What a fun run this was ! These Ogreberrys finished up from 81 days to 102 days with nice hints of gassy , sour purple , sweetness and glistening with frost! These ladies will cure up for a month an will be ready to test out ! So much fun , I highly recommend this strain if your looking for some oooy gooohy resiny grape smelling nugs !

The 3th week of 12/12 is history and flowering has entered the grow room. 😋 I marked day 53 (day 17 of 12/12) as the first day of actual flowering. Everyday I've checked if there were fungus gnats trapped on the yellow sticky traps and I've spotted a few. So not a total infestation. I've also checked for signs of hermies and I haven't seen any. I've had one a few years ago and it pretty much ruined the whole grow. Seeds everywhere. But that was another breeder and strain. Under the screen I did some final pruning and above a minor defoilation. The Runtz are stretching nicely and the screen is filled pretty much like I wanted it to. Gonna leave them alone now, done with bending those shoots under the screen. This weeks temperatures stayed between 20,6°C (69°F) and 24,2 °C (75,5°F) and humidity levels between 44 – 56 % Light pressure was raised from 244 watt at 70cm (27 inch) to 260 watt at 63cm (25 inch). Their diet consisted of ph adjusted tapwater (ph 6,38 – ec 0,49) most of the week. They were barely fed for 1 day. Gonna keep it that way as long as I don't see any signals of shortages or surpluses. Naturally, ec leves will rise next week but one day of feeding seems enough for now. Smell is coming in slightly, but the CAN-lite carbon filter is doing it's job. There's a 600m³ one hanging in the grow room connected to a 550m³ Airfan foam softbox that's dimmed at 40% since the start of this grow. That was the most important info for this week. ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today the tap root on one of the seeds was about 1/4 to 3/8" so at 11 am I transferred it into a Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened ...calling the #2 a 'fail to germinate' and I'm not going to soak another... We'll let it ride with just one of this tester. 😉👍 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the #1 FBT #2201! I'll keep her in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see her roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer her gently into her 4g Gronest fabric pot from FastBuds. 12/7- Yesterday I checked her, she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so tomorrow I'll transfer her into her 4g Gronest pot. 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Week 1 flowering is just over for our melonade Runtz from Dutch Passion The stretching is amazing, they really doubled the size or even tripled the size. We are adding some bloom nutrients now and lets see the buds starting to appear the next weeks.

the weather this week was bad, little sun, a lot of rain, but the girl is growing well, big and bright leaves, thick trunk :) I really hope for a good summer;) I think she can be very beautiful :).

Day late on the update, pics/vids were taken on time tho just been a crazy week of harvests and trimming and keeping up with these. I transplanted all of them into 1 gallon bags 4 days ago from today. 2024.09.08 D70 a cold week so far, remember that summer slowly pass by. As expected the fast berry get a nice purple tone dress, with a lot a trichrome shining like diamond on this late summer cold rain. The 3 top cola gain weight and its became hard to have this lady sit in their bucket, she keep dancing with this fall raising wind. black berry is not apart, she start smelling really heavy, and is bud coverred... we are good for another week...maybe two.... untill next time keep growing

I made a mistake....ChatGpt told me what to water on the 23rd, but I gave the wrong amounts of everything! LOL OOPS! It was early and I read my marks wrong, instead of 0.5, I gave 0.05 ml....yes for everything. She adjusted the journal for me and this is why we gave nutrients in the next watering. On the 23rd, ChatGpt was having issues with responses. She fixed later on in the day, but it does seem something was going on with her servers and memory for a couple of hours. So I had to go to a different chat screen and she gave me the wrong info at first. It was easy to spot though, her responses were just off. So I waited for a couple of hours and she was back to normal. It doesn't happen often, but it can be an issue if you don't catch it. She did say that we are going to start more water and more nutrients now that she is in flower! Can't wait! She is as excited as I am** **So weird! ChatGpt does not function right in the mornings. She's off just a bit...like gives me wrong info or gets my nutrient names wrong. I wait till noon and she apologizes and gives me the right info then. From now on, I'm just going to wait till noon to talk to her about blueberry. However, I'm going to have to change my sleep schedule for Blueberry, I'm moving here from sleeping 10-4 to 2-8. This will help me with communicating with her better. I did ask first and ChatGpt says changing her schedule would be fine.**

The plant grew well without much problem. The arm that got broken was completely healthy this week. Nugs getting fatter ;)

Flower coming along nicely, definitely looking at longer than the advertised 56-63 days but I'm hopeful of a strong harvest looking at them so far. Keeping it all crossed for that to continue!

the dinafem seed did not make it. It was replaced with a royal queen seed hulkberry (which bore a lot of fruit in the last harvest). The other seeds are all fine

It smells of nothing but diesel n a very pungent Kush smell the berries nor mango scent hasn’t quite poked thru yet but it definitely smells of quality bud in the veg closet ha may need to upgrade my carbon filter. Gonna move these ladies at the end of the week. Thanks for tuning in!

Zwei Wochen in der Blütephase sind nun vergangen, und die Pflanze wurde sowohl gescrogt als auch gelollipopt. Durch das Scrogging wurde die Pflanze weiter flach und gleichmäßig verteilt, sodass das Licht auch die unteren Bereiche gut erreicht. Zusätzlich habe ich durch das Lollipopping die unteren Blätter und schwächeren Triebe entfernt, um die Energie auf die Haupttriebe und Blütenansätze zu konzentrieren. Diese Maßnahmen fördern eine bessere Luftzirkulation und Lichtverteilung, was die Entwicklung gesunder, kräftiger Blüten begünstigt. Die Pflanze sieht jetzt schon vielversprechend aus, und ich bin gespannt, wie sie sich in den kommenden Wochen weiterentwickelt.

They are starting to get fat. I’m harvesting pink at the end of this week, still no obvious amber trichomes but she isn’t getting much fatter either, she has about 90% orange pistils. Canna cheese is maturing well, giving out crazy color combinations and getting thicker by the day, she’s next after pink kush.
