Week 5 and the lady is in full pre-flower. One more week of veg and LST. I’m upping her food hoping she makes a big jump this week. I can see a little purple staring in the center of the bud 😍

The purple punch cookies is looking happy. Will be switching them to flower in a week or less. I gave them a flush and fresh nutrients. The humic acid really makes a huge difference in the uptake of nutrients. I am at about half dose on nutrients compared to what I would have to feed without it. Winter is approaching and bringing the low humidity with it. All of the humidifiers I have tried either dont work or I have to constantly refill the tank. So I decided to use my redneck engineering skills to throw this humidifier together. It holds 4 gallons of water and she pumps like a freight train. I have dubbed her the Steam Queen. I got 2 cool mist foggers that put out about 400ml per hour each and used some things I had around to make them a little float. Added an old computer fan to force the mist out through a 2 inch pipe. She won't win any beauty contests but she pumps out plenty of cool moist air. I also upgraded my exhaust to a variable speed for more added environmental control. Just going to do a little more training over the next week then try to make some buds.

2023-03-15 Please add one more Week in Flowering!- i was in Holidays here This one is kinda perfect strain for me growing vigor and sweet, getting great Strucutr, no Training needed Just love , water and nutes and good Conditions in Light and VPD, made her outstanding I LOOOOVE her Colors in the End, and she smells fbulous, quite Zkittley with alovely Piny undertone, and some Kush Notes. Iam very courious to her taste and effects

The indoor plants are developing a mobile nutrient deficiency(newer growth is pulling from older leaves)in the lower leaves. Nutrients are being locked out(too much of one nutrient is locking out the others in the soil, or temperatures are too cold in the soil) or they are being tied up in solution whenever I mix the lotus nutrients(I’m adding bloom and boost into the same gallon, so maybe the chemicals are reacting with each other and becoming unavailable to the plant). On top of my nutrient dilemma, fungus gnats have found their way to my moist soil and are being a nuisance. From what I found they’re surviving off of my woody material in the soil and will soon try to establish it as a home so I’ve got to go get some IPM. Outdoors is vibing with the pest pressure so I’ll continue to let it do it’s thing.

This Xtrakush keeps surprising. What a vigorous plant it's a pleasure to grow. All week we've seen huge bud formation and shes filling out. Only the last day growth has stunted a little. I think it was heat and I was pushing the light to its max. She seems to recover and I might have lost a day or two of growth. Her roommate, the Orange Hill Special, outperformed her a little in bud development. It was my mistake and this sort is made to grow outdoors in N European conditions. When we push for the limit, it's logical we find or sometimes go over the edge. Thank you for checking in this week, Im getting more and more impatient to see these plants develop and the harvest. This will be her last week of Veg, my Autoflowers are finished and will free up some space one dry. I was going to finish her in the 2x4, but decided I will put her in my big tent and flower her with my Truffle Treats. I have other’s that need to be started to be able to take part in the 34 street Grow cup this year. Easy week overall, no issues, I decided to do a flush as the leaves were showing as dark green and shiny, which can be a sign of too much nitrogen being stored or used. Ran almost 5 gallons of PH ‘D water through her and left her for a several days, nothing of concern 😊 I did some defoliation and lolipopping of the lower branching. I also decided to to top multiple tops all at the same time. There will be lots of colas for this beauty . Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️💨

Really struggled with temps this week it’s has been way to hot managed to get down a little but tbh it was a hard week never thought I would get this in Scotland with the majority of time being wet windy and cold. Tried everything to get temps down but the heat was everywhere😩 sooooooo what do ye all think ready or not

This is it for this girl, she'll get another 3 days to let her ripen up as the trichomes have yet fully turned. I cannot wait to try this beautiful plant that is just oozing of beautiful terps. This plants was grown under 95W quantum board. Cheers, GHL

Day 43: I pulled the LED to the most possible height and she keeps stretching, thus I had to bend the main branch with LST clips to keep some distance to the LED to avoid light stress. Day 44: Today was cleaning day of the reservoir and a new set of nutrients are applied. I'm quite curious how they support her. I also removed some foliage. Day 45: I noticed some tip burn at the leafs of the main bud. So I checked the PH in the reservoir and noticed, that it is off and adjusted it. I hope this supports her. Also, it might be a bit of light stress, as she is pretty close to the light (~ 25 cm). Nothing else to do today. Day 46: I refilled the reservoir today. As I noticed, that the PH was off the last time, I lower now the PH from 6.4 to 5.6. This should also support her to consume the nutrients, as I use 50% coco. Day 47: Nothing to do, today. Day 48: I removed some fan leafs. Day 49: Last day of the week. She is really thirsty now. I decided to lower the humidity to 65% to get a VPD of around 1 kPa. The stretch this week has been intense, with the plant shooting up significantly. To manage her vigor and focus her energy on bud production, I’ve had to step in with defoliation and additional lollipopping. This Week’s Highlights Massive Stretch: The plant stretched dramatically this week, filling up the vertical space in the tent. Defoliation: I removed a significant amount of fan leaves to improve light penetration to the lower branches. Lollipopping Redux: Further cleaned up the lower parts of the plant, focusing her resources on the top colas. What I Did Lollipopping: Removed more of the lower branches and leaves that were unlikely to contribute to bud production. Defoliation: Took off some large fan leaves to improve airflow and light exposure throughout the canopy. Nutrients: Continued with the bloom feeding schedule, ensuring a balance of phosphorus and potassium for flower development. Environment Management: Adjusted the light height to prevent light burn and tweaked the fan placement to improve airflow in the now more open canopy. Observations The plant’s stretch has been both impressive and challenging, but the defoliation and lollipopping seem to be working. The top canopy looks well-lit and primed for flower development. No signs of stress from the grooming, which is always a relief during such an aggressive stretch. Challenges The rapid vertical growth is pushing the limits of the grow tent. I’ll need to monitor her closely to prevent overcrowding or light burn. Next Steps Keep monitoring the stretch over the next week—potential supercropping if necessary to control height. Fine-tune the nutrient schedule to ensure the plant has everything it needs as bud sites develop. Maintain low humidity to reduce the risk of mold or mildew during early flowering. Week 6 is full blown flower. Technically early last week it was flowering but couldn’t change the journal mid week. I’m upping the feeding and hoping for some big bud production.

23.05. today is the end of the fourth week for the plants, they haven't progressed much since last week, they grew a few cm and gained a little weight, but they are healthy, which is the most important thing... in a few days I will transplant them and top them because some of them have already developed the sixth pair of leaves, so I simply have to top them. turned out... I thought of transplanting them into 10-liter pots and after two to three weeks into 50-liter holes, however, the weather didn't cooperate, and I was already late anyway because of the bad weather, and because of the same, my plants in the fourth week were the same as they should have been in the second, and because of the same, I couldn't even transplant earlier... now that nothing went according to the "plan", of course, I don't know how smart it is to transplant them into 10 L and then into 50 with the fact that it is with me the longest day of the year is June 22, so that actually a week after that it can start flowering (it usually starts at the end of July or at the end of August, but it can be late and start even in September, and it also knows how to plow and start already at the end of June)...now I think that it is better to buy smart pots of 50-60 liters and immediately transplant into them and then just bury them...another problem with that is that the soil that I took for vegetation has food in it for a month days, if I transplant twice, it may happen that it enters flowering, and the food for the vegetation has not yet been used up, and that would be a problem...advices are welcome Stay high!!!

BEAUTIFUL!!! I Think the issue was CAL def like i was thinking but I'll give it a few more days before i can confirm the problem is fixed. the scrog is looking really really nice!!! learned alot from my previous mistakes. keeping the temps down and not doing the co2 early the plants are nice and low and more compact. The Co2 has been started as well!
