Noticed I was feeding too much nitrogen into flowering so cut back on that in the last couple weeks. Also noticed runoff TDS creeping up so I'm feeding each plant with slightly lower nutes at 1.5 gal a day w/ about 25% runoff. Currently about 700 going in with 1400 coming out. Nothing much other than that, just trying to keep them happy.

Now this baby was a delight to grow and grew real big. I decided to leave this lady to do her own thing and she ended up finishing just short of 6ft! The main cola was huge and juicy and all round the end result was really nice and super strong just the way it should be.

I am also particularly excited since I am going to grow a Mephisto Genetics strain for the very first time, the famous Double Grape. I know you shouldn't believe the hype, as Public Enemy used to say, but it's hard to ignore the dithyrambic reviews when it comes to Mephisto. I sowed the seed directly in the substrate and it was popping out 3 days later. Right now the seedling is under my Mars Hydro TS1000, brightness set at 25%, lights are 80cm away. During my last grows I set it up to the max at all stages of growth, this time I decided to proceed differently and increase gradually. In this week, i defoliated most of the (very) sick leaves on both plants. Afghan Kush is really bushy, Blueberry not so much, she skinny. Both smell absolutely great. Both continue to sweel and grow. We are now, same as in the BPP diary, in what i call the "mostly boring" state. its nice to see the visual changes in the timelapse, but other than that, not much to do besides water them. Both have discontinued to show any new or lets say worse signs of any deficiencies, there are now some overfeeding signs but i rather have that then them trying to creep by. Watering reduced to 2.2L for each to account for them taking to long to dry out. Roots are STACKED, the soil is almost solid by them. Next grow will be in airpots since i also expect root issues here(ringroots or the like, maybe damage due to overwatering in like week 3/4). Timelapse i will add tomorrow. Like i said last week, purps are here to stay, nugs are 100% all purple though leaves are green. The smell has really come in this week. In spain we call this the Cali aroma, that high grade aroma. 😂 Kind of bummed that the buds aren't as big as I imagined but then again I wasn't expecting the purps so yeah, you get what you get I guess... They are getting a bit denser, so that's nice. Things are running smoothly.. In flower I use Enzymes once every 10 days or so to help out with the roots.. That's it.. hope you like the content. I think I've over waterd her Abit so I'm going let her dry up over the next few days. It's not heat or lack of or light stress or over power of nutes or lack of nutes as the other one is fine. I've seen other diaries where some are deformed but I think with this one it's growers error

Intractor de 135mm, extractor de 135mm, filtro de carbón, ventilador "oscilofan", ventilador "clip fan", este ultimo ventilador se ajusta en la parte baja de la carpa para mejorar la circulación de aire bajo el canopy, 2 termohigrometros y una malla SCROG de kanovi a 15 cm de la maceta. And we have arrived at the end, the last lady branded Zamnesia F1 Hybrid has been harvested, she is probably the most beautiful and largest of all and her name is Pineapple Express F1 Hybrid Auto. I talked about the harvest of the smallest plant last week if you want to go and see the second one go to week 8. As for this one it is definitely the tallest plant, I still have to weigh the dry buds, but it certainly seems to be the most productive plant, there is really a lot of weed in the dry room. Lots of weed in a short time guys don't overlook this factor, I know especially new growers love autoflowering plants like crazy and have also specialized in growing them: you can certainly see the advantage of finishing in 8-9 weeks instead of 12. 2 more harvests per year do the math guys that's a lot of more weed. Lovers of topping on autoflowering plants, an experimental practice for me on these plants and only recommended on strains that respond well and quickly, will be able to finish the plants in reasonable times without stretching out as if they had grown photoperiodic plants. Guys, if you have to do topping on autoflowering plants, either grow very fast F1 Hybrids or switch to photoperiodic plants, we have excellent strains. It makes no sense to harvest autoflowering plants at week 16, with F1 Hybrids even if you do topping you get to 12. Of course, if you need speed and want to do topping, the advice is to choose those that the breeder indicates as the fastest. Our Pineapple Express is burning with resin and very productive, see for yourself, James Franco and Seth Rogen would be proud of us. The main cola has a wonderful shark fin formation that drives me crazy, I photographed it from different angles but when I see the shark fin I become a schoolgirl. The level of ripeness is medium, halfway through the harvest window we have some amber trichomes, many milky ones but also something transparent still, I could have kept it a little longer but as I said several times: I don't like super ripe plants, the pistils were super ripe so for me it's a symptom of mold lurking, in the growbox now there are 40 degrees.... The heat is not a friend of the quality of the buds and resin. So speed also helps us escape the arrival of the most hostile climates. Overall, we are very pleased with the end result of this grow! For the harvesting process itself - once the trichomes on the buds were milky white (see zoomed in photo above), we cut down the branches and hung to dry in the tent. The light was on in the photo to display the hanging to dry method, but the lights were turned off for the duration of the drying process. On the first day the buds were hanging, all large fan leaves were trimmed. Over the course of the next week, day by day, more leaves were trimmed. After 8/9 days of drying, the buds were ready to move into the curing stage (the test for this: the skinny branches would snap when bent, and the thicker branches were near snapping when bent). On day 9, buds were cut from the branches, trimming off the final accessible leaves, without damaging the trichomes, and placed in glass jars with dehumidifier pouches to begin the curing process. For the first 7 days, the jars were opened (burped) for 10 minutes twice daily. After the first week, burping was reduced to once a day and then every few days. Strain first tested after 10 days of curing, but cured for a total of 4 for optimal results. Citrusy flavor, excellent sativa for mellow productivity and a mood boost. Now that I have my first grow under my belt, it's time to move onto the next!
