The calyxes are blowing up on the pheno 1, great purple shades on the leafs and sugar leafs. The trichomes on the leafs showing a few amber heads, important to check the trichomes on the bud. In mine case mostly cloudy at the moment. Pheno 2 is creating more trichomes. It seen that the buds are getting more frostier and giving them the last boost by foxtailing a bit. Not because of the heat or the light, but getting to the end of their life.

April 2 Fully into flowering now. I think the tape that I put over the LED on the humidifier was more translucent than I expected, delaying flowering a week. I fed a half gallon of RAW BLOOM on April 1, and a full gallon 2 days prior. I'll need to dedoliate soon, cuz the bottom is a jungle.

Buds are getting bigger, :) Starting to get a little warmer in my neck of the woods, gotta run the AC a bit more. Got the grow almost dialed in. Girls are looking good.

The plants continue to grow although slowly. I turned the Gavita back on this week and even at 42 inches it seems to be too much light at full power because although they're getting adequate nutrients, the leaves appear to be showing signs of damage to the chlorophyll pigments. I'd like to splurge and get the adapter and controller so that I can dim the light and slowly increase the intensity to allow for a more gradual photo acclimation period, but I will probably hold off until my next run. I've also considered adding supplemental Co2 to help the plants more effectively tolerate and take advantage of the light intensity, but it seems like a big expense for an uncertain benefit considering all of the other variables that are sub-optimal. Perhaps I'll give those Excellofizz Co2 pucks a try. Someday I'll build sealed grow room with automated Hvac, feeding, and Co2 enrichment but for now I'll soldier on and hope for the best as the flip to 12-12 approaches. More to come next week!

The 3rd and final girl has been trimmed, weighed and placed into curing jars! She added another 78grams making the total come to 219grams! I'm fairly happy with the result of my first grow! Id like to thank the community here on growdiaries. Without the hours I've spent looking through diaries, getting ideas, and learning, I've found this site invaluable! I hope my fellow growers keep on taking pics and sharing their experiences! Being my first grow and having to deal with manitoba flood humidity during late flower i believe i ended up with a decent harvest sitting in my jars. I really look forward to growing another photo strain in the future and perfecting my results but I think I'll be doing a run of autos first so I'll be back 😎😎 Post cure edit: These frosty buds matured into a dream to smoke. They really kick your ass and leave you breathless in a nice indica daze. Would not recommend for medical use for anyone with lung issues or super old smokers... but if you got some young lungs and wanna get fucked up, some good old OG kush will get it done boy! Will hard flush in the next 24hrs with 4 others and they'll all go under my later stage ripening light "SF-1000" !!!!!!!HARVESTED!!!!!!! Edited, ( decided to add my harvest wk and merge it into this viewing week. She is a very odd duck. She just kept pushing out clayxs. Built on sugar leafs and very airy. But, I'm not at all put off by that. The buds are very frosty. (Foxtailing) due to heat and extra stress from a hard push at the end. Some FOXTAILING for a 2x trichomes production in the last week was worth it to me. I'm gonna hold off on rating for a few weeks after the cure, as it's not the most pleasant smoke atm. And after 3 days curing it has gotten a lot better. Bit dank earthy and musky.. have yet to get a sweet smell. I've only had a 1 skinner blunt and it got me high. But I had already smoked other an hr before. So, I'll give true rating in a wk r 2. HARVEST PICS AVAILABLE DIET Has been a mixed bag. But the past few weeks I've been pushing plagron natural line, and a few of their top products. Atami have been used at the end. As was plagron & Terpinator. So, I've nothing to compare it to. Edit Has just been on water for wk 12. Lights Spider Farmer SF-1000 / Viparspectra P1000 2 X 100watts Mars SP/FC 3000 SP used through most of grow. And then the FC 3000 was used for late stage of flowering & ripening.

La puissance du panneau LED a été abaissé sur 55% La floraison est prévu pour 7-8 semaines et pourtant j’en suis à 10, sûrement du à la carence post stretch qui a ralentit la floraison et réduit le rendement ; J’ai observé les trichromes le 28/10, ils sont presque tous laiteux et les premiers ambrés arrivent doucement.. I started germination of 1 Gorilla Zkittlez bean on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plug was just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made hole. Than I sowed my bean into the hole. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the hole in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plug into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see a sprout. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plug planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get this lady situated into her home. Cant wait! Some Background information on my experience with Gorilla Zkittlez. I've grown this variety out twice so far. Once in a 15 gallon container which became a super branchy beast. That yielded a large amount and filled up it's own 4x4 tent with a little training. The second and most recent time was in a 1 gallon SOG grow. She also flourished in a fast flip SOG grow banging off a fat head frosty main cola, with a few satellite buds. Very adaptive strain and seems to flourish in any environment and any size space. Looking forward too my 3rd adventure with Barneys farms masterpiece.
