Start of week 7 and her time cas come to show us what she’s got! I’m excited for the next 7 weeks ahead. 4 days into flower I experienced a hellish bit of droop. She didn’t look well although healthy, she was under the weather literally! 24 hours later I realised she needed a flush of Ph’d water 1L to be precise after raising her pot from her tray a little higher and removing the excess water run off. I never achieved this amount of run off before normally very little so I guess she needed it as she perked up within a hour. Will closely monitor and repeat 5 words in my head - DO NOT FEED EVERY DAY Update - recovered and back to herself. What a way to start a week of flower. Lesson learnt. New week tomorrow

"Chugging" along this week. Weather is hot, girls are loving the all time drip system. Forgot that my nutes and hot sun dont mix well and created a bad case of algae. Will monitor more often and maybe increase the drip flow

Really happy with how things are looking, despite expecting slightly larger buds. I think next time, I'll defoliate and lollipop a bit more to focus the plants energy on the main tops. It stinks like mint, skunk, and sweet. Really nice trichome coverage, lots of dank buds in the mix here. Even the lowers that aren't getting as much light are looking dank. I started the week out around 500ppm and steadily dropped to below 400ppm. The ppms kept creeping up every time I'd drop them...so I kept dropping them to see where it would stabilize. I ended the week at 381ppm. In preparations for harvest, I'll plan to steadily reduce the ppm to about 200ppm, rather than doing a flush with RO. I'm working with really great starting water between 50-80ppm, which absolutely requires CalMag at .5 to .75 tsp/g.

One of my smoothest grows yet, plant was a monster got ppms up to 1340 with the nectar. The final product was 10/10 quality. Yield was decent considering I'm using the nectar.

Day 40-47 (May 31st- June 7th) (Day 41) For the first time in this grow these plants are looking halfway decent. Smell is ramping up too. I finally feel optimistic about this grow. (Day 42) The two jacks and the chunky blueberry are showing early signs of N/Mg deficiencies. I know it’s late in flower but since I’m experimenting with this tent, I’m going to give them one final feeding of nature’s pride 2-5-5.5 (tbsp) along with a teaspoon of oyster shell flour and some rock dust. Everything else I’m going to give a teaspoon of rock dust and oyster shell. There is no way these amendments will fully break down in time to be used by the plant but they could at least use the pH buffering and trace amounts of minerals after their recent leach. Everything but the BAOGC is covered in pistils that don’t really match their bud size. I hope they fill into their pistils because an over abundance of hairs drops the bag appeal like crazy. Over the last few cycles, indoor and outdoor, I’ve definitely learned that different strains and phenotypes mature at different times. Sometimes really radically too. (Day 43) None of the plants are fading at all but they’re still looking good. Black garlic I know should be fading but remains dark green and toxed. I popped a developing seed out of the main bud too. I wonder if that blueberry herm branch pollinated it at all. It seems like plants don’t really like that Destiny dark matter soil by itself. I find it works better mixed with coco or promix 1:1. (Day 44) I’m starting to think I might be mixing up the TWOG and BAOGC. BAOGC took forever to fatten up last round and the 2 phenos I suspected already look done. I was thrown off by the similar terps. The beauty phenos are definitely TWOG (Day 45) God these Jack Herer’s smell good. Nothing but fruity funk. Almost like a vanilla or blueberry yogurt. I would say this stuff has the most overpowering smell in the tent now. I’ve noticed they’re starting to foxtail like crazy. Blueberry#1 too. I’m watering a final low strength feeding of seaweed extract on everything. (Day 47) Everything really fattened up this week. Even at the beginning of the week I was saying I didn’t think they would fill out. Jack Herer and BAOGC specifically made some big gains and nearly doubled their density and still have quite a way to go on them too! The smell has ramped up and finally, everything is looking happy and healthy.

Here we are, ready, after a week of truly fruitful germination we have 20 beautiful plants all marked with the Z of Zamnesia. We have moved on to autoflowering, unlike many growers I have no prejudice against this type of plant, it is true that they are the easiest to make but it is also true that they have improved a lot in terms of flower quality and if once ease meant lower quality now even the most presumptuous old school flower children growers struggle to understand if a flower is from an autoflowering or a normal photoperiod plant. There are people who claim to recognize it from the flavor but then never succeed, it's funny how it works. I enjoy making them strip their heads with these magnificent new autoflowering plants. She is the Black Orchid I have never grown her but I have seen some truly phenomenal photos of this plant. I really hope they come out black. Resin is increasing and looks like bud sites are ready to start putting on some bulk. Issue with low ph drift reaching 5.2 so I decreased 50ppm with distilled water without calmag to soften the water and counter the drift. After decreasing ppm, ph drift continues, so I flushed for 2 days with distilled water and added back nutrients at half strength to increase to 800 ppm over time.

Today she looks like nothing happened she took the Training like aDarling My dog loved the training too. because she loves to eat the Leaves. I turned off one of the mars panels. My garden isn't big enough to need that much light. So I just have the hlg65 and 1 mars panel going. This girl drinks like crazy. And she is quick to droop her leaves to tell you she's thirsty. Grow a lot in the past week. This will be the biggest autoflower I have grown so far.

This week was still about recovery from last week. Given the phase this plant is in, this week was a stand still... but I'm glad it did not move backwards. We did a heavy defoil in the middle of week, as some of the sites where blocking each other quite a bit. The air flow and color has returned the middle of these plants. I was getting worried about bud rot. All for all, these plants are doing well and smell like yummy weed! When we defoliated I went outside to take out the garbage and the whole neighborhood smelt like these ladies 😂😂😂 I hope that they keep growing and thickening up. They are putting weight on, I hope Week 12 is huge on that front. I am probably only giving them up until 13/14 before I give them the chop. I wont be flushing. I will be feeding up until the last res before harvest.
