9/11/24 sadly the sun isnt hitting these girls as much as i wish. theyve got a decent smell and some decent trichome coverage for only being the begining of week 4. hopefully they chunk up and arent too far behind because of the lack of sun/ light penetration. ive had half a mind to move them indoors to finish

Last day of the fifth week, and these plants are getting an LST treatment on the main stem, under the split. The Ph is looking better, but there are some leaves that are malformed. Probably got too dry?

All of them except Iris have been in bloom since 2 days. I just stressed them out and tied them down. A few large leaves also had to believe in it. Iris comes later. Have a nice weekend@all

~ Day 71 Update ~ Hello everyone! Hola! I’m Meus and this is my 10th weekly update for “First Mainline Attempt!”. I’d like to welcome new & veteran growers, Thanks for taking the time to stop by :) ~ Progress ~ You know, I’m astounded by the level of growth in this past week, my mind is blown! 5" of growth compared to the avg of 1" for the past few weeks (9,8,7, etc), just wow 😱. The smell is pungent, dank, and slightly sweet. I can only dream of what these girls will skunk out, soon, very soon... I’d like to flower now but I have a few small issues. First: I wanted to stop at 8 toppings but I need clones of the others so everyone gets topped to keep an even canopy. Of course I’m not taking 8 clones each 😏, just 2-3 of each strain (5 strains, 6 plants; 2 phenotypes) to put in my 2nd tent till these girls (mainlined beasts) are harvested. This is ambitious though I’m optimistic that this will work out 🙏 Second: Related to the first issue I’m going to need a trellis net to support these girls with their 16 tops. Thing is, all my plant have varying flowering schedules (55 to 70+ days). I’ll need to make a net set up that I can cut out each plant individually as they’re ready to harvest. Third: MOLD! Though it’s not a lot I do have a bit of mold developing at the bottom of the fabric pots (which are known to mold). I’m going to switch to Superoots Air-Pot so I can avoid the mold. They’re $10+ a pop so I might have to wait till my next grow to afford the amount I need to make a full switch. Depending on how things go I’ll start flowering at week 13. Now concerning the mold I found a few ways to deal with my problem without harming or altering taste of these young ladies. This will be a tough 11 - 14 weeks, I’ll keep ya updated fam! ~ Individual progress notes ~ (will post full information soon, update delayed for personal reasons) [Purple Urkle #1] Height: 14" Tops: 8 Notes: 14 inches... That's quite a climb :) Though she's stretchy like her sister I'm excited, can't wait to see the development in the next few weeks of veg 😊 [Purple Urkle #2] Height: 13.2" Tops: 8 Notes: I'm surprised at the uniformity of these two sisters, I'm going to veg a bit longer and get me some clones just in case ;) [CBD Blueberry] Height: 9.8" Tops: 8 Notes: I thought this girl was a goner, definitely didn't respond to the mainline well like the others, wonder why? 😶 Still I'm impressed that my smallest plant is filling in, though she looks weird I still love her and her minions <3 [White Widow] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: Well... This was one of my smallest girls, she's by far the bushiest and most filled in. For an example look at her root mass, one word, insane! Roots are spreading everywhere, so aggressive and the trunk is huge, perfect for transporting all those nutes. Tanya here recovered from a split too, awesome :) [Mazar] Height: 13.8 Tops: 8 Notes: Taller but just as dense as the white widow, the Mazar has potential! A beautiful, healthy canopy, one of my best girls. It's a good feeling knowing that my hard work is paying off 😭 I'm afraid of topping this one because she is so dense that 16 tops will be off the hook, better make a plan soon 🙏 [Super Silver Haze] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: I’m starting to get impatient, I love this strain! Well, most strains developed by Arjan are great <3 I will need to feed soon with diluted nutes, she looks hungry a bit. Other than that she’s a healthy young lady that’s ready to flower :) ~ Final Thoughts ~ Where to start... I’m excited! Getting my clones are my top priority right now, then I'll focus on canopy support. I’ve come a long way from my first grow, even though I failed I learned a lot. Those lessons are keeping me on my toes and I’m learning more everyday. Thank you to those who have been influential to my success, much love! I can honestly say Grow Diaries is the best! Very happy with the grow so far , been doing next to nothing to these girls. I haven’t topped or trained at all they are pretty bushy and my space is limited for LST. All but one have started flowering. Any advice I’m all ears still a big amateur.

The plant is drinking over 3 gallons of water every day. I’ve lowered the PPM’s to 600. Everything seems to be ok now. I will try to change the reservoir water every 5 days from now on. She started to smell amazing! Very lemony 🍋 P.S. Lowerd the TDS to 550 PPM on day 46. Also just realized that I stressed my plan with to much light. I moved the light at 13” and dimmed to 95% ... I will continue to dim it 2% every day...

26.1.25: I have had a mistake 😕 i spilt some Fish Mix as I was experimenting with a syphon from some aquarium tubing I have. Unfortunately, I forgot to take the syphon out! Ugh 😣 However, it is fish emulsion and very thick consistency. Therefore, I was able to scrape it up with 2 of my business cards up off the counter. So added this extra into the next 2 ltr solution I mixed. All plants were watered with at least 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3. Containing the following nutrients;- ♡ 3ml Seachem Seaweed ♡ 4ml Biobizz Fish Mix ♡ 4ml Biobizz Bio-Grow ♡ 3ml Biobizz Bloom ♡ 2ml Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster ♡ 2ml Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag ♡ .25g Ecothrive Biosys. ♡ 2.5g of Bicarbonate of Soda as PH UP. Unfortunately I have broken my PH pen too. Accidentally submerged it under water, then the readings went crazy. I'm leaving it to dry by standing it up but I'm most likely going to need a new one, which is extremely annoying 😑 I'm going start implementing the Scrog net probably some point next week if I let the plants that are in flower to just grow up now, as I do believe that I stunted Watermelon 🍉 by using too strenuous LST. Hopefully the plants still are able to grow upwards at this stage during flower for all the Purple Punch P1, P2 and P3. We will soon see! 28.1.25: My PH pen has packed up 😣 I've got to wait to get another. It's super annoying 😑 so I'm just judging by memory how to regulate it. Unfortunately, that's my only choice! I'm also out of the dechlorinator 😕 things are not going very well this week so far 😅 I guess we will have to make do, until I can get replenished. 29.1.25: I removed all the plants, hoovered, and disinfected the tent. There were several accidents when watering, causing some debris and splashes. I decided to just go ahead and get a few other things done. It's crazy how quickly things can become neglected! 😣 So I defoliated moderately on all plants except Gorilla Cookies seedling. I have absolutely dropped the ball on my lighting situation! My light was much further away than I thought! I turned it up to 100% and dropped it down to just under 2 feet away. After I reset the tent, I set up my scrog net. I removed 80% of all LST pegs. I am planning on letting the scrog net take over the training from here. I really want to minimise the risk of mould, so I decided to start using my dehumidifier. It has raised up to 73% RH this week, so it's necessary. Hopefully, I will be able to get my dechlorinator and PH pen soon! That's kind of essential to me. It's been a little bit of a stressful day in the garden, to be honest 😅 30.1.25: So I am expecting the arrival of my new PH pen today, as well as my new bottle of Ecothrive neutralise. It is supposed to measure the TDS and EC in addition to the standard TEMP and PH, which I had previously. Obviously, time will tell if it's any good or not. I realise, much too late now, that my lighting is very insufficient for this many plants. I need double the watts at least, and coverage is very poor. I remembered I had an old LED floor lamp, which was in a corner being unused. I decided to take the stand off, and Zip tied the pole onto the tent pole at the back left corner. I have no idea what the wattage is, and it's quite pathetic 😅 but I mean, I might as well use it, being as I definitely cannot afford more lights! 😣 Next grow, I will probably only grow 2 plants, max 4, and just use larger 7-10 Gallon pots. Being as I ran out of dechlorinator, I only watered some plants properly because I only had enough to make 6 litres. When my pen arrives, I will get everything properly watered. 31.1.25: The leaves of several plants are showing signs of iron deficiency. This is likely due to my PH pen packing up earlier. I now have a new pen. Due to this, I decided to use my Seachem Prime, which I use for my aquariums. As I wanted to get them watered properly, and my Ecothrive Neutralise hasn't arrived yet. I watered each plant with 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0. I added .25g Ecothrive Biosys to the water. May give them a breather on the nutes and just use the Cal-Mag and Biosys. Being as I've just topped dressed with rich fertilisers, I'm sure that will be OK for the next several waterings. Bubble Kush

Black valium chop Day 101 I'm actually shocked with this one as i thought the foxtailing would make her airy but she seems quite dense considering 😍 smells fairly potent but like a Fruity skunky smell 🤤 got a small bit of finger hash to try later aswell. Didn't get to hang this one as wasn't to bothered as i was thinking of making butter but now i done a wet trim she looks a lot better so now i don't know weather to keep her to smoke 🤣 I don't bother weighing while wet as seems very pointless to me like what i could of had kind of thing 🤣 probably around 4oz I reckon though! I will update in about a week after she's dried in the herbdryer 💯😁✌️🏻💚

Very variable weather, summer is at the end, temperature drops quickly, even 60 °F. I was out for 3 days, on my return I found the three girls who were starting to wither but they were promptly watered. No damage to report. The yellowing of the lower canopy has started. Acceptable weather forecast until 10 September. I bought 5 transparent PCV tarps to protect them extemporaneously from the rain. Very Indica bud structure, well formed, perfect filling. Plant is suffering now from mild rusty fungus infection probably attached by tomatoes. For now only 3-4 branches are affected and only fan leaves. In any case there's nothing to do at this stage and luckly my Special Kush is resilient and is growing very nice. Outdoors it happens. Expected harvest time September 4th week.

Hi all, Another amazing week passed by and RUNTZ from Zamnesia is starting to look like a real winner. So cool how well she is expanding and how well she takes LST. You can see we going to have a big bush when finished with hopefully a lot off very big coals. If no any serious problems get in our way hopefully I am looking to have her in flower by end off this month. Happy Growing

All round great strain to grow , responds well to lolly popping technique , produced around 8/9 good main colas ,, covered in resinous terps with a strong earthy smell … I cannot wait to try this one she’s a beautifull looking plant DRSHOTZUK🍀🍀💚💚

J'ai effectuer le LST YA DEUX JOURS j'espère être dans les temps... Et j'ai monter un peux lampe pour quel s'étire un peut surtout la moby j'avais de mal pour la lst sur la moby cause entre noeud très court j'avais peur d'abîmer les secondaire... Je vais commencer à nourrir la vie microbienne avec de la mélasse de canne sinon tous questions et conseils sont les bienvenu merci bonne culture à tous🎄🎄🎄

21/4 another beautiful genetics, all positive, except for a small malformation in the shape of the leaves with 5 or more points! loaded with tops full of glue, it's starting to brown its hairs! maximum 2 weeks and the cut

purrrrrrrrdy 😍 the scrog turned out beautifully, we are about 10 days into flower! can see the lady parts and the stretch is well under way. the plants are all very healthy and growing vigorously. I did a big manicure yesterday, the pics are one day after manicure. for now the plants have blended into one nice canopy but soon the flowers will distinguish the plants. overall a great week!!! for next weeks update the flowers should be starting to form 😋
