Aug 10: now done two weeks of force flowering in the garage. This was supposed to be an auto, but like a lot of other growers here, I found this didn’t autoflower. That’s okay and I forced flowering by putting her in the dark garage along with the other photoperiod plants. Hopefully these are just mis-packaged Overdose Fast seeds. Aug 13: overdose is making good progress with flower development finally kicking in after a couple weeks of forcing. Aug 14: added 3 tablespoons of a 50:50 mix of Power Bloom and malted barley as a top dressing and watered in.

Major defoliation today. Plants looked a little sad after but it was a major stress so no surprise. Leaving the lights on 18hrs until they perk up in a couple days, then flip to 12s.

This iteration had its fair share of issues, and has lived through its veg phase without proper lights. It had its tip accidentally ripped off which seemed to boost growth in all secondary branches, which aligned well with the LST. The harvest was sizable for a noob, and the taste is pretty amazing

Plant at the front #3 has had slowed growth but buds are filling out pretty well now, pretty sure she is a Orange sherbet. Back 2 are on week 3 day 17!!! & Are going Awesome, buds stacking up & down every branch! Going to get some really good Cola's of them! They are loving the 730watts!’ of light, back left plant looks like a Tropicana Cookies, going to do some defoliation on her & tie branches down a bit to open up middle of plant to allow more light & air to lower bud sites.

Day 51 - Into the beginnings of week 8 and all is looking good so far. She’s still got a few days before she needs any water and she’s really fattening up each day. Other than that, not much happening with her. Day 52 - She’s definitely fattened up quite a bit the last couple of day but hard getting the light spread out to some of her outer branches so my new light should be here and installed tomorrow. She’ll be needing her watering tomorrow as well, she’s almost dry. Day 53 - Gave her 2 gallons of plain pH’d water today and she seems to be the only one not really bothered by the heat in the tent. I’m doing what I can to keep things as cool as I can but not helping much. Either way, this girl still seems to be thriving so not complaining too much about her. Day 54 - Looks good after watering yesterday, he next will be nutes. She is fattening up beautifully. Other than that, I think she’s really liking the second light in there and the heat doesn’t seem to bother her too much though it’s finally cooling down a bit. Day 55 - Nothing major happening today, she’s doing good after her watering yesterday and it appears she’s still chunking up. Got some updated pictures today as well.

Even though every plant shares the same environment, the same feeding schedule, and the same care, each one tells its own story. Frosted Guava Pheno A has become one of those plants that quietly earns your attention. She has never been the tallest plant in the room or the one demanding the spotlight. Instead, she has grown with remarkable balance, developing a beautiful natural structure that now serves as the perfect foundation for flower production. Last week marked her transition into flowering. This week, there's no longer any doubt. She's officially focused on building buds. 🌸 Week 6 – Bud Development Begins The stretch is now coming to an end, and the plant has begun redirecting her energy exactly where every grower hopes to see it. Flowers. Standing at approximately 101 cm, Frosted Guava has maintained a wonderfully compact yet well-proportioned structure. Every branch has found its place within the canopy, creating a plant that looks organized, balanced, and incredibly healthy from every angle. The small clusters of pistils that appeared last week have now developed into clearly defined bud sites. Each branch is beginning to stack flowers, and the canopy is starting to display that exciting early-flowering look where every top promises something special in the weeks ahead. The pace has changed. Instead of racing upward, she's quietly building outward. And she's doing it beautifully. 🌿 Canopy Development & Training The work invested during vegetative growth continues to pay dividends. Regular Low Stress Training, combined with simple leaf tucking whenever necessary, has allowed nearly every flowering site to receive excellent light exposure without forcing the plant into an unnatural shape. Looking across the canopy, it's easy to appreciate how evenly the branches have developed. The spacing between internodes remains ideal, giving each future cola enough room to mature while maintaining a full, productive canopy. Airflow continues moving freely throughout the plant, reducing shaded areas while allowing every branch to contribute equally to the final harvest. Sometimes less really is more. Rather than constantly correcting the plant, allowing her natural architecture to guide the training has produced a structure that feels effortless. 🌼 Flower Development This week the flowers have noticeably changed character. The bright white pistils continue multiplying across every branch, but now they're gathering into small clusters that clearly resemble the buds they'll soon become. Every day brings a little more volume. A few more calyxes. A few more pistils. A little more definition. It's still early, but the framework of every future cola is becoming easy to recognize. While resin production is only beginning to appear, there's already that familiar feeling every grower loves. The plant is entering the stage where everything starts happening faster. 🍃 Plant Health Health continues to be one of Frosted Guava's strongest qualities. The foliage maintains a rich, healthy green color from the bottom of the canopy right through to the newest growth. Leaf posture remains excellent throughout the day, showing strong turgor and steady transpiration despite the warm summer conditions. The stems have continued thickening nicely, supporting the increasing weight that will soon come as flower production accelerates. Overall, she gives the impression of a plant that's completely comfortable in her environment. No signs of stress. No unnecessary drama. Just steady, confident growth. 💧 Nutrition & Irrigation As flower production begins increasing, Frosted Guava has smoothly transitioned into a feeding program designed to support the demands of early bloom while maintaining healthy vegetative function. This week she's receiving: • Terra Bloom — 1.9 ml/L • Pure Zym — 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L • Power Buds — 1 ml/L • Green Sensation — 1 ml/L Maintaining: • EC: 1.78 mS/cm • pH: 6.0 The AutoPot system continues providing a stable and uninterrupted supply of water and nutrients, allowing the root system to remain active around the clock without experiencing repeated wet and dry cycles. Healthy roots continue supporting healthy flowers. 🌡️ Environment The environment remains remarkably stable, allowing every phenotype in the room to express its genetic potential without unnecessary stress. Week 11 (03/04 - 09/04) During this week I'll continue to flush the plants. I guess that this will be the last week for all of them. I'm waiting to chop in order to obtain a balance of 60/40 or 70/30 of milky/amber trichomes. Moreover, due to the fact that I have to use the same growbox to dry them, I must cut all the plants the same day. Doing this I think I'll have a more mature Fat Banana #2 and, I hope, a good variety of Blue cheese and Fat Banana #1. 03/04 D71: one liter of tap water each @ pH 6.3. Trichomes check: all three plants show milky trichomes for the most; few amber on the main branches of two fat bananas 04/04 D72: one liter of tap water each @ pH 6.3 05/04 D73: one liter of tap water each @ pH 6.5 06/04 D74: - 07/04 D75: end of the journey. Chopped all today. Light wet trimming to avoid rot and I've put them drying in the grow room. I will wait a couple of week

1/8/2023: chop day for the Newberry! Like the other plants, I will be drying the whole plant, along with the Orange Bubblegum in a 2x2 AC Infinity tent, with the temp and humidity as close as I can get to 60° F and 60% humidity. The portable AC unit and humidifier do a good job keeping me in range. This was very easy plant to grow. Other than a few nanners the last week in flow, I had no problems with her. Smells amazing and looks amazing too. Can't wait to try growing this one again.

Hello my friends! Almost weekend, are you ready for it ? I can't wait, the work drained me soooo much this week! Good that this little Titan gives me so much joy and satisfaction every time im back home! Back to us! Today is friday and marks the last day of her 10th week. Today is kinda important, is exactly 77 days since the plant showed up from the soil. RQS is saying that normally this plant is ready to harvest in about 70 to 75 days. Mine is already 77 and is not ready yet. As you can see from the picutres and clips especially the last ones of this week...you can see that her trichomes are not quite ready yet. The trichomes look like they are 85%/90% ready right now, as I am writing this post. The pictures and clips are also from this morning, is all fresh material. Most of the trichomes are cloudy but you can still see that few of them are not ready yet, also there is no amber colour at all. All of this it must mean that the plant can go couple days more. This week and the previous one I was reading and checking online about this plant and her previous grows. I understood that the plant in reality takes a little longer to get FULLY ripe and ready. A little over 80 to 85 days. I will let her run for another week more or less, today is day 77. For peace of mind I am checking the trichomes every 2 days to don't miss it or be late. It would be a shame to cut it down right now. Why? I can see the buds getting bigger and bigger everyday! She's getting thicker literally in front of my eyes, especially in this late phase of flowering. I can see the buds increasing in size day by day. I am sooooo happy! Dope! So harvest probably next week! WATERING This week I've started the FLUSH cycle. The plant got 6 L of plain water adjusted to 6.3 pH and splitted in 3 watering sessions by 2L each. In all 3 waterings the drained water was around 1 liter. NUTRIENTS No nutrients this week, same story next week. Just plain water till harvest, the water will be adjusted to the correct pH. No more no less. The harvest should fall exactly on the day that marks 2 weeks of no nutrients. So actually with this we are really spot on! Perfect I would say. LIGHTNING The light is always 100%, 24/7. The only update here is that at the beginning of this week I lowered the light about 10 centimeters for this last days of flowering. Is an experiment...anyway my light is only 70 watts in the end. So I am not too worried about it, probably I should lower it couple of week ago to give that extra boost to the plant. But it is what it is, now is too late ahahahah. Anyways talking about the light...before I've got 25 centimeters between the led lamp and the plant, now is about 15 centimeters of distance. TRAININGS NO MORE training techniques were applied to the plant. At the beginning of this week I REMOVED all the LST that was trapping and keeping her strapped to the pot. I wanted the plant to BE FREE during the last two weeks of her life. Like a little treat and mercy for this beautiful prisoner ahhahaha. Removing the LST I allowed the plant to lift up a little bit more her branches. In this way the buds sites went up and closer to the led lamp, closer about 10/20%. Maybe is not much but in the end everything counts on the scale. We will see the results. The height of the plant didn't change in this last weeks, it reached 48 cm and stayed there. Actually after I released her from the LST last week, it gained 2 cm. So now at the end of her life the plant is 50 cm tall. The smell is strong and pungent, refreshing somehow. Very pleasant, I love it. OVERALL Everything is going well, just a little bit late on the schedule. The patience is the key for good and big buds! I CAN SEE THE FINISH LINE, WE ARE ALMOST THERE.
