Not much to say this week. Back on trak with feeding,colour is coming back and flowers are filling up. Chiba 1 flowers are huge domes,really round and fat. I hope they just grow up and out some more. Number 2 is also pushing some great flower with 2 main colas and loads of little node growth underneath, also 2 clones are well into flower and are doing great, Love this plant. Feeding is up to 1.7 every other feed is nutes and water inbetween. Thanks for looking. Stay safe and happy growing.

week 5 was great. she really focused on getting fat this time. and shes been getting soooo frosty. the camera really doesnt do her justice. also she use to give off a pretty strong kush smell when i would water her but i noticed she hasnt been giving ANY smell recently. She does however smell very strong when i squeeze her nugs and smell my fingers. she has a very strong lemony smell with a hint of a kushy gassy smell. Every 2 days ive been giving her a gallon of dechlorinated tap water phd to 6.3 ph with 2 tsps or 10ml of dyna groom bloom nutrients.

Well not alot to report this week guys. The gals have been responding well to the 600w, the vertical height has stopped and we are just making some fat juicy buds. All the colas are really starting to develop. The very first few pistols are turning orange. Guessing we have around 3 weeks to go. The microscope is out and ready but trichomes still all glass like. Working on getting a camera with a good zoom hopefully I get one in time if not will be able to upload trichome pictures in future grows. Have been keeping the feeds at 2.7ml this week and will be 2.2ml next week until the flush period. I will upload the complete feed schedule I have done with these plants on the harvest week upload. Can see the leaves showing signs of deficiencies still but guess this is good at this stage and makes sense with the tapering off of nutes. Noticed the cool air was condensing on the intake tube and that is the reason our back right plant has a few burnt leaves etc, drops of water have been dropping on it and frying the leaf under the light. When you rub the flowers and smell your fingers get a lovely minty/chocolaty sweet kind of smell, its absolutely incredible and makes me want to smoke these juicy buds even more no... but good things come to those who wait they say! Day 72 - 07/01/20 This one was the only survivor of my 4 x RQS diary. my blueberry auto, jack herer auto and GG auto didnt sprout but the diesel did and here is her harvest! I added some nice photos of the plant and the yield was 325g wet weight. Should be over an ounce once its dried. Update - Dry weight was 30g although much of the bud is small :) Ive been curing for a few days and its insane how the flavour and burn changes throughout curing :) Update - Day 78 - 13/01/20 The sweet diesel smell and taste is coming through. buds are becoming more and more enjoyable to smoke as days go by. :) il post a few pictures later tonight! Added the photos of some buds and a video so you can all have an opinion on how my buds turned out visually. let me know in the comments :) Il do a few more curing updates to let you know how the second week of curing goes! Day 86 - 21/01/20 I finally finished the NYCD after about 2 weeks of curing. It smokes fairly well and is definitely the best thing ive grown so far :) Buds developed quality and a sweet earthy diesel flavour/aroma over the 2 weeks of curing. one major improvement i would make is to source high quality soil as i really struggled to flush this properly. even still without lab quality conditions ive never felt so depression free since ive been taking this medicine regularly. to finish up i will say that I liked the NYCD diesel taste but i still preferred sour diesel. The plant grew to a reasonable height around 60cm and produced an ounce of average bud. and I might not have won any GD competitions, but im still a winner! :'D Lucky for us I just started an Sour Diesel Auto from fastbuds so you can check that out to see what i thought of it compared to this one :)

Cinderella is a great variety to grow a very quick sativa.. it's funny how she grows outdoors compared to indoors the bud structure is completely different.. but taking the Clones off of the outdoor tree.

Not a pleasant job trimming - LOTS of leaves UPDATE 261 grams dry, yeah took a beating on the dry but expected it. Explains the yield somewhat 2/28 Dry complete Dry weights Tara - 460 grams Ripley - 261 grams Total - 721 grams For a sativa both plants gave surprisingly dense buds, even Tara's were nicely packed. Plants have recovered well from the cold snap, Small calcium def still but it isnt getting worse. The buds are large and fairly dense already. Smell is amazing like citrus and melon.
