Okay sooooo big big sighhhh! I’ve been dreading making this post so I’m sorry I’m behind 2 weeks. I had to go outta town for 8 days. I had everything set up for my brother to take care of the plants. It was a really hot week the week I was gone and these plants were taking a beating and started to get burnt from the heat! One plant died and I’m super sad about it. But we living and learning out here! I have tried to trim the dead leaves without taking too many fan leaves off so I don’t shock em more. All last week was surviving giving the plants a little over a gallon of water a day! Doing some of the nutrients every day but not all. I like to run water in Between the nutrients. But with coco coir I’m not too sure if it’s needed. “Learning over here” so ya thankfully it’s been cooling down and I’ve learned some new tricks to cool the tent off! I got a air water cooler that’s blowing cold air into the tent and my 6” duct sucking out hot air. Things are looking better! One more week with nutritions then a week of flush and Harvest is what I’m thinking. Any suggestions thoughts or ideas for me! I’d appreciate it!

previous watering was fed with liquid nutrients, my temperatures are not low so the nutrients come slowly with some intervals giving only water without much runoff occurring a mixture of soil and mycorrhizae for better performance i know i needed calcium and magnesium good the problem was money, i will continue with epsom salt the option i have direct sulfur in the soil has helped me hear a visible change. water ph 6.2 solution temperature 20 ° - 0.50 g of great white mycorrhiza 2 days earlier were sprayed with water without ppm via leaves - lights off to serve as a cooling shower in the heat is great for stomata . Simple led panel added as main light source 260watts being divided to 3 plants in the fullspectro tent model, did not get much difference in temperatures compared to HPS, is more the same spectro ratio and UV to reach more directly in the trichomes and terpenes. Large leaves, like a true sativa even if they are long, go in equally straight and thin shape, trichomes with glands larger than their sister, but this one in front really does not hear physical stress from something just high temperature training, but are very resistant To this, I imagine later on taking this same genetics at favorable temperatures and hydro. A strong smell that I will have to turn to buy a filter, I can not with curious and malicious neighbors need to really contain the smell.

Things progressing, does defoliation really improve yield? I’m hearing conflicting arguments

Couple got a little burn I think maybe a little too much soil in there with the coco on top of the light feed? I got all the final pots filled up today they will go in 3 gal bags either today or tmm. It's a Greentree pro ultra coco/perlite mixed with some roots organic soil about 70/30.

A great week overall. Self watering pots are doing great. Keeping things moist without having to water all the time. Buds are really swelling up at this point and starting to change colors. Exciting but I don't think next week will be harvest as advertised. I think it'll be two to three more weeks. Lights at 100% power. 4/1/25 She has super long, almost spider web type pistils that are super beautiful. I can see the calyxs packing on under neath the pistils and forming the buds. She has a nice stacking to her. Maybe 6+ nodal cola. Shining, fuzzy, glistening trichomes stretching out across the fan leaves. Top Dressed with 2Tsp of Bloom, 1tsp of Microbe Charge, and 1Tsp Bloom Booster. Ive also been trying a new method for the top dressing efficacy. I got the idea while watching build a soil using the earth box. I have started covering the soil with some aluminum foil to kind of act as a cover so the feeder roots will come up to where the top dressing is. which seems to be working fairly well and simply. 4/6/25 She is producing super nicely so far. Seems to be thinner, longer buds. But i can visibly see the buds forming calyxes underneath the pistils. Very bulbous and full calyx stacking 4/7/25 the buds are starting to pack on some weight. everything looks happy and

All 3 plants cut and just Ozz remaining to dry and trim. Terrible outcome for #4 as I had to throw more than half of the plant away due to bud rots. I’m still really confused about what happened: the day before harvest I noticed and removed 3 bud rots from the plant - so far so good. All remaining buds were fine, but when trimming I realised every single top was maroon-ish at the base and I could clearly see a start of mold when opening some of them. Although I could clearly confirm what it was with a 30x lens, the white spots were extremely scarce and small (less than 1x1mm each time). It doesn’t seem really coherent with how it should have spread. Nonetheless, I didn’t take risk and threw away any bud where I could identify white mold with the lens, and put aside the ones where I had a doubt in pop corns (the “7g maybe”, cf below) to track the evolution.
