Flowering day 3 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys . My cutting heating broke 3-4 weeks ago, which was fixed immediately and everything went wonderfully. Now, 3 days ago, the central heating broke down in the entire room, so that at night I only have temperatures of around 13 degrees :-( . One or the other lady is slowly starting to see a phosphorus blockage, as this can no longer be absorbed at temperatures below 15 degrees, like many other nutrients :-( . A friend looked at the heating yesterday and came to the conclusion that a real company had to do it, which is by no means possible for a stranger to enter my room. I quickly ordered heating mats for all the boxes so that the ladies could at least get warm feet. That's all I have this winter full can do . Let's hope everything will be fine 🙏🏻. As soon as the heating mats are attached in the coming days, I will post them in the pictures. Now for the update. Despite the severe cold, the ladies are still doing well and have made good progres . The ladies only had to be watered once this week, each time with 1 l, because it absorbs the water very slowly because of the cold and I don't want to overwater it. I took every single plant in the pot to take a close look at their roots. These are snow white and look very healthy 🙏🏻. It was also the last time neem oil sprayed so that the last trips are finally gone. Otherwise everything was checked and a lot of planning was done, like I do with the heating mats. Since a friend had the same problem in one winter and the heating mats got 10 degrees plus on the pots, I am very confident that it will at least bring something for the last cold month 😃 🙏🏻. 5.23 F60 5.27 F65 - Everything has been going well this week. The plants went through a feed cycle that should carry them through flower no problemo. Started with the AACT Tea, then a bokashi drench with Fish Shit from Fishheadfarms and plain water from here on out. They are drinking quite a bit. 1.5-2 gallons a plant every 3ish days. The terps in my tents smell out of this world. The ScrOG and 3x3 are like a candy store. Passion Berry has mango/guava citrus terps while Deadstar v2 has strawberry watermelon terps. The 4x5 is much more varied, but in general the sweet pink dominates with it's grape candy terps and the dread bread cuts through with it stanky gassy lemon while the prayer pupil smells like moth balls and a bit of GMO. Very lucky to get to experience this much variety. 5.29 F67

Week 10: Blueberry Auto - Sweetness Overload & Harvest Looms! ☀️ Yo growmies! Mother Nature's got the magic touch for sure! Every weekend visit to the Blueberry Auto is like a trip to candyland. The smell gets sweeter by the hour, seriously, I'm surprised I haven't attracted a swarm of sugar-crazed squirrels! Speaking of close encounters, I snapped some magnified pics this week so you can all get a good look at her frosty goodness. Those trichomes are getting cloudy, with barely any amber ones in sight. Harvest decision time is upon us! Do I chop this sweet blueberry dream this weekend, or let her keep on ripening for another week? The struggle is real, growmies! I decided on next week, but I couldn't resist a sneak smoke. Snagged the two bottom nuggets (gotta practice self-control, right?) and they're already chilling in my mini drying spa. Big week! I got my new EarthBoxes and a bunch of goodies. I picked up the Probiotic Farmer's Alliance kit from BuildASoil, so I also got some EM-1, Kashi Blend, dolomite lime and Malibu compost. Alongside that I picked up Colorado Worm Compost (vermicompost), Gnarley Barley (malted barley, corn and hemp) and Craft Blend (aprox 3-5-2 organic mix). Unfortunately there was a bag of soil missing, so I ended up using my own mix though I am somewhat scared of it being too clay-heavy for the SIP. I inoculated with EM-1 and began fermenting a batch of activated EM-1 to make the bottle last longer. It looks about a week from LST, after that I hope to set up a two-tier SCROG setup and begin growing the bushes. I will begin spraying AEM-1/EM-FPE/EM-5 alternatively once a week for IPM, I will try to avoid using neem this round (unless I find this approach lacking). I also brewed a batch of EM-FPE with aloe that smells incredible, I can't wait to give it a go.

Have some Hurkle regular seeds i got my hands on. I germinated them and they sprouted. Pictures are a real testament to genetics, and pheno types. all planted same day other the same circumstance and rotation in hot spots. all diff sizes and leaves are a different health. This grow is an experiment the weakest one will stay in the tent and go 12/12 after its first set of true leaves to see quality. the 2 bigger ones will be for an outdoor balcony grow on the lake. Direct sunlight from 6am-2pm. Right now they are in the tent for another week until the temperature is a little more consistent outside. then i will transplant.

Training and defoliation, plus i decided to transplant two bench plants that were chillin in 500ml cups incase smth goes wrong with the rest but nothing went wrong ofc. So i transplanted them into 3 galons and supercropped so at least i get somewhat even tops. Plan is to veg them 7-10 days more and we go into flowering :)

Lots of fattening this week lots of foxtailing too though. Plant smells strong of citrus and I can't wait to try her. Trichs not looking too amber yet but I hear some just dont, so I've pulled a small bit off to try. Watch this space!

Going into flowering is always a special moment and we prepare to do it in the best way to make the plant understand that it is time to become a woman and speed up the start of the formation of the buds. We start with 24 hours of darkness this to give a strong break and sign of change to the plant that understands the change of time and prepares to go into flowering. The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had clear skies sunshine. Temperatures were in the low 80's. Day 2 we had partly cloudy skies, low humidity, and temps in the lower 80's. I watered about 1.25 gallons per pot. Day 3 we had lite showers in the morning, partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the low 80's the remainder of the day. Day 4 we had showers in the early morning until afternoon. Then it was mostly sunny with high temperature around 79. Day 5 we had lots of sunshine and temperatures in the low 80's. I watered about a gallon out of the water hose. Day 6 it was mostly sunny with temperatures reaching 82°. The pots are drying out fast. Today I watered about 1.5-2 gallons of well water from the hose. I added 50mo ferrous sulfate top dressed to each pot. Day 7 we had thunderstorms, rain, and drizzle early morning and intermittently throughout the day. Temperatures were upper 70's. This week was a success. The plants on average grew 12" in height. The excessive rain hasn't been a problem and they are thriving. The only issue is the rain is washing the iron out. This caused some mild chlorosis in the new growth. I added a little iron to each pot and that'll fix it once they start picking it up. I've decided to let these grow naturally after the topping.
