hanferde wurde mit der oberen Schicht meiner Mischung vermischt. Der zweite Sack kam dann blank obendrauf. Neu: Für mich ist auch die angewendete Keimmethode noch neu, die Samen zuerst in einem Marmeladenglas mit temperiertem Wasser mit Zusatz von Wasserstoffperoxyd keimen zu lassen. Das ist jetzt das dritte Mal, dass ich diese Methode anwende. Der Vorteil daran ist die superschnelle Keimung, der Keim schaut tatsächlich bereits am nächsten Tag aus der Schale und nach ein oder zwei weiteren Tagen haben sich die Keimlinge von der Samenschale befreit. Das weitere Vorgehen bereitet mir noch Probleme. Ich verwende immer noch die SmartStart Plugs von Zamnesia die ich praktisch halbiere, also von oben nach unten einmal Mittendurch. Dahinein lege ich jetzt den Keimling und klappe die zwei Hälften dann zusammen und pflanze den Plug in den Topf. Neu: In die Wannen kommen zusätzlich Gäste als da wären erprobte und neue sowie überwinterte Chilisorten, verschiedene Basiliken oder -kums, Weiße Melisse, Roter Klee, paar Blumen und so. Tag 56: Der Tag nach dem Mondhöchststand, Blütetag am Anfang der Pflanzzeit ist der ideale Tag um die drei Grazien umzutopfen. Da die Chocolat Sherbet von Grower's Choice als Sativa am größten werden wird, bekommt sie den 20 Liter ROOTiES Wide Version Stofftopf, die Mimosa x Orange Punch von Barney's Farm bekommt den 15 Liter ROOTiES Stofftopf und die Purple Lemonade FF von 2Fast4Buds bekommt den 20 Liter Air Pot mit frischer Bio Hanferde von Sonnenerde. Alle 3 habe ich schräg eingepflanzt und alle 3 hatten sich schon am Abend erholt. Tag 58: 28°C, im Greenhouse 38°C alle Türen und Fenster sind offen 🔥 Tag 59 bis Tag 63 werden es 36°C - 38°C. Gewässert wird mit 5-10 Liter Brunnenwasser pro Mörtelkasten, entsprechend in die Töpfe. Es gibt den ersten Greenhouse Gurkensalat 🥒 Eins kann ich versprechen: It will take a very, very long time 😃 Schön das du es bist, der mich begleitet 👍😎

Some mild defoliation this week. Budding up nicely and starting to frost. This girl was having a foliar feed of algae last week but this week she's getting light foliar sprays of the Lacalva stress treatment from madame grow on top of her other feed. I'll do this every 2/3 mornings and I'll only lightly mist the top. I'll concentrate most of my foliar feed on the lower growth and undersides, away from the buds. This is the main reason I kept so many lower fan leaves this time.

This is my best harvest yet.

Day 56 Adjusting the trellis, I broke a branch, right at the stem. It was under the main and not receiving much light anyway, so... Also did a deep defoliation on NYD3. Got rid of anything that won't produce keepers. Trying to finish strong (14 days left).💪🏾💪🏾 Day 58 One leaf on each plant was discolored. No major fade yet. Each have a distinct smell. #2 smells like old school refer. It gives a real nostalgic 80s vibe. #3 smells like pine and Bengal. Watered top and bottom, with just a bit of CalMag. Day 60 48oz of pH 6.8 water. 1 or 2 leaves showing small amount of yellow, but nothing resembling fade. The canopy is green green, like she can go another month. A few of the nugs are impressive, but could be better if I had defoliated better. 60% of the bud sites are small and roughly 40 to 50% dense (assuming 100% is rock hard). Water, tucking, and plucking for the remainder. Day 62 It's a 70 day strain and with 8 days to go, there is no fade. Frustrating since I am over cooking my other plant for the sake of these two. They haven't done anything in over a week. Maybe that last heavy defoliation stunted them. So sad. Buying a jewelers loop tomorrow to check trichomes. The only other thing that could be delaying the fade is that I top dressed them both with Terp Tea Bloom. Maybe that top per gallon is hot and takes more than 2 weeks to be used up. I'm going to flush it tonight. Not even sure I should care about pH because I want it locked out from nutrient uptake. They just shouldn't be this dark green at this stage.🙄☹️😕😤 Ok so I pulled off the trellis net and LST ties, defoliated some more, and flushed both with 1 gallon each of distilled water. Added a little 3% peroxide to NYD3. Day 63 I figured it out. I made compost tea for NYD#1 to address a suspected deficiency. I gave these two some of it, and they didn't need it. It was half way thru flower. I followed that by top dressing with the new nutes. Lesson learned. What's good for the goose is NOT good for the gander.

Hello growmies! Welcome to week six of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! So here we are at week six and every one of these girls are at a slightly different stage, it is quite fascinating to watch them develop one after the other. Today I made the last adjustment to the light possible. I removed the adjustable hangers and affixed a carabiner which I tightly tied to the top of the tent bar. There is about 1.5 inches of space between the top of the shade and the tallest part of the roof of the tent. Plant 1 is already taller than this, and it looks like plant 6 and maybe even plant 5 are going to join it. It's a madness. I am sure you have already looked at the photos but just in case you do what I do and read the diary first... Here is my assessment at the beginning of week 6: Plant 1: Height: 1st (137cm) - what can I say about this ridiculous plant? Day 36... 137cm tall. I have had to raise the light to as high as it is physically possibly to raise it and it's still not high enough. She is done stretching now, she may add 3-5cm over the next week or so but I don't expect more than that, so her top of her main cola going to have to develop above the level of the light. Nothing I can really do, nothing wise anyway. What a monster plant. Maturation: 4th - early into flower - bud sites developing, pistils just starting to explode. Plant 2: Height: 4th (111cm) - this plant has been there or there abouts as the tallest plant for most of the grow, but she has topped out at 111cm. She will gain some during flower but not much more than a few centimetres. Very impressive plant, loads of bud sites, really big strong secondary branches. This one is going to be colas galore. Maturation: 3rd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 3: Height: 6th (95cm) For some brief days the tallest plant in the room, she peaked early and is now the "shortest" at "only" 95cm for this "50-70cm" strain. She is utterly dwarfed by four of her five sisters in just about every department, being quite a bit smaller even than plant 4 (although I have removed the most lower nodes from this plant). Compared with her sisters she is almost a runt... except that she is 25cm taller than the strain top-end average and matches the maximal height of the previous tallest Epsilon F1 plant I am aware of. It's not that she is small, actually she's pretty big for an Epsilon F1, it's just that the rest of the girls are on another level altogether. Plants 1, 5 and 6 are all absolute beasts. Maturation: 1st - well into flower - first shades of brown in some pistils. Plant 4: Height: 5th (98cm) although only 3cm taller than plant 3, overall she is a much larger plant. Her secondary nodes are the same height as plant 3. Maturation: 2nd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 5: Height: 3rd (113cm) - one of the two thick/short girls who have grown at a similar pace all along - she is further ahead than plant 6 but not by much and I think she will probably exceed 120cm this week, though I do not think she will outgrow plant 1 or 6. Maturation: 5th - early into flower - bud sites developing. Plant 6: Height: 2nd (120cm) - my predictions were correct about this girl and her continued growth. I now think she might actually outgrow plant 1, which is quite worrying. Maturation: 6th - early into flower - bud sites forming - by far the least mature plant of the six. ### Week 6 Day 2 23:00 30/7 Photographed. Raised the light. Rotated the plants. Inspected, measured and reported on each plant. ### Week 6 Day 3 23:00 31/7 It has not escaped my attention that the plants that are more advanced into flower have darkened and have some burnt tips. I need to flush them and lay off the base nutes a bit. well, that day dawned :) growing in a suitcase was really difficult, temperature, humidity, plant growth, everything was very difficult to control, but I managed something, it was an extremely interesting experience :) 119 gr wet, I think it will be between 25-30 gr dry , which I think is really good from the suitcase :) it was something different than usual, and now I'm going to grow another begina, which is much bigger than this one :) good luck to everyone, and thank you.:)

First week of flower , starting to stretch to the light and put in a scrog net this week after defoliating. Stretch to follow … * nearly two weeks into flower I decided to properly defoliate & it took a good 3 & 1/2 hours but my god it’ll be worth it ! Undid scrog & defoliated then placed all 5 big plants under a brand new net and really stretched them out and made sure we’re have no popcorn / larf so should be a nice easy trim once it’s all done

Chugging along here now, half way through flower I suspect, still learning as I go, hopefully she will fatten up real big, but realistically just want to be done now, taking so long!!

Started flowering on 7/9/2021

Questa settimana si è slanciata veramente molto! Me lo aspettavo già in quanto non è la prima volta che la coltivo, ecco perché ho deciso precedentemente di effettuare 3 topping consecutivi! Ha reagito veramente molto bene ha continuato la sua vegetazione normalmente senza blocchi e durante la 4 settimana si prepara per il fiore! Adoro le genetiche di Fast buds! Ancor di più la FORBIDDEN RUNTZ AUTO! Per questo ciclo di crescita ho voluto fare un cambio radicale nella sua dieta, ho cambiato marca di fertilizzanti passando da plagron (con il quale collaboravo a CANNABOOM!) semplicemente perché ho potuto constatare i loro pregiatissimi prodotti! Dopo un accurato studio si ogni componente ho voluto fare questo cambio....che dire!!! Menomale!!! Raga veramente dopo la seconda applicazione la pianta e praticamente esplosa in ogni suo potenziale ,parli veramente di ogni cosa! Altezza, Internodi , calici sparsi ovunque, si iniziano a intravedere intricominsulle foglie a ventaglio!!!! Le foglie sono grandi quanto la mia mano😂 ho fatto un po' di pulizia fogliare e per adesso la lascerò crescere così togliendo solo qualche foglia qua e la ogni tanto quando ci sarà bisogno... ringrazio molto cannaboom per i loro prodotti che volevo consigliare a tutti voi e vorrei ringraziare anche fast buds per questa genetiche che non finisce mai di sorprendermi! E poi....ci siete tutti voi! Grazie mille ad ognuno di voi! 🌈💥💪🏼🌱

This week the Chicken n’ Wafflez became noticeably frostier ❄️🔥 Resin production increased heavily across the buds and even the sugar leaves are now getting completely coated in trichomes. The plant still keeps its slightly airy structure, but flower stacking improved nicely throughout the canopy 🌿 The aroma became much stronger this week 🍯? The sweet jam-like scent intensified further while keeping the same creamy sugary direction from the previous week. Opening the tent now releases a much louder and richer terpene profile overall ✨ Water consumption stayed about the same 💧 Feeding this week consisted of: • Bio PK 🌱 • Calmag Environment stayed stable again 🌡️ The plant continues handling the strong light intensity very well with no major stress signs visible under the current setup ☀️ Visually the plant looks healthy and heavily resin-covered, especially on the upper flower sites ❄️ The tallest cola still dominates the structure while the side branches continue slowly filling in. Buds are now clearly transitioning from early flower into proper stacking mode 🚀
