July 18 - entering the final 3 weeks of Veg for these soon to be Monsters - feeding and fertilizing plans have worked really well to this point in time. Not one crispy tip on a leaf, thats just amazing with so many plants. (One autoflower had a meltdown, pH related / doa) - Machupi’s Lady gets a visit today. Once it left my hands, there happened to be a Name Tag incident with 5 plants. And its not the first time X (my buddy) has been involved. * Thankfully this one Private Strain has developed SOOO much differently than the other 4 identical plants, its a no-brainer now as to where Machupi’s Lady is… pictures to follow. Its a day of discovery. Leda Uno x T.N.R. (Both from kc brains and the first time seeds from this pair have been grown) - for the first time I’ve posted both congo plants, you can see how the windy environment has stripped the plant, of any smaller internal leaves. The Protected Congo is building a really dense ball of foliage. 20th - TLC has been applied to some of the plants, ahead of a big storm coming our way. Bamboo tripods affixed woven through a side-branch, joined to two others. Bamboo is 6’ and is stuck/hammered 5” into the ground easily, securely. Lets the main stalk move kinda-sorta, but its always being anchored in at least one direction. - with Bilbo Haze out of the picture (4/4 male plants arghhh, gurgling slow-death sound) I have invited a Honduras x Panama sativa, from good ole Ace seeds to join us. Shes been there all along, same birthday etc. I’ve never tasted it, truly taking my collection for a walk this Summer 21st - big winds have split one of the CloudWalkers; of course, the one that was topped. With 2 plants outside this summer, that have been modified by each FIM and Topping, both of them has failed and Split. Each was and is being repaired; rope / duct tape. But thats the last limb loss for any outdoor plants right now… LST ROCKS - the other CloudWalker is Robust, and still on the Menu

It was a ride! My first ever indoor grow and I’m very pleased with how I filled up the tent, with autoflowers. The buds are looking dense so I’m guessing around 100 grams in dry buds 👌🏻

I have been calling this my frost throne this week. When you are look at it a certain way it looks like a throne and the frost on her is incredible. The stacking of bud sites is very impressive I am hoping by the time it is done it is just a bunch of huge buds. Showing a little nute burn on a few tips this coming week will probably cut the ph perfect trio and give it some extra flush time and see how it runs this week. Today will be getting big bud and bud candy in its feed, then flush til Wednesday then flush til saturday. See how that goes!

This week is going okay i am sad that I lost the other plants due to a light dropping snapped her right in half but the beach ball is doing great responded well to topping hopefully growth will continue

I placed the 2 seeds in a damp paper towel and placed it into a closed Tupperware. The tupperware was placed in my stereo cabinet (warmest place I could find) and less than a day taps roots were showing. I then placed them in my humidity dome and within 18hrs I had roots sprouting thru the bottom of the sponge. This has been the best start I have yet to have. I also built a new RDWC system with waterfalls to veg and flower these two in. I have photos and video above on the new tent setup. I have it running with just regular tap water until the seedlings are ready to go in. I have also installed a 90gpd RO system (APEC brand) under my kitchen sink. The water comes out 5.8ph and 7ppm. I will be using this RO water thru the entire grow with some Cal-mag of course. The system holds about 25 gallons total of water. The main res is 17 gallons and the two buckets are 5 gallons. I will no longer be using air stones. I have a recirculating pump in the main res, waterfalls in the buckets and of course the main pump running the whole system. Should be plenty of air for the roots. I used 2 in return pipes in the hopes of avoiding roots clogging the pipes. I scrogged last time but I'm not sure I will be going that route. I might just top and train. I will be doing a major defoliation on one and just simple trimming on the other. I am trying to find out if the risks of stressing the plant are worth the returns. Well wish me luck....and away we go. 15 Noviembre: -Hoy se instaló el sistema de riego "Drip to Waste" que me permitirá hacer riego de precisión, con protocolo "Crop Steering". -Se instalaron sensores de humedad de suelo, para saber cuándo y cuánto regar, el sistema manda datos de humedad de suelo, temperatura y humedad ambiente, etc vía internet a mi celular. -Mañana se comienza con el primer riego de precisión. 17 Noviembre: Segundo día de riego automático, 3.0EC y 5.9pH, las plantas crecen a buen ritmo, las raíces ya están saliendo por los orificios de drenaje a 2 días de transplantadas. 20 Noviembre: Se realizó una pequeña defoliacion de las hojas tipo abanico muy grandes.

8/17 - Fed the ladies with liquid nutrients today. Also did some selective defoliation. The soil looks really healthy. You can see how happy my worms are. The two are coming along nicely and just starting to bud. 8/19 - Top fed all the ladies today with Uprising Grow, Uprising Bloom, and Elemental. 8/21 - They are in bloom! They are beginning to flower and looking lovely. In between feedings I water with RO water and molasses. They seem to love it. 8/24 - Blooming along nicely! Watering just about every day now. Added some mulch to the tops that I made from the dried leaves I take during defoliation. Hoping to keep the tops a little more moist.

I thought the ladies would have another 2-3 weeks left in veg, but started to notice pistils forming within the last couple of days. So flower will most likely start to begin within the next week, I’m guessing I may see a couple oz per plant come harvest day. Not bad for first time grow & using autos, from what I’ve heard a lot of people do not recommend learning with autos due to how quickly their state can change depending on what you do with them. There are some things I wish now I would have done a bit different within the last couple of weeks, I can’t help but wonder how much bigger they’d be if I did not do any defoliation at all. But I have been combating flies bad and made the call to defoliate mainly for that reason. Started to cut back on veg foods and introduce flower foods and sugars to their diet. Humidity levels still at a steady decrease, aiming to have humidity down in the 30s come flower time. Will be going on vacation for a week soon, so fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong. Will be having a good friend of mine come by every couple of days to FaceTime me and make sure everything is handled as well as possible when the time comes.
