Bueno, cortada 😁.

Week 3 males developing right on time! Pollen will be dispersing soon. So now trying to nail down who daddy was? Week 3 day 1 males looking very nice, no sign of either one showing female flowers( no hermaphrodite/ true male) but I will stress them more after reveg for severe stress test. For final results. Looks like I forgot to feed mom! Shit! But I did not.I used bio tone starter 5-1-1 by Espoma gonna feed in am. With tomato tone with myco 3-4-6 it's all I got and organic to boot 👍 Last grow with Captains cake went to 11 weeks 2 - 3 applications should get me to finish line. No flush should be needed, it's feeding the seeds growth. Looking at 07/01/2018 harvest. Fingers crossed! 05/05/2018 First burst of male pollen is flying in the air, gonna try to get video of it as I shake the males. I am brewing tea with worm castings unsulphured molasses, topped off with protilizer immediately after brewing it. Give them a little love (Tea) while they are making seeds👊

I’m very happy with this strain and would highly recommend. The grow went well despite having some nutrient issues on my part off the bat, the plant over stretched and burnt the main cola on the light. But overall the plant ended up very large and beautiful. I’d guess i get 3+ ounces from this plant.

All plants are down! I am stoked with how the grow went and this strain has performed well. Terps are out of this world - candy - jelly babies, sour worms, Fanta grape and bubblegum stinking up the room. Some pheno's are more forsty then others but it seems we have found a couple keepers to re-test. Next post will be nug shots, weight once all dry. We will also do full cannabinoid testing to determine the potency of some of the phenos which we think are worth testing. Look out for that! It will be the final entry on this log :) Happy growing fam

after the 5 days all are sprouted through. Update: first full week out of the soil with just minor water added with a pH of 6.3 from the sink. The Do-Si-Dos didn't sprout with normal leaves but is starting to come along so we shall see how she does. The others are coming along fine so far (fingers crossed)

Welcome to my Swiss Dream Rose CBD Auto Diary sponsored by kannabia seed company. Also sponsored by Bella from Spider-Farmer with their new upgraded SE5000. Seedling Days 0-6 Veg Day 1/D7 Days 0-7 Growing very strong. Really fast turn around. In veg on the 7th day. Is amazing. 30% in growth rate speed. Healthy & Happy. Holding her own in very hot conditions. RH is 60%. As my tent temp is between 31-35c (thankfully stomatas are still open. As co2 intake hasn't slowed. And, they're pushing through the heat. Good week. Light is great. It's rapid seedling growth is very impressive with the right co2 in a tent that just kisses the lights edges. Perfect umol 1125-1437. This lady is about 80cm away as my light is 100% for the 2 late flowering plants and then it'll be lowered to 70% in the next wk. And lower the distance then. No stretch, no mutos. Good healthy girl thus far. Good week. Diet Full plagron natural line. Shes in her 11L pot with all the extras from their line. And a few more for flowering. Their new Power Bud. And the norm + PK booster. Everything needed will be plagron. Except calmag (I like to control that separately either with cal powder or Epsom salt. Adding both when one is needed. Well, its not needed. Generally I rarely have cal issues. Co2 Jargin. (Not an advised read if you've no interest in co2) Co2 levels are kept within this level. But, I've set on delayed timing. As I need to make sure my plants are eating. So instead of a constant set co2 level. They're eating the level drops as low as 750min 800 (80% when it is dropped before its raised) and this way. I can tell my plants are eating. Its a method of co2 growing. Feed/eat/eat/feed. Its served me well. Saves on co2. But self application can be a bitch so 80% of the times its on fuzzy logic and its resets itself (this hmmmm. Hard to know when your plant is eating. I'll have to get a co2 monitor i can check on my phone. That way, I'll know how often co2 is injected. There's no count. You could of of units used. But, the math on a 10L tank per squirt, (im not that smart) nor would I even attempt it. Yes a co2 calculator can be used. But, that does not account of areas of the tent were the co2 rests on a low level. Co2 intake of the plants/how much they eat. There is a limit I've noticed. In late flowering plants after 10hrs of high co2 use. The intake drops of by about 90%. With autos, they'll eat forever. But id 8 fems and after 10hrs of solid co2 intake 200 ppm every 10m was going down and then late into the cycle they'd eat 200ppm in an hr. So, I'm learning. To know when my plants are eating and not, is just a gift alone. Not having to wait days, to notice an issue. But, it is very demanding. Nutrient 2x-3x the norm and 1-1.5L for fully grown plants twice a day so 2-3L , of which one needs to be nutrients every other day. Lights SE5000 seed-harvest. And this pheno has loved every umol from this beauty. So thankful to Bella for this chance to run a high powered light that has great capability for co2 (you don't need 1000w lights) for 3x3. This spectrum is proven itself everyday the plants co2 intake overall improved by 1/3rd possibly more. (Past test plants were under light as co2 rec) big improvement just finishing off my other plants. The fade alone is stunning. And the push these girls are doing from 50-30% faster across the board speaks for itself. Veggin plants in its 1st week. Thanks so much Spider-Farmer "Bella". & to Kannabia for their continued co-operation. Much appreciation to all who viewed and stopped by. Wouldnt be doing this otherwise. The support is great. And if not given in return ASAP I'll get to it. I'm a lazy pos 🤣. So look forward to getting a chance to see what you got cooking this Summer. Its gonna be a Swiss one for sure.

I had a good harvest set up, in order to keep everything sterile. The drying went good and steady with converting my grow tent to dry tent. -Humidity through drying 53-58% RH -Temp a bit high 18-23 10 days of drying Very satisfied with this grow as my first grow. I said i would be more than happy with 100g (dry and trimmed) and i weighted in 95.9g PLUS about 5grams i plan to smoke now 😇 So very happy. Currently in curing jars Not harsh taste, even with no curing. Nice and fruity and a deep high. I will test the THC levels after curing and update my blog. This will def not be my last grow. I had a lot of fun Thanks to everyone on growdiaries that has been giving me pointers and tips 🙏 👉*Btw. I was growing with a "Viparspectra V300" LED through Veg and flower

Chemical reactions in which, a single substance splits up into two or more simpler substances are called decomposition reactions. These reactions are carried out by energy, supplied by different sources. The required energy can be supplied by heat (thermolysis), electricity (electrolysis), or light (photolysis). Let’s talk about photolysis reactions (not photosynthesis): Photolysis (also called photodissociation and photodecomposition) is a chemical reaction, in which a chemical (an inorganic or an organic) is broken down by photons and is the interaction of one or more photons with one target molecule. The photolysis reaction is not limited to the effects of visible light, but any photon with sufficient energy (higher than the dissociation energy of the targeted bond) can cause the chemical transformation of the said (inorganic or organic) bond(s) of a chemical. Since the energy of a photon is inversely proportional to the wavelength, electromagnetic waves with the energy of visible light or higher, such as ultraviolet light, X-rays, and γ -rays, can also initiate photolysis reactions. Like all other peroxides, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) also consists of a relatively weaker O−O bond, which is susceptible to light or heat. The net equation for the reaction is: 2H2O2⟶2H2O+O2 The step-wise reaction mechanism is suggested as follows (Ref.1): H2O2+hν⟶2HO∙ HO∙+H2O2⟶HO−O∙+H2O HO−O∙+H2O2⟶2HO∙+H2O+O2 Using isotope studies it was confirmed that the O2 formed is cleanly derived from H2O2 (Ref.2). Notes: The rate increases rapidly in the presence of catalysts such as MnO2 and KI (Ref.2). The rate of decomposition is slow at room temperature, but it increases with temperature. It is believed to be due to thermal decomposition of H2O2, which seemingly accelerates the photolysis (Ref.3). References: 1.J. P. Hunt, H. Taube, “The Photochemical Decomposition of Hydrogen Peroxide. Quantum Yields, Tracer and Fractionation Effects,” J. Am. Chem. Soc. 1952, 74(23), 5999–6002 (https://doi.org/10.1021/ja01143a052). 2.A. Interestingly, as early as 1934 Haber and Weiss (Ref. 1) proposed that HO2∙ is formed in the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide. The subsequent reaction of the transient superoxide radical anion with hydrogen peroxide has been determined to also form the hydroxyl radical (Ref. 2). The higher pH version of the last reaction is, therefore, best represented as: O2∙−+H2O2⟶2HO∙+OH−+O2 And as H++OH−=H2O, the net product formation is not altered. However, alkaline H2O2 is well known to be less stable than acidic hydrogen peroxide (Ref.3) even in absence of light exposure, which accelerates its decomposition (which can involve radical pathways) liberating oxygen! The girls have been growing at a very fast pace. I was out of town from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening. When I came back and opened the tent I was blown away by the progress. Today I am going to go and buy some (22/06/2020) garden wire and start Low Stress Training, I'm a bit nervous but it seems like the best thing to do for the girls. Its exciting times... They are growing at a very fast pace but at the same time it feels like time is not moving along fast enough :) LST started... hopefully its done correctly :)

Day 29: The girls are looking great. I upped the nutes yesterday, as I have been giving them barely any at all. Will up them once again on next feeding. Looking like tomorrow. The main branch that I snapped off did not make it. Lesson learned on that one. Day 30: Removed all other lights and added the HLG 550 V2 RSpec. Did some defoliation on the girls along with another feeding. Will do straight PH'd water next go. The girls are looking strong and healthy. 💪 Just on the small side. Still having to leave the tent wide open to subside temps and humidity. Day 31: Nothing new to report. Looking very short and stubby and healthy!! Day 32: Looking like they had some good stretching going on over the 3-day weekend. Will be needing fed tomorrow after work. May water a little less this time, as it is taking 2-3 days for them to dry out. Day 33: Great stretch and bloom on the girls today! They are looking super healthy and strong! 💪 No smell yet. Day 34: Girls are looking decent. Noticed some rusty looking splotches on the leaves. I'm thinking possibly Cal-Mag deficiency? Not sure. Day 35: Not looking too happy today. I let them dry completely and watered with only Cal-Mag. Hoping the patchiness clears up for them!
