Hey everyone! Welcome to our second grow journal! We're growing the same strains as in the first journal, but this time, we plan to only top the plants. They're in 18-liter pots, and you'll be able to follow their progress here as well. These plants are 20 days younger than the ones in the first grow, so it'll be interesting to compare their development. Stay tuned for updates!

End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often

Took the advise and up'd the feed also my ph and ec at run off is 5.81 and 244 think it is helping. In 22 l of water I put 10ml grow 15ml bloom 5ml topmax and then 15ml calmag

Week 9 - Day 58 - 02/23 to 2/28 2021 All phone pictures. Very familiar earthy purples/gassy varnish/deep boozy citrus coming in. The accidental HST snap on the main stalk in first week of flower turned into a solid canopy of 7 Bud Sites with the main premature flower already thicker than the first time I grew this strain and cooked it under a humidity dome by accident 🙏 Gave all the plants mostly water feeds this week in order to avoid salt build up. Some staining on the bottom of the fabric pots from the bottom feeds so just making sure the soil is fine for the final major nute feeds before flushing in a week or so. Made some caps with homemade thc olive oil from a friend that sent me some "Intergalactic Cable" viewing materials as well 😎 Have to use them fast but been stable for a week and not just starting to come through the gel caps, will have to get something harder next time still a lot left in the bottle. It's 2nd closest to the window and i keep my tent open so when the light is off it's getting a solid 16-18 Celcius helping out the genetic purple pop a bit more in the leaves like the Red Poison next to it, look and smell very similar overall except more Sweet/Candy in the RP and Boozey/Earthy in LSD. Other than that, the new @MarsHydroLED TSL 2000 and @ViparSpectraLED PS1500 for veg definitely made a huge difference and the buds on the Dark Devil. Day 85 26/07/24 Friday Big feed today full 5L a little run offusimg de-chlorinated water pH 6. So we are through her first transition week. Starting to see sex pistils forming at end of last week. Picture and video update ✌️💚 Day 88 29/07/24 Monday Just de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today, full 5L with just under a 1L run off. Day 89 30/07/24 Tuesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today but I'm adding in Plagron Power Buds AND Plagron PK13-14 only 5ml each to 5ml water. It says to use on every irrigation from early flower so here we go. If I start getting burns I'll cut out a few advanced nutrients extras and go again from there. She is just ridiculous, robust, never stresses, healthy and just wants to throw arms out everywhere 🤣💚 Day 91 01/08/24 Thursday End of week Using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only this time.

The Titan is growing beautifully and the smell keeps getting better by the day. This is the first time using an Airpot to grow and I noticed the plant does need more water compared to a Geotextile pot. Luckily I can check up on her a few times a day and give water when needed. Not much to do in terms of training as this lady practically trained herself ¯_(ツ)_/¯ I add updated daily instead of at the end of the week, so more pics and video's coming up in the next few days.

My little experimenting already bears fruits of knowledge, I've topped too close to the node without leaving a bit of stem, and whilst tying down the branch during LST, I had a gnarly stem split. However a cool head, some grafting tape and a day of healing and this rugged little plant picked herself right back off the floor and shot up inches overnight! More and more pistils are shooting out and this plant is stretching so much, as is typical of OG strains, my last autoflower is nearly done, after which I will put a trellis net in and this lady can have the entire place to herself!

I am still battling a little magnesium deficiency. Starting to add cal mag in her moisture water between feeds. Likely due to the small Potter she is in. Hopefully will have the rest of that issue resolved now. Also raising the ph a little should help as well. She is growing under the new Spider Farmer G3000 light. I likely will have to transplant to a little bigger small Potter soon. Been using the run off to rinse the substrate I will use. So she won't know anything happened when I do it. Just more room. Basically avoiding a ph difference between coco substrate is plan.
