Day 85. Couple weeks to go.

This was a great experience and something I have looked forward to for 19 YEARS!!!!!! Thats right, my very first attempt was a summer when I was 14 in a backyard with mediocre results and no flower but that was my very first grow ever. 19 years later its fully legal and here I am getting 36 grams of decent bud grown by the sun in a very questionable cannabis climate!!! NO COMPLAINTS HERE!!!!!!!😋 This diary was never about getting giant buds or the best flowers but more about I'm growing ORGANIC PINEAPPLE EXPRESS IN MY BACKYARD literally a dream come true, to do this worry free, 100% legal. As far as the grow goes I will certainly have some new strategies next year, I think a plastic pot would have been better to keep the heat in at night time with the cool temps earlier on in summer. Maybe even some minor insulation would be a good idea?!?! I'll invent the canadian outdoor cannabis pot hahahah I did not scrog the lady but I did use some yoyos to pull down the outer branches to help the flowers get even light. Will try folair feeding as well next time. I also dried her outside! and trimmed her outside to, she got the full outdoor experience. I just cut the plant and hung her under the deck, worked out good as it was a fairly dry week and she dried out fairly slowly, a little quicker than the tent plants. Now in about a week or 2, maybe a small cure at least first I will be doing the end game goal, smoking endless doobies of pineapple express while watching pineapple express!!!!!!!!! Hi. it was another week in bloom. she is eighty-four days old now. this is the last update before harvest because now she is ready to be harvested. have checked the trichomes every day and now they are perfect. became two weeks of flush. I am so happy with this plant did not have any worries at all, and can recommend everyone to try this strain. she smells absolutely wonderful, deep citrus, pine, and sweet mango. thank you @Fast_Buds for having such outstanding genetics! tomorrow she will be cut down. thank you for stopping by. and have a green Christmas

I did not top this girl, yet. Her top lowers started catching up to the top so I didn’t want to stop her yet lol. But all in all she’s looking healthy.

I don’t get how growdiaries work out the nutrient thing but like I use 40litres water and 60ml of a n b and 60 ml of boost and 25ml of cannazime for the next week or so then Ime go gonna flush

OG Kush, aka Olga was easy to grow. She was the tallest at 31 inches and had strong stems to support her buds. However, being the tallest, she suffered the most heat stress and was the first to show cal-mag deficiency. Og Kush aka Olga, was my first diary, initially planned to combine all my plants in one until I found out that for contests, you have to have single strain. So I jumped in feet first and ran 3 separate diaries. This was a bit much for me. I am totally inexperienced on growing cannabis, much less track the grow with all the nuances on an unfamiliar platform. I really intended to enter Olga in the Newbie contest, but I woke up one morning and Bam, I was an apprentice. With 3 failed germinations, 3 new diaries and no harvest surely was not deserving at that time. Because I'm running 3 diaries, when growmies visited, they checked out all of them and my likes increased significantly. 3 diaries 15 weeks,=45. easy to see the math. So here I am. First, I want to thank Andrew @LegacyMarketFarms for introducing himself to me my first week here. He invited me to his tutorial videos on Youtube. Every Sunday I watched one or two weeks at a time while I folded the laundry. I watched some over and over, taking notes along the way finding tips for that weeks progress. While I could understand many of the concepts, I never quite achieved them. I struggled with VPD in many forms: from not enough humidity during Veg to too much RH during flower. It's a world turned upside down. I was happy when he was recognized as a Guru 👏. Congrats again Andrew. Secondly, Warm thanks to @Ex_Alchemist and @StarLorr for helping me with platform technology problems. After emails to GD went unanswered, they offered suggestions for me to try and fix. When I kept getting blocked, they listened to me express my frustrations and anxiety this was giving me. They kept encouraging me to hang in there. I was ready to quit but I know I need to be here. My apologies to all that got blocked for 7 hours because you visited my diaries. Thanks for sticking around anyway. And my apologies to those that I did not chat with following a visit or comment because I was blocked. It is a two-way street. A big thanks to @m0use. Your comment on Premium Cultivars, made my light bulb click on for what was causing my continued 7 hour punishments. I had links in my diary comments to other cannabis sites, electroculture, recipe sites. etc. Since I've cleaned up the links, I haven't been blocked😊👏. Thanks to all the growmies that responded to my grow questions. Particularly my medical question as that is why I'm here. You shared with me your personal journeys and health issues and what works for you and what might be good strains for me to start with. I won't name names; you know who you are. I'm here to learn to grow and have fun doing it. I entered some contests but no luck. My curiosity got the better of me and I went looking at the champions DreamIt @Ju_Bps, @gottagrowsometime, @love_2_grow, @ZombieKushAddicted and so many more diaries with contest wins. I saw beautiful plants, perfectly grown, but also fun presentations using technology. There's that word again. My extra special thanks 😘 to @DreamIt who has spent hours tutoring me in video technology. How to make a video, add music and add an avatar. I have a few short videos but while the music i selected was perfect for the theme, the music has copyrights and doesn't upload. I'll keep trying. Helloo, planties are roughtly 3 week into vegetative growth. Into second week our cat snucked into the tent and being the motivated gardener she is, dug out quick one and speedy chille, we put them both back into place gave planties some water, and with time they recovered, speedy chille got most stress, but being photoperiod, recovered slowly aswell, still the shortest and very loved. :) so everythings good Royal kush has the strongest smell of them all, few leafs we defoliated we grind in our hard and smell a deep green canna scent. Northen lights is the leader in hight since begining When planties grew 5 tops we topped them, began doing LST and a bit of defoliation, bended stems away from the lamp and taking off leaf that blocks light reaching tops. The stems hardened and remind me now more of a tree

week 9 was a good week I watch my pollen sacks grow into beautiful pods cant wait to use it plant doing pretty good health and strong

Day 36 flower. The tent is on auto, just need another watering in the morning. Patient 2 is developing yellowing leaves in the lower canopy. Patient 3 is right behind them. Day 37. Good smell the tent the buds have a clear to cloudy Trichome. Day 41 flower. And still not ready. So I added 2000ml of bloom and some Gaia to help get through the last few weeks. I trimmed the plants up. Overall just looking at organic the Gaia is great to get to flower but I feel maybe I fed the others a lil to early bloom when they weren’t ready. Another lesson of following the plants not a chart.

What up everyone. I hope all are having a great weekend. These ladies are doing good now, since I got the ph back on track. I did switch from grow to Bloom nutes this week adding a pk booster to the feed. I'll be doing a defoliation and lollipoping this coming week since I didn't want to last week with the ph imbalance i was having, I thought it'd be to much. All in all Happy Growing as they're looking good.

I love these last stages! The girls are still stretching but I decided to give them a defoliation a week early. If you look back on last week you can see how bushy they have gotten so there was a definite need to get some light to the lower bud sites. I can definitely start to smell the familiar gassy aroma coming through now so may be time to get the fan and carbon filter cranked up. I will be top amending the soil again at some point this coming week but as for now I have just been feeding with water and liquid seaweed. I've had a few compliments from friends on the good health of the plants this time round compared to previous grows when the Sour Diesels had nutrient issues, not helped by the Coco medium I was using. I'll be sticking to this choice of soil and organic nutrients with the results I'm getting so far! I mean, look at those pistils!! 😁 I love that I've had 93 views on this diary so far! 9th week: Wedding Cake auto: I am happy with my grow. She is looking great. I had never seen anything like that. She is 124 cm tall and full of trichomes as you can see in the picture. As advised by an experienced user, i defoliated the damaged leaves. She is looking way cleaner now. I also added Big One as advised I can see some brown trichomes appearing. I hope to see more brown trichomes in the end of this week. Godzilla Cookies auto: She is 76 cm tall and still under growing process. She has way less damaged leaves and is greener than Wedding Cake but way smaller tho. ------------------------ Smell: Strong, If i open the door of my room and keep it opened for a while, anyone in the house will detect it.

Day 58 Update: Watered both plants with 3/4gal until runoff. Water was dosed with Terpinator at 15ml/gal. I will start the flush on Plant #1 next watering. Added a stake and a plant yoyo to Plant #2 to support the heavier branches. Day 62 Update: Starting flush on Plant #1. Watered both plants with almost a gallon until runoff. Plant #2's water was dosed with 3/4tsp of Big Bloom, 1/4tsp of Grow Big, and 1/4tsp of Tiger Bloom. Plant #1's water is just plain pH balanced water. I will start watering every 3 days now. I will start the flush on Plant #2 after one more nutrient watering.

All looking healthy beside some insect damage it is acceptable in organics gardens the good bugs keep them in check, healthy soil food web and all😎 To all a good week happy growing😎 07/06/2018 Mid week update #1 is 32.75" tall a as averaged not gonna measure each top. Started doing stem rubs for smell,so I'll include that to see if it relates to the end product tastes,smell. Forgot to rub #1 update latter. run On with #2 34. 5 orangie,lite minty. #3 26.25 straight minty chlorophyll. #4 is less stinkt .... #5 18.25 and she is Stinky brought her into it because I had extra and smells crazy stinky when I walked by it. Which is why I decided to do stem rubs.

Feed 1 Grow 1ml, bloom 3ml, topmax 3ml. Feed 2 Alg-a -mic 3ml. Feed 3 Grow 1ml, bloom 3ml, topmax 3ml. Three feeds of 1 litre.

I noticed that the plant had some trips on the leaves, for sure the problem started before I placed the pot in the cabinet. Had to spray the plant with some potassic soap. I noticed that after that some leaves suffered some minor burns on the tips. Started to train in day 4 bending on a side.

Day 26 of veg went to pheonix for a couple days and i forgot to set my timer, so my lights where off for 4 days 🤦‍♂️ got a little streching going on and yellowing, im confident its because the light was off
