Week 3. oh my days, the smell is incomprehensible, truly exceptional sweet and super tangy, I have never smelled anything so tangy

Now in week 5 of flowering. Increased the LED power to 420 W and watering about 3 L per day. The strains from Fast Buds are really fruity and aromatic.

So instead of chopping and losing anywhere from 4-8 ounces, I decided to just let them do their thing outside. I know it’s controversial to have a male outside and even more controversial to have a hermed female outside, but fuck it. I haven’t seen huge pollen deposits on leaves, and only a few open sacs, close to dropping. I pick em off if I see them. I am using small doseds of Lost Coast Plant Therapy for my IPM. It’s an all natural, “minimal risk” pesticide made using soap, soybean oil, peppermint oil, 70% iso alcohol, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid, and water. Smells super good, does leave a slight film on the leaves because of the soap but does easily come off. I’m planning on doing 2 rounds of budwashing. Budwashing consists of: 5% hydrogen peroxide lemon juice Baking soda Water 3 five gal buckets. Fill one bucket with water and the ingredients, and then the last 2 with just water. Swish the plant matter in the first solution for 30-45 seconds, and rinse in the second two buckets of water, 20 for the first bucket and 30 for the second. Then take plant material and hang dry with a fan pointed directly on the hanging material for 2 days, and then resume normal drying conditions. Should leave no taste or residue behind and have no effect on terps or potency. I will update around august 4th-10th with finished bud pictures and the hanging plants. ALSO PICTURED: my 4 plant Webber grill turned grow container. Will show them off more once they start getting decent buds on them. Day 93 - And the flush is starting 😁 The buds are pretty nice at that stage , trichomes are shining , leaves are yellowing and buds are swelling The bud structure is beautiful, each calyxes are looking like a bubble The smell is nice too Day 96 - 08.03 - I'm starting to get a bit scared about the RH and the kind of problems it can bring in late flowering, I had to cut 4 of the main bud yesterday as I was suspecting an incoming issue... now that the rain joined the party I think I will harvest earlier than expected : No big deal as the trichomes are ready but I will not reach my 105 days goal

Flower day 56. Strong yellow and purple fade in the leaves. We are getting close to finish. On one LO I cut the main colas already and put them in dryferm bags. The rest will be hung up for drying. Just a few days left. LO sweet citrus with lots of trichomes. Smaller leafy buds . BBP fruity sweet aroma with big ass Buds and heavy weight. RJ with spicey aroma and very dense and heavy buds. For the last 2 waterings only ph regulated water with just a very little calmag und flores nutes.

Topped again, probably for the final time. Just going to LST the new growth from here on.

Still thinking what went wrong and accelerated the flowering process. Maybe the pot was too small for this plant. Maybe she is a little root-bound. Still, the smell is amazing right now, awaiting for the trichomes to be fully cloudy looking and oxidize a little bit to harvest. No fertilizing at this stage.

Week 9 of 10 for super lemon haze begins. Red hairs are all over this lady, she's got a mild citrus smell and very dense buds. Switched to overdrive for this week and next, then will flush on week 11. Thanks for stopping by 👽🌳

Welcome to week 8 of my grow diary. This week we had really good weather. Due to the high temperatures the soil dried out quickly so I had to water 8 litres almost every day instead of every 2 days. The plant was defoliated 3 times this week. The aphids were successfully controlled with neem oil. See you next week ✌️

Week 6 (27/02 - 05/03) During this week I will continue to feed the plants with Bio-grow, Bio-bloom and Top-max every other day. The two fat banana are in flowering stage by an entire week, while the blue cheese is in early stage of pre-flowering. The parameters remain unchanged with respect of the previous week: - light: 100% power, 18/6 h per day; - inkbird: 23.5°C, +1°C cooling, -3°C heating; - extractor: 50% power, 18h per day. 27/02 D35: removed a couple of lower leafs to the plants, they were a bit dry 28/02 D36: 1.5 liter of tap water each plant. Today I noticed some brown/orange spots on leaves of fat banana #1. Thanks to golden advises given to me by @GrowingGrannie, I will try to adjust nutrients in the next days. 01/03 D37: first day of recovery, sprayed leaves with tap water. 02/03 D38: second day of recovery, added 1.5ml of Bio-bloom and 1 ml of Top-max to 2.5 liters of tap water (almost 0.8 l each). 03/03 D39: third day of recovery, sprayed leaves with tap water. 04/03 D40: watering day. Added 2ml of Bio-bloom and 1ml of Top-Max to 2.5 liters of tap water. 05/03 D41: end of the week. The blue cheese has grown a lot this week reaching the taller fat banana #2. All three plants seem to be healthy.

Heavy hitter right off the tree. she is looking already done Grimm Seeds finish fast once flowering. Wasnt expecting that! I will grow some more and veg longer. I am RE-vegging. All in all a good grow for winter conditions.

Sep 27: did a Final Flush in preparation for harvest next weekend. Oct 1: I’m not sure if the buds would be described as lacking a calyx but this phenotype does not have nice buds. She has put on weight lately and smells nice so it will be good harvest that will be made into a concentrate. I’m going to be busy this weekend harvesting all three of my remaining cannabis plants. Oct 2: colas are getting heavy and one stem actually split leaving one side hanging down. The scrog nets were still holding it together. Decide to start harvest with colder weather forecast for this weekend. Holy crap. The buds on this phenotype are not good, but it is producing way more resin than my other three plants during hash washing. Harvested 2171 g of wet buds and sugar leaves. When dried, this would be about 435 g and there is another chunk of about 600 g wet still to go. From that 2171 g I got 125 g of wet resin (most of the water pressed out on 25 micron mesh), or 5.76% from wet. That is better than other recoveries so far this year were about 3-4%. With this resin production, she has earned back a couple of reviews stars. Update: on my other grows I wasn’t letting fresh buds freeze in ice water for long enough so I got poor recovery. Oct 4: harvested final of three chops. Was 880 g wet today which went for ice water hash. Total wet is 3051 g which would be equivalent to about 640 g of dried buds. Got better recovery this round using more ice to make it all colder before starting the wash. oh well, didn't maximize hash recovery off another huge plant. Live and learn. In 2025, in Edmonton, Canada at 53 N latitude, I got just over six (6) pounds (2780 g) of dried bud equivalent off of four outdoor plants. Lol
