The far red is really showing its effects now, all of these normally take 63-68 days to finish, as it is I think I can chop around day 58. Combined with the super short veg, I could do 5 runs like this a year. BBC is fading nicely, was growing strong. The others didn't use up the nutrients, even though its been straight water only with microorganisms and some kelp added every two weeks. I didn't do any pH correction and the tap water here comes out at pH of 8 and 0.8 EC, I cut it to 0.4 EC. Impressive! I am not getting sponsored by biotabs, but I am amazed what just the tab itself without any of the product line is achieving. I am sure, you can push the plant more, but I love the keep it simple approach. Next round I am going to add a Blumat self-watering system and just check in on the plants once a week. Edit: Harvested at day 56, the far-red took off a solid week - as expected. Smell was intense, they had 36 hrs of darkness before harvest, will hang until I get back Saturday evening and then go into the winecooler I modified. Currently at 19 C and 50% humidity, bit too dry, but it's only for two and a half days, so I'm not worried. The biotabs didn't fully dissolve in the 9 weeks they were in the pot, next round I will break them up a little. Only the BBC really faded, I hope the taste won't be too much on the nitrogen side 😬 harvest update will follow as soon as they are dry, so probably in another two weeks from now

Hi there my beloved stoners who take all the pain about reading these text walls, i'm taking this week as nutrient schema week because, as i changed to a new substrate i have to deal with new shit as i'm trying to bond over with these new medium. Organic Life Light mix is a local product that can be found mostly in Chile and some parts of South America as well. There is no much review about it but most insights nevertheless if the brand can be considered on the u get what you pay acording to its price , is more than that as it's a bit more complex to grow on a peat moss & coco coir mix and noticed it as im having some nutrient issues (detailed below ) as well watering is different , dear readers i have experienced it as well ! . I can make accountable the substrate on these ones 4 days evolved in a good and a bad way at the same time , as it's seems to be really light & airy gives the advantage of seeing some more faster growth , but at the same time has quite low nutritional value as older leaves already becoming yellow, yet discarding a nutrient block due excess because no edges are burnt , also considering the shit i used previous week is pretty organic and i stay on the lower doses. This gave me a bit more of dependency and record on the food i give to my babies, the reason that spams this post itself, if this CalMag helped to correct the issues depicted on photos as exampled. Hope this doesn't evolve to the worst hahahahahaha. (If anything shitty happens or something cryptic goes beyond my understanding i will post it , yet the update on 28/08 shows everything went better than expected! 😇). I discard tap water quality as secondary cause on the issue (water from a faucet ) as if that shit were causing glitches, it could have happened on the start of my previous grow too! And the substrate was different too, on the bright side now i have to think that its easier to correct carencies more than excess as well. On the space aspect also sorted the light bulbs to be closer to the plants now that are a bit more matured rather than seedlings, it's a 4000k & 6500k dominant mix according to what is better to vegging itself and changed it to 3 different modules to play with height if have some stretching differences between the killer kush f1 siblings. 11 June - week later from last update. Girls doing great. Noticed ants nest rite under couple of girls soil and small amounts aphids(black). Foliar Spray them mix of neem oil, baking soda and dish soap. Ordered some ant bait station for kill them. Feed girls with seed sprouts tea, alga grow, sea weed and home made cal-mag.

I flushed the pots once this week. And use once with enhancer and a very small dose of shrot flowering fertilizer. And I tried very hard to lower the humidity and make the daytime temperature not more than 25 degrees 💐🛸👽💥1

On day 56 my setup got another light. I took the Lumatek out and changed it for a second Mars Hydro TSL 2000. Now i can use more space in the tent and the light is spreaded way more even than before. I now got about 1000 PPFD at the canopy top and around 800-900 PPFD square. They are running at about 80 % atm. Each side is seperately dimmable and i can set the ankle relatively individually for each plant so i can better react to the different grow heights, which comes automatically with 4 different strains. She got a defoliation and another place to ripen up the lower part of the plant, just to see if it works. She has done her job as a crash test dummy extremly well, what a pleasure 😍

Die Passion Fruit hat ihre dritte Blütenwoche hinter sich und die Buds bilden sich deutlicher heraus. Bei ihr besteht noch keine Schimmelgefahr, dafür sind sie zu klein und noch zu offen. Es war eine sehr regnerische, windige und sogar manchmal sonnige Woche, an der die Buds trockneten und wieder genässt wurden. Da sie gut angebunden ist, kann sie nicht mit Wurzeln aus dem Topf gerissen werden und der Topf nicht umkippen, da er beschwert ist und die Triebe nicht so leicht umknicken, da sie miteinander elastisch verbunden sind und sich gegenseitig stützen. Insofern ist der Wind nun beim Trocknen hilfreich. Sie hat keinerlei Geruch und Schadstellen und ist locker aufgebaut, dass der Wind gut durch sie hindurch ziehen kann. Aufgrund des aktuell starken Windes sind Makroaufnahmen jedoch gerade nicht möglich. There is no risk of mould yet, as they are still too small and too open. It was a very rainy, windy and even sometimes sunny week, during which the buds dried out and then got wet again. As it is well tied up, it cannot be pulled out of the pot by its roots and the pot cannot tip over because it is weighted down and the shoots do not bend easily as they are elastically connected to each other and support each other. In this respect, the wind is now helpful for drying. It has no odour or damage and is loosely structured so that the wind can blow through it easily. Flowering week 9 report: -------------------------------- Okay guys i am on the final stretch! I have carefully examined pistils and noticed that all of the plants have more than 70% darkened and curled pistils. Also, i did some microscope check on the trichomes are they are all milk and cloudy. This week i will administer nutrients for the last time, then i will do 5-7 days flush with plain ph-ed water. That being said, i guess i will be harvesting these beauties in no more than 10 days from now on. During the day the HPS and the strong ventilation are drying the air good enough, and during the night i turn on dehumidifier, so the RH stays low 24/7.
