JipserNight On Friday, I last gave 10 ml of organic P-K. Then it happened: I overwatered the plants. Fortunately, I have good fabric pots, so it wasn't a bigger problem. The next day, I looked into the grow box and could hardly believe my eyes – the upper leaves were wilted and brown. That was disappointing. I immediately started researching: for three hours, I compared pictures, read blogs, and tried to figure out the cause. I must admit, I had already suspected that something like this could happen because the distance of my lamp was only 2 to 10 cm. Desperately, I hung the lamp 7 cm higher with paracord – there really wasn't more I could do because of the tent ceiling. I think there were three causes for the problems: light burn, heat stress (since the lamp was only 3 cm away and I measured temperatures of 34-37 degrees), and also the overwatering. Conclusion: Always hang the lamp far enough away and don't water the plants too much!

JipserNight It's time, today the two plants were harvested. The buds are nice and firm and smell intensely of freshly candied apples – simply fantastic! The two plants have grown excellently, thanks to the high-quality fertilizer from Biotabs. I'm already looking forward to when they are fully finished. Then more updates will follow.

@Mia_BIOTABS, Are you sure? They are already in the first week of flowering, so 50% light seems appropriate to me. According to the manufacturer of the lamp, I should even give 75%.

Yeah, the fungus gnats. What helps a lot is to mix nematodes directly into the existing soil that you will use in the future. Then they have zero chance.
