Attention to detail

Tank clean and flush on day 4, Flush on day 5 and 6th day I pulled the freebie down and left two decent sized flowers on them to keep the roots alive. Straight after cutting them I added the nutrition back to normal. My plants did not show hardly any yellowing during the flush days. I wet trimmed the plant and hung upside down. I left everything on the stem so no loose buds. Everything with trichomes was bagged and put in the freezer.

She looks good. I didn't add any nutrients this week. To be honest, I hardly add anything during the season when I compare to other grows. Trichromes look like an arm holding a sphere. No T-tops like on skunk variants, maybe later. We will see. Colors are starting to vary on the plant from golden to baby blueish and solid canna-green. It's hard to believe she's got 2 more months to go, but the trichromes are a tell-tale since they are mostly clear with some milky-ness beginning to develop. Caterpillars continue to cause havoc. Looking out to spot them. Watering has become less of an issue with the temperatures leveling off in low eighties. Plant is thirsty as expected for this time of year.

08/26 - Increased water feeds with increased nitrogen - Prepped using clonex mist and clonex gel for cuttings - Pulled 10 clones on the first gen set 08/30 - New cuttings taken today - 23 in small solo cups for rooting - running high humidity dome - Feeds are as normal.

The plant on the left exhibits noticeable black tips, indicating a late-stage deficiency during flowering. It’s significantly larger than the one on the right, which shows less signs of deficiency. As the left plant gains weight, it struggles to support some branches and develops foxtails. The aroma in the tent is delightful, with the left plant emitting a sweet, cake-like scent, while the right one exudes a strong gas-like odour. It’s remarkable how different the plants are despite being the same strain.

After a lot of research I realized that my plant needs more food. I increased the PPM to 700PPM and plant seems to love it. Also I started spraying with Neem Oil and Copper Fungicide since I noticed some rust on the leaves. Also this week I added Roots Accelerator.

Plant continues to show growth , slow and steady but maybe it will bust with growth one day, but otherwise I noticed to leaves kind of twisting and curling and such not sure why I barely water them to keep from being overwatered because I noticed the soil does retain water a LOT plan to transplant them in coco coir 50/50 mix fox farm cream of the crop but till then they will remain in Fox farm ocean forest( maybe the soil is overloaded with nutes for this strain) 😬(and me amending not making it any better)

8/28/2022 - 21 days since my little girl sprouted from seeds🌱 The third week of vegetation of my Mandarina XL 🍊🍊🌻 Nutrients: Jungle Indabox - I had to adjust the dosage, after the first dose of nutrients, the lower leaves of the plant lightened a bit, this was especially visible on her sister Orange Sherbet Auto, which burned the tips of the lower leaves - after this week I reduced the dose by half 🍃🍃 Hesi: Hesi Root Complex I give this root stimulator for root support, although Jungle Indabox also supports root growth, namely: Jungle Urban A - (N-P-K) - (2-1-6) Everything for healthy growth and formation of the root system Atami - ATA Calmag - I missed completely Advanced Nutrients - Bud Candy - I also adjusted the dosage by half 🍬🍬 Pre-flowering: This week the classic white hairs indicating the female gender appeared on the stem 👩‍🌾👧🏼 Light: Mars Hydro TS1000 - really great lamp with sufficient lighting and energy-friendly 💡💡 Training: Topping: I usually top in the third week of the plant's life, just like this time. However, now the girls are very advanced in growth, so they will have more main branches 🌴🌴 LST: Two days after topping, I anchored the lowest branches to the ground with metal clips, tied the higher branches with a string towards the edges of the flower pot, so that the light would shine on each of them 💡💡 Defoliation: In the next two days, I cut off all the large leaves that were shading the branches 🌞🌞 The girl is no longer a child, she is a strong young lady, full of branches and leaves. Its color has also changed, it is now deep green again. The stem is coarse, so I assume a strong root system. All doing well added a bigger dehumidifier on day 68. Fed them day 68 will be last feeding for Banana #1 her trichomes are clear nearing cloudy.

I transplanted my blueberry muffin plant that was in a 5 gallon pot to a 20 gallon pot mainly using some nectar of the god soil and worm castings I've had in a tote. She looks like she's going into flower hopefully she gets a bit bigger before she fully flips.

So with Christmas and an extreme cold front I got busy and am posting late this week. Got the pictures and videos on time though. So still fighting phosphorus deficiencies a little. That is why I am adding a pinch of Kool bloom to the mix when I feed. Seems to be helping so long as I don’t over do it. This tiny tiny cup is tough to keep balanced. If I do this again I will invest in IV bags and put it on a constant metered drip. Buds are getting a little larger and making so that is good. It is by itself in my seedling tent right now so it is easy to tell it’s that plant starting to smell nice. Let’s see where we land next week. She will make at least some smokable bud at this rate, not much but it has been fun.

6/12 Thunderstorms turned to sun Plants are growing substantially. The ones that were damaged from the sun have pulled out of it. I checked the fim I did on a gmo that later burned and it has five tops! I took a couple videos bur I'll have to wait until tomorrow to upload them. Despite the weather severity and inconsistencies I'm in a really good spot. I'll upload the two videos tomorrow when I'm in a better area. Wifi is far to slow. 6/13 Rained yesterday before turning to hot sun. Supposed to be in the 90s today. Due to the rain and storms we've been having I hacebt had to water. Soil is still moist. Plants seem to be growing at a great pace. With all this rain they've gotten a hearty dose of the nutes in my soul mix and then when the sun comes out and they bask for a few hours they look considerable bigger. Another storm coming up but other than that weather is good. Plants are happy and doing well. 6/14 Plants are loving this hot weather. Rainy then it will clear up and be sunny. All plants have recovered from the shock of the weather and are growing like crazy. Ice started some lsting. I haven't even had to water. 6/15 Medium is still damp. I don't think we'll get much rain the next few days but we've gotten a lot lately. I'll continue playing it by ear. The water lasts much longer with the smaller plants in lather containers. Later in the summer I could be watering daily. If there is no rain I'll allow the bags to dry out and I'll water them. I may start them on a small nutrient schedule like the fox farm organic one you use for the entirety. I've hesitated though because my soil is chock full of nutrients and they show no sighs of deficiencies. I'll keep an eye on it. They look great though. 9/16 Watered after church. 3 1/2 gallons so approximately a half gallon each. Iys been really hot and i dont see rain in the forecast. Also broke the gmo that I fimmed right at a topping point. It wasnt wilted, and I ran and grabbed duct tape and fixed it. I've had good luck in the past this way. Hopfully I will this time as well. Still sucks though 9/17 The plant that split at the V that I taped up seems to be doing just fine. Looks just like the other top next to it. Thank God. Things seem to be going well. I'm wondering if I should start giving nutrients but I don't see any deficiencies and I know this soil mix lasts pretty much through veg without showing signs of deficiencies. I think it might be a case of "if it's not broke don't fix it." I'll look back on diaries and I'll do some research. 9/18 It's overcast but it's been in the upper 80's. I checked the plants around 11 and they looked good. They'll need water but I'm holding off until the morning. The plant I broke at the crook shows no signs of wilting or any negative effects. I assume it will come back stronger. I was thinking about watering tonight but at 12 there was still a little moisture. They will be fine until morning. Plants seem bigger every day.
