Quick Critical +

SamDo Hello, new session, and first experience this time in coco. With a new range of nutrients from Canna, as well as the coco substrate from Canna too. I noticed that the Quick Critical+ seeds germinated very quickly compared to soil, here, barely 72 hours for the first ones. And a nice 100% for germination!! Thanks dinafem!👍🔥 I also noticed that the adjustment of pH and EC is very important here, since for my first waterings I forgot to check the EC, resulting in slight burn on the tips of the first leaves. I immediately corrected it by checking and adjusting the EC, things should be back on track now. That's it for this first week of discovering coco cultivation... See you next week... Happy grow...😎

SamDo Hello, end of week 2. A few small problems managing my EC, due to really hard water. As for watering, I've switched to watering every day for a few days now, and the plants seem to appreciate it. They've regained some vigor, but we'll see if that holds up over time. SamDo Hello, end of the 3rd week of growth, so far everything seems to be going well. No signs of deficiencies, at least I think so. The plants have doubled in size this week. I'm also trying to optimize my irrigation system. To make the most of the benefits of coco. I'm still hesitating between 4 and 2 waterings a day, if you have any suggestions, I'm all ears. 🙏😉 I changed my light, I'm now using LED from OPTIC LED, 2x54w at 5000k, special growth spectrum, I find the results quite good compared to my old light. SamDo Hello, end of week 4 of growth. The plants seem to be healthy. They have grown well since last week. Out of the 8, 3 are really much more vigorous. I switched them to flowering today, so I did some defoliation to remove all the large leaves. And I also did some LST. I moved them to a new box, I switched to a 1.20x1.20x2 box with a 600w LED light from OpticLed. I hope to get good results. Feel free to give me your opinion on the progress of the grow. SamDo Hello, end of week 5, week 1 of flowering. The plants are doing very well. They have recovered nicely from the defoliation of the previous week. I just switched them to 12/12. The stretch is going well. I just realize that I think I put in too many plants. They're starting to feel a bit cramped. But nothing serious. That's all for this week. Happy grow...😎

SamDo Hello,,, end of week 6, week 2 of flowering. The plants are doing super well despite the lack of space,, the stretch is really impressive, over 20cm in 1 week! Today I did some defoliation to remove the lower parts that aren't getting enough light, and I also took off all the little shoots on the lower parts that are wasting energy, really trying to leave only the flowers exposed to light so they can benefit from all the plant's energy and also to limit stress on the plant. The first flowers are starting to appear slowly. I've been gradually increasing the nutrients. For now, everything seems to be going normally. Just 5 weeks left until the expected date. SamDo Hello, week 7, 3rd week of flowering. The plants are healthy. The stretch is just incredible!! Almost 30cm in 1 week!😳 The future buds are starting to show up nicely, the first trichomes are starting to appear too. Everything seems to be going well. I think the stretch should stop in the next few days to really start developing the heads. We'll see that next week. Happy grow...😎

SamDo Hello,,, week 8, flowering 4. The plants are doing well for now despite the lack of space. The stretch is over, they have their final size I think, at more or less 90cm for the tallest ones. Now, it's the buds that are starting to develop in size. The trichomes continue to appear. The smell is also starting to be quite noticeable. That's it for this week... Happy grow... 😎

SamDo Hello week 9, flowering 5. So far no problems despite a drain EC of 2.95, which I immediately corrected with a flushing to return to proper levels. The buds are developing massively, and in trichomes. I did a definition mid-week. The plants were really too tight, which would cause an increase in humidity and a lack of light and space. Next cycle I’m going to reduce the number of plants to 4 or 5 max. Other than that, everything is okay. See you next week... Happy grow...😎

SamDo Hello, week 10, flowering 6. We're approaching the end!! The flushing just started at the end of week 6. There's one week left before the harvest. The plants seem healthy. The buds are looking good. I stopped the nutrients, and I will flush until the end, once a day. Can't wait to see the effect of the flushing. That's all for this week... Happy grow...😎

SamDo Hello,,, week 11, flowering 7. We're at the end, I'm going to leave them in the dark today for 24/48h. And then proceed to the harvest and slow drying for about 15 days. I'm quite satisfied with this growing cycle even though there are still quite a few things I can improve for the next one. Like using topping, SCROG, and LST to try to enhance the yield and quality. I'm also very very satisfied with my light, the slim 600H from OpticLED. The light seems to really deliver great results. I can't wait to do another cycle with it. That's it, I'll do another update with new photos and videos this week in 48h before the drying starts. Happy grow...😎

SamDo Hello, finally I can give the last update. Here we are a little over 15 days into drying,,, the trimming is done, I'm not disappointed with the final result, even though there are still plenty of things to improve,,, Can't wait to start a new cycle, to try to reach other goals... more than 500g/m2🙏
