🌌 Folder #2 — Cosmic Noodles Week 3 Update — Technique, Response, Momentum First of all — thank you to everyone following this diary. This space exists to document real-time learning, real decisions, and real plant responses — and this week gave us a lot of material. Cosmic Noodles continues to impress. ⸻ 🌱 Plant B — 2 Weeks Veg → Guided Expansion still an autoflower This plant is moving fast, confidently, and with intention. Her growth this week was so strong that I made the decision to begin structured low-stress training, not to restrict her, but to open her up. 🔧 Training Method (Accurately Explained) This was a progressive process, not a single action: 1️⃣ Leaf Tucking (Start of the Week) • Larger fan leaves gently tucked under • Objective: • expose inner growth • encourage branch development • allow light to reach lower nodes This alone already triggered visible response. ⸻ 2️⃣ Directional Bending (Mid-Week) As growth accelerated, I moved from leaf work to branch positioning. • Branches were gently pulled outward • Secured using soft, green-coated wire • Wire anchored directly into the soil and pot edge • No rigid clips, no plastic clamps The wire is: • flexible • forgiving • adjustable allowing the plant to move while still being guided. ⸻ 3️⃣ Anchoring & Holding Space (End of Week) As branches continued to push hard, I introduced U-shaped wire anchors, pinched into the soil. Important clarification: • These are wired anchors, not plastic clamps • They hold branches down toward the soil • Purpose: keep the canopy open and horizontal • Result: light penetration everywhere This is not about forcing shape — it’s about creating room for expression. ⸻ 🌿 Plant Response Her reaction has been nothing short of outstanding. • Branches: Already pushing into the 6th–7th branch • Stress response: None observed • Vigor: Extremely high • Growth speed: Fast, confident, continuous She didn’t slow down. She leaned into it. This plant is healthy, driven, and clearly enjoying the guidance. Next week is going to be something special. ⸻ 🌱 Plant A — 12/12 From Seed (Autoflower) Running alongside her is Plant A, grown 12/12 from seed, and she continues to behave beautifully. • Leaf stage: • Third pair fully developed • Fourth pair coming in • Structure: Compact, balanced, composed • Behavior: Calm, steady, almost photoperiod-like Once again, it raises the question: Are these autoflowers acting like photoperiods? Or are photoperiods acting like autos? No answers yet — just fascination and respect. ⸻ 💡 Light Intensity & PPFD Response This week, PPFD was increased, continuing the controlled progression already established in the room. Key observations: • Autoflowers are responding exceptionally well • Leaf posture remains strong • Color remains healthy • No stress indicators present This reinforces that progressive PPFD increases, when done patiently, can be extremely effective — even with autoflowers. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect (and What Not To) Expect: • Rapid structural development on Plant B • Even canopy formation as wire training settles • Continued confident growth across both timelines Do NOT expect: • Forced conclusions • Rushed flowering assumptions • Heavy-handed intervention We observe. Flowering nicely now. Not drinking a ton of water but I attribute that to lower temps lately.

K.onec 9. týdne, rostlina se dostává do závěrečné fáze květení a myslím, že to jde i vidět. Pupeny jsou masivní, tvrdé a pokryté silnou vrstvou zatím ještě průzračné pryskyřice. Vůně těžce sladká s podtóny koření a lehkým nádechem borovice, je tak intenzivní, že ani uhlíkový filtr ne zamaskuje kompletní aroma. Rostlina je pevná a bez problémů nese váhu pupenů, dále za celý pěstební cyklus rostlina projevila vysokou odolnost proti stresu a chorobám. I když je světlo pouze 2 cm od nejvyššího vrcholu a jede na 100% na pupenech se neobjevilo žádné spálení ani Fox tail. Příští týden už snad bude připravena na sekyru. Vypadá moc lákavé už se těším až bude hořet

Hi All, I think I must have missed a week, don't know how I did that but I switched on the 16th OCT and this should have been the fifth week of flowering. Anyways I will change that over the weekend. Weekly update: *What's happening in the garden. So starting the fifth week of flowering and the buds are starting to bulk up. I still think the canopy is too dense but I am going to pretty much leave it and see how it plays out. Maybe I will thin out one large colla and see if that's going to grow a lot better but I don't know how meaningful this will be going forward. *On-going problems 1. Top canopy leaves still showing red stems. (I am almost to a point where I think this might be genetics) 2. Sweating problem - I've tried to lower temps, thin out canopy and dimming light. So I've done all that with limited success UNTIL I moved two dehumidifier into the room and lowered the RH in tent from low 70's to low 60's and I directed the top fan directly at the canopy rather than blowing slightly above the canopy. That seemed to help the plant sweat without leaves pointing up and tacoing. 3. Brown goo in reservoir - I am seeing some brown goo started to grow again but less than before. So I am going to increase the cannazym, hydro guard and PH at 5.5. *Neat trick to slightly increase your grow tent area. Since this is a monster mother plant in a 2x4 tent. I've been having trouble keeping her in check especially on the perimeter of the canopy so I actually added a input fan to decrease humidity and increase air flow and also created a positive atmosphere in the tent so the tent basically increased 10- to 15% in volume especially in the middle of the tent where my canopy is at so this gives her more room to bulk up the buds.

This was a great experience and something I have looked forward to for 19 YEARS!!!!!! Thats right, my very first attempt was a summer when I was 14 in a backyard with mediocre results and no flower but that was my very first grow ever. 19 years later its fully legal and here I am getting 36 grams of decent bud grown by the sun in a very questionable cannabis climate!!! NO COMPLAINTS HERE!!!!!!!😋 This diary was never about getting giant buds or the best flowers but more about I'm growing ORGANIC PINEAPPLE EXPRESS IN MY BACKYARD literally a dream come true, to do this worry free, 100% legal. As far as the grow goes I will certainly have some new strategies next year, I think a plastic pot would have been better to keep the heat in at night time with the cool temps earlier on in summer. Maybe even some minor insulation would be a good idea?!?! I'll invent the canadian outdoor cannabis pot hahahah I did not scrog the lady but I did use some yoyos to pull down the outer branches to help the flowers get even light. Will try folair feeding as well next time. I also dried her outside! and trimmed her outside to, she got the full outdoor experience. I just cut the plant and hung her under the deck, worked out good as it was a fairly dry week and she dried out fairly slowly, a little quicker than the tent plants. Now in about a week or 2, maybe a small cure at least first I will be doing the end game goal, smoking endless doobies of pineapple express while watching pineapple express!!!!!!!!! We are just waiting on the trichomes. I will probably cut her down next week. In a few days time. The calyxes have not fattened any more. This is a 5 week old from clone borderliner extreme. My personal favorite to grow and smoke. It gets huge sticky bugs, finishes in 7 to 8 weeks from flip, and gets you super stoned. This strain is total fire, in organic soil it was amazing and now in coco it looks just as good but bigger buds. Beautiful bud colour, chunky buds and unique smell. Top shelf bud🔥

Dutch Passion Shaman Die vierzehnte Woche begann sonnig und warm und endete mit dem Beginn einer massiven Starkregen Front. Über 70 Liter Wasser werden in 48 Stunden fallen. So entschied ich zum Ende der Woche, beide Shamaninnen mit einem Gartenschirm zu schützen. Die Blüten schwellen, die Aufregung steigt. Ich kontrolliere die Pflanzen täglich, um sicher zu stellen, dass beide weiterhin gesund bleiben und ich am Ende saubere und harzig leckere Buds ernten kann. Und diese Zeit ist gut investiert, denn ich entdeckte zu Beginn der Woche eine Blüte, die verdächtig aussah und sofort herausgeschnitten wurde. Shamanin No. 1, die stickstoffüberfütterte grüne Dame hatte ganz oben ein klein wenig Fäulnis zwischen Blüte und Stiel. Im Laufe der Woche konnte ich dann nichts weiteres mehr finden. Auch der Schnitt ist sauber verheilt. Beide stehen gut da. Als klar war, dass es über Tage massiv regnen wird, habe ich begonnen beiden Shamaninnen nur noch sparsam Wasser zu geben. Ein bisschen Trockenstress soll sich gut auf die Trichom Bildung auswirken und ich hoffe, dass sie so in der kommenden Woche durstig und mit geschlossenen Spaltöffnungen weniger anfällig für Pilze sein wird. Denn eines ist sicher: Die kommende Woche wird für uns drei heftig. Ich habe das miese Virus und oben drauf noch eine bakterielle Bronchitis. 29 Grad Fieber. Knock out. 🤒 Zu den Pflanzen werde ich trotzdem täglich hinfahren. Bissl frische Luft tanken. Danke für‘s vorbeischauen! 🤞💚

NCH x SB is starting to fade significantly and has stopped throwing out new pistils, trichomes are significantly cloudy and a few on the sugar leaves are beginning to turn amber. Debating whether I should pull her at full cloudy in a week or two or wait until I see more amber. Sour Kush is still fattening up and has a lot of white pistils yet to mature, trichomes are of course a mixture of clear/milky, no fade on this plant yet. Tangerine Dream is making great progress in flowering and bud sites have thickened up considerably, trimmed a majority of larfy bud sites on this plant since the discrepancy in the distance to the light was so large. Water pH 6.15, EC 0.4. Feed pH 6.15, EC 0.717.

Woche 2 in der DWC, die Pflanze ist inzwischen rund 22 Tage alt, davon etwa neun Tage im System. Mitte der Woche sah alles unauffällig aus: pH und EC lagen im passenden Bereich für diesen Zeitpunkt, Wassertemperatur bei 19 °C. Ich hab mir angewöhnt, den pH nur noch zweimal täglich zu messen und wirklich nur dann einzugreifen, wenn er unter 5,4 oder über 6,5 rutscht. Das ständige Nachkorrigieren spare ich mir. Am 16. September gab es den ersten Wasserwechsel mit frischer Nährlösung nach aktuellem Hesi-Plan, inklusive Hesilicio und Wurzel. Letzter Wasserwechsel: 16.9.2026, pH 5,8, EC 0,9 mS/cm. nächster Wechsel in rund zehn Tagen.

Buenas noches familia, sorpresa, jueves noche por aquí , actualizamos las power plant xL. Es la última semana antes de nuestra cosecha, el tiempo se nos echó encima y las Flores ya están echas, se preparó un lavado de raíces y tijeretazo,para sucesivamente colgarlas.( PRIMERA VEZ que se me echa el tiempo encima con la floración, jurao) Me habría gustado darles algo de estrés hídrico, pero lo veremos con las lemon kush y las northern light xL. -power plant xL es una cepa con predominancia sativa, con una corta floración,es un ejemplar fácil de cultivar, fuerte, y vigoroso. Estos ejemplares se cultivaron en 7L en sustrato light MIX de plagrOn, controlando en todo momento el PH de nuestras plantas, y dándoles de comer una gama advanced nutrients bastante básica. -PROS: facil cultivar, flores llenas de resina , flores compactas, ramas laterales largas. -CONTRAS: hay que tutorar por el peso de la flor, floración demasiado rápida a mi gusto (no te das ni cuenta). *Aquí ya me despido hasta la cosecha familia.
