First pistils came through this week! Switched the 'bloom' switch on the light to double LED count and add the red to the spectrum. Defoliated lower growth again on day 45 before noticing the pistil 48 hours later. Spotted a nutrient burn, and that I haven't been watering until enough runoff so possible nute/salt buildup? I also realised the plant was drooping before feeding so going to increase feed volume to keep the coco more moist. A nice amount of main colas considering her rough childhood. Fed no nutrients from day 47-49, just feeding 5.8pH water to reduce salt content. Water was 60PPM at 5.8pH and after 8L still got 500PPM runoff. Definitely need to change feeding method. Pretty easy going week. I appear to be understanding the plants needs a little bit more and they are reacting well to it. I was away for the last few days of this week and was happy to return to slightly larger buds. Both girls are smelling beautiful! The bud sites are looking good. The AK is slightly ahead and at a guess think she has another 2 or 3 weeks till harvest. I feel like the West Coast will be slightly longer. Am giving the AK a half feed instead of watering as she seems a big hungry. Hoping the buds swell up some more before they are ready to harvest!

And Another one, underestimated the stretch on the Mintz she can’t complain she ain’t getting light lol.

Swapped the whole nutrient solution to a fresh one. Finally getting some more purple and buds are developing fine. Plant uses around 2 liters of water per day. Just took a few more leafs away for deeper light penetration. Smell is intensifying. Ph around 5.6, 1050ppm ———————— Nährstofflösung einmal komplett gegen frische ausgetauscht. Flowering Week 7 Trichomes getting milky 🔍 I removed the CO2 BAG, lowered the temp. to 26° end of week 6, that's gonna protect the beautiful buds from the heat the last 2 weeks. This girl seems to be doing very well and they probably will be finished in 2 week or so if crazy weather doesn't ruin everything a nice citric smell with a cheesy smell to it as well is what she has developed and she starting to look pretty nice and heavy . It smells of nothing but diesel n a very pungent Kush smell the berries nor mango scent hasn’t quite poked thru yet but it definitely smells of quality bud in the veg closet ha may need to upgrade my carbon filter. Gonna move these ladies at the end of the week. Thanks for tuning in!

NOTE 1: Afgooey Auto pheno #3 turns out it's a MALE. Resembled nothing like her two sisters ran at the same time. In fact, I had to move her to the 12/12 tent to initiate flowering. Little did I know or expect She would be a He. Lola by the Kinks is rattling round my brain about now ;) FEEL FREE TO HIT THE LIKE BUTTON IF YOU LIKE WHAT YOU SEE ;) 2x4 French Macaron - at the time of this posting, FM is heading into week 8 flower. Second extensive flushing w/fresh rain water due to acidic conditions (ph >5). Been struggling with ph the entire flowering. I speculate ph issues due to over feeding. Ph is roughly 5.8 to 6.0 after flushing. At this point, flushing with plain RO water until harvest. NOTE 2: I've introduced two 5 gallon bubble buckets into the 2x4 grow tent. Both buckets have medium air stones running from a 125 gph air pump. Given French Macaron isn't scheduled for harvest until mid-January, I might not have cutting ready. First grow may have to be from seed. Update later. 3x3 Afgooey Autos and clones from previous grow - Afgooey #1 and #2 are firing on all cylinders. #2 running a bit acidic (>5), so flushed back to neutral with roughly 7-8 gallons of fresh rain water ph at 7.0 to 7.2. Same with clones (i.e., ph very low). Flushed with fresh rain water too. A couple days later plants look so much better. Wait till plants nearly dry before next watering. Trimmed and cleaned up three of the clones growing weird. Felt a bit like trimming a bonzai tree. Let's see how they respond.
