Hello Growmies, The final chapter of this incredible journey has unfolded, and it's time to share the bountiful harvest and reflections on the entire cultivation process. Trimming the plant was a joy, and with gentle fingers, I removed all the large fan leaves. The precision in this process revealed the true beauty of the buds, setting the stage for a smooth harvest. With care and gratitude, the plant was chopped, and the buds were hung to dry. The anticipation for what lies ahead only adds to the sense of accomplishment. The wet weight, excluding fan leaves, stands at an impressive 782 grams. The buds are massive, a testament to the efficacy of the nutrients used, particularly the Power Buds. The name seems apt, as the result is a collection of sticky, dense buds with subtle lemon notes and sweet pungent undertones. In the final moments, the plant unveiled some delightful purple hues. While I wish I could have allowed them to intensify further, it's a reminder that each grow is a learning experience. In hindsight, a slightly longer fading period would have accentuated those beautiful colors. We live and learn, and that's the essence of this journey. Nutrients are the same as the week before, as they seem to be happy and healthy, changing out the res didn’t seem like an efficient use of nutrients. I have added 15ml of tea and 10ml of CaMg+ into the 55l res over this past week. As I could see the slightest touch of chlorosis on the biggest girl of the bunch. This has naturally raised my EC from 0.72 to 0.89. Both plants either side of centre were topped on D25. They were both working on their sixth node at the time and I cut them both down to their third node, but just below the forth (so it has a stump). Middle will probs be topped in a couple of days time, it still has some catching to do. I will be changing the res out on D27, but I will post that nutrient mix on next weeks journal.

So im a bit too late with this week. Had a busy weekend. My Plant, called Marie, is in flower day 3 now and my god I never had a plant stretching so intense. In her 3 days of 12/12 she stretched about 10 cm. She's kinda tall and i f*cking love her structure. She had trouble with too much nutrients (my fault)but she recover nicely after pure water feeding for about a week. Lets start to see her fatten' up🍁🙏

Either they will have a stress response and halt root growth to early OR they grow normal but are a but frostier These 6 will be sprayed a second time during week 4 BEFORE the bud sites are medium sized. The other 6 will be sprayed once wk4 qnd once wk 5

Day 50 - Starting week 8 today and she’s looking beautiful. She definitely not as big as I was expecting but she’s really starting to fatten up, looking and smelling amazing. Can’t wait for these last couple weeks for her to finish and chop her. Day 51 - All is looking good and hoping by the end of week 10 she’ll be ready or close to ready for chopping. Starting to get milky trichomes but still quite a few clear. The next couple weeks are gonna be fun to watch her fatten up more. Day 52 - She definitely looking good and getting a lot of milky trichs but there’s still a bit of time before she’s ready to chop, at least that’s what I’m thinking. Might do a split harvest if she calls for it but hoping she’ll be ready by week 10 or 11 at the latest. Just need her to fatten up a bit in the middle. Day 53 - Gave her a feeding of water today and continuing to watch her fatten each day. She’s starting to get really frosty and smelly and I’m loving it! Excited for the last few weeks. Day 54 - All is looking good still and it’s like this girl is almost turning into one big giant frosty bud and couldn’t be happier with how easy she’s been to grow so far. Right now she’s almost 100% milky trichs and looks like she still has a little more time to go still. I’m going for a little more couch lock so need those ambers to start showing up. Day 55 - All is looking good still, just watching her fatten up everyday. Day 56 - Last day of week 8 and she’s smelling sooo sweet and getting frostier everyday. Thinking about just giving her pH’d water from here on out. I’m guessing another week or two and she should be finishing up but just gonna continue watching trichs. Waiting for them to start turning amber. Still a few clear in there but not many, mostly all cloudy now.

She's really ramping up the trichomes making her flowers look like their sugar coated! 🤩 I watered her today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water with 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses added which was then ph'd to 6.4 @ 72℉. The molasses will give the microbial colony some additional food as well as supplying micro-nutrients to the plant. I finished out the daily maintenance giving her a check over and turning her pot 1/4 turn to ensure she gets light to every inch of her. 10/1- Yesterday was a 'no water' day as her pot was still fairly heavy to lift. Today she was watered with her usual of 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉. Her flowering continues to impress me with her trichome production covering her flowers with 'frost' she's a sight for sore eye's! 😍 The end of next week will be the beginning of her wrapping up with the 'Finish Line' approaching by Week 9 or 10! 10/3- With Week Seven coming to a close we're going into the last 2-3 weeks for this lady and she's right on track, looking like a Rock Star! 🤩 I watered heavy yesterday and added 1 tsp/g of Unsulfured Molasses to the 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉. February 23, 2021 (Week 7, Day 50, Flower 1): It's the first day of flower! The plants slept for 12 hours last night and will keep that up until harvest. Still seeing pretty crazy growth even for the 12 hours of darkness they went through. Grew about another .5". Excited to see how much these things stretch. Soil was very dry this morning so I watered with 4l of water per plant with 3ml/l pH Perfect Bloom + 2ml/l pH Perfect Grow + 2ml/l Sweet Raw + 1ml/l Big Bud + 1ml Cal-Mag Plus + 1/4 tsp/gal Humboldt Nutrients Big Up Flower Powder with a pH of 5.8. Runoff pH of 6.3. I will start watering with a 6.0 solution going forward. I also top dressed with about an inch of fresh Roots Organics Lush soil. Plants are looking great. Not seeing any problems currently. I'll keep a close eye on them as they transition. Turned down humidity another 5% today. Averaging 50% rH and 73℉. February 24, 2021 (Week 7, Day 51, Flower 2): Plants look great. Soil still moist from watering. Tilled half inch of topsoil. Averaging 50% rH and 73℉. Nothing else for today. February 25, 2021 (Week 7, Day 52, Flower 3): No complaints at all. These plants are as healthy as they can be from what I can tell. The growth sites are starting to do some funky stuff and everything is kind of starting to "clump" together. Really interesting to watch this process happen, as I've always wondered exactly how the buds begin to form. I was greeted with a very sweet smell when I opened my tent this morning, nothing strong yet. To encourage further vertical growth I've removed all LST ties except for two from Gelato 1 and Unknown 2. I adjusted the ties on Unknown 1 because it's already starting to stretch and I need it to slow down just a bit while the others catch up. Soil is semi-moist this morning but the pots are still pretty heavy, so I'll water in a day or two. Averaging 50% rH and 72℉. February 26, 2021 (Week 7, Day 53, Flower 4): Pots were light today so watered with 4l per plant with 3ml/l pH Perfect Bloom + 2ml/l pH Perfect Grow + 2ml/l Sweet Raw + 1ml/l Big Bud + 1ml Cal-Mag Plus at 6.0 pH. Runoff sitting at 6.4 pH. Defoliated one more node on each growth stem - the lollipop look is coming around. It will probably be my last defoliation like this. From now on I'll only pluck fan leaves that get in the way of bud sites. Unknown 1 grew over 2" in the last 24 hours. The stretch is getting real. I removed all remaining LST ties from Gelato 1 and Unknown 2. I redid the LST ties on Unknown 1 in an attempt to control its growth, but at this point I feel like it's just going to be a lanky plant and there's nothing I can do about it. I'll do my best to keep them as level as I can. Also, I took off Unknown 2's stem cast today and it healed really, really well. I have never seen a plant do this, but it filled itself in with tissue that is soft to the touch, and there's only a slight split at the top. It's looking really great. My wife noticed the smell of the plants this morning for the first time - so that's a good sign! Plants are starting to put off a lot of their own humidity, so I haven't refilled my humidifier in days. Averaging 50% rH and 72℉. Overnight it appears Gelato 1 and Unknown 2 are doing their damnedest to catch up with Unknown 1 - they both grew about 2". Plants are looking great and are definitely starting to stretch! Averaging 50% rH and 70℉. February 28, 2021 (Week 7, Day 55, Flower 6): Top soil is pretty dry, but the pots are still heavy. I'll hold off watering for a day or two. The last 24-hour period I think I saw the biggest difference in the plants so far. Each growth stem stretched a ton on each plant, but at varying degrees. The canopy is suddenly uneven, but I think trying to keep everything even at this point will be futile. I will let them go and install the SCROG net soon if the colas start growing too differently from one another. The stipules on every plant tripled in length overnight so I think the plants are definitely getting with the new 12-hour schedule. All the plants are starting to shoot off tons of pre-flowers and pistils now. They're in the swing of things now. Averaging 50% rH and 70℉. March 1, 2021 (Week 7, Day 56, Flower 7): Soil is dry but pots still have some weight. Will probably water tomorrow. Plants are looking fantastic. Canopy is stretching all over the place. It grew so fast, I’d definitely recommend it for a first time grower, im gonna try growing a photo next time, It’s was very sweet tasting, but a bit dry think I need to learn a bit more about drying and curing before my next grow

Einige Triebe wurden nun durch reiben und drücken umgeknickt(HST) weil sie aus dem Netz rausgewachsen ist und ich unbedingt das höhenwachstum eindämmen muss, da die Pflanze noch ihren Stretch machen wird und ich sonst keinen Abstand zur Lampe bekomme. In der ersten Woche deutliche Veränderung des Wachstumbildes, die ersten weißen Härchen sind erkennbar. Biobizz Bloom und TopMax werden ab jetzt auch hinzugefügt.

End of week one of germination . Currently setting up veg tent and still tinkering with set up . Germinated in pre soaked rock wool cubes with rooting stims and a 1ml of m g b and then cover with a bit of light mix and just using cal mag water watered over the top when required , when they start to take off I’ll use a mix with rooting Stims Again to get theM working with the autopot system Pizza , luv & Techno ;)

Another cold week, we are having around 2ºC Minimum temperature, and its really cold at night( I mean, for Spain, because if some Nortern people hear this may be laughting at me hahaha) But there is a range of hours when then sun hits directly the plant if its not cloudy, like 6h-8h, this if i dont have to roll out the awning, so the plant is protected when raining. Did not feed the plant until past the middle of the week, because i ovserbed that the flowers were developing slowly as im accostummed, probably because of the low temperatures, so i decided to give her the last feeding and start the flush at the end of this week, because i felt the plant was like at least 2 weeks from proper harvest, and still developing the flowers with white hairs... Im looking for something narcotic with a nice Therpenoid Profile so the later the better in my opinion, but without passing he Ripper Line hahaha :) So last feeding was like a fattening one... Higher Dose of nutrients for the plant, and later added some Micro Vita to the soil, 3grams, and until the end with water and some carbs in 1/2 irrigations ... What amazed me is the strenght of this plant, surviving these really low temperatures, growing a little slowlier, but without problems or buds, amazing plant, as amazing as beautiful, im in love with the colours.. Ok, so I forgot to update this last week. woops, I will try and remember all the details but im sure to be forgetting something. I decided to strip the plants a bit as I felt their bottom half under the canopy was a bit to thick and under performing It has a bunch of shity stems and buds trying to develop and they where looking sad and spindly, not enough light, If i had under canopy lighting sure that's fine I'd leave em and they would thicken up, but I don't; so they had to go. I selected defoliation as a techniques used but I did not touch anything in the canopy. only below it, it was all not performing well and would have just increased the risk of bad airflow and maybe rot come late flower. I also have been noticing more issues with the one plant then the others and my hydro shop guys said it need more feed, I don't know how much I agree with them about that, they do not grow with amendments but it was time for the topdressing anyways. I mixed up the stuff and worked it into the top soil of the plants outside on the deck, when watering it in I also mixed it with my hands, I found this helps hydrate the Gaia Green powders and prevented them from forming dry pucks in the top layer. I think I need to always do this morning forward with all top dressings as just mixing it into the dry soil then watering is causing to much resistance and the top layer then gets a little bit crusty and hydrophobic, but mixing in while watering at the same time has prevented that from what I can tell. I also gave them a bit of a liquid soluble calcium as the PH was creeping back up again and didn't want that to be locked out. It helped to green up some of the plants again still the one is a bit to yellow for my liking. The top dress consisted of AP 4-4-4, PB 2-8-4 and some IF 3-2-4 Mixed it all up with something else can't remember, probably fulvic acids and magnesium. I also did a bit of a calibration on my tools as well as I felt they might be off a bit. The EC was not to bad, off by 41ppm or 0.082EC vs the base solution, my unit is a 500 scale pen eg. 500ppm=1.0EC PH was a bit more off by PH 0.18 from the PH 4.01 calibration solution. I did not do a before for the PH 7.01 calibration solution as I started at 4.01 but its still close enough in the end at PH 7.03. The storage solution is almost always the same as the PH 4.01 calibration solution. In their manual it says if you don't have any storage solution just use the PH 4.01 calibration solution. I feel they maybe the same thing but one has red dye and some stabilizers in it. Who knows. O and when working on my deck garden I was upcycleing the old cannabis growing mediums into the planters from the strawberry tent grow off, the one shaft from an older plant was purple inside when I broke it. It sat outside all winter so who knows what it was, I'm guessing its just anthocyanins or something similar.
