This week I decided to recruit my husband to get a proper look at this girl's roots. She's gotten so damn big that it's impossible for me to get a shot otherwise. Her root ball is massive. She's large and in charge. I went through and gave her another thorough round of defoliation. What I removed was any droopy leaves in the underbrush, as well as any fan leaves that were casting shadows and blocking light from my bud sites. When I was finished, I was able to stand over my plant, look down, and visibly see through to the base of my plant and grow media. Being able to do this suggests to me that my light source is also able to penetrate down throughout the plant as well. The removal of these leaves also contributed to improved air circulation and decreased humidity - both which are important as we progress through the flowering stage. This week I also caught my first whiff of this plant's sweet aroma. I'm excited to see how her terps develop over the upcoming weeks! 😋😋😋 I cloned another branch off this plant. Day 58, 11th of November 2020: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so she receives 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when she will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week.... I think whe will flower longer I have got that feeling. Nice strain growing properly. Good job Zamnesia.... Strech should end soon, however she did not strech that much due to training... Fertilization happens every 2nd day with the mix and ratio above. Let's go ;)

Finally the stretched stopped. Cut about 10 tops bent about 20 with 90s. Still right in the lights. They are looking very happy even though they are so close to the light ( thanks to high c02 levels most likely.) Another week or 2 before I cut the temps and co2 levels down. Been trimming all leaves below light line. Stinky and brutally sticky I feel like Clark griswold with pine sap when ever I am bending the tops and such.. I think even with them being in the lights I will still get a few pounds of premium flower to smoke :)

Start of week 5 today, everything seems to be going great! The Gelato OG is by far the biggest plant of the bunch so far but they all seem to be taking well to LST, HST , Topping & defoliation! Will be going in the flower tent as soon as the other ladies harvest so they will probably have atleast 2 to 3 more weeks of veg!

Week 8, nov 3. the middle plant was turning light green in the past couple of weeks so I flushed it with 60 liters of ph 5.9 water to see if it was locking out. Most of the plants have had calmag deficiencies even though I have been adding calmag every watering. perhaps I need some dolomite lime mixed in with the next promix to get a better ph and allow for nutrient uptake better (?)

Flowers coming along well, with frost now developing. Nutrient strength increased now they're gonna be eating a lot more. Remo grow reduced slightly now they're slowing their growth, but Bloom and AstroFlower have been increased to favour PK for flower development. Day 28 will be the last day feeding Growth Tech Liquid Silicone as it takes the longest to completely flush out of the plant. I never feed silicone later than this in flower otherwise you risk hard, black ash with a horrible burn in the end.. More leaves have been stripped here and there to slow growth and to allow the light to penetrate deeper, uncovering flower sites. Leaf stripping is a great technique to stunt the growth of selected branches, allowing the others around to catch up and meet the top of the canopy more evenly 🦊

22 to 28 D23 Noticed a huge growth spurt between yesterday and today. I guess that bottom feed really made the roots go wild. Will transplant into the autopots at the end of the week. I am not going to use the 7gallon pots anymore, it's way too much coco. I am moving down to 3.7gal pots which will be easier for the roots to reach the bottom and give me better growth. 720ppm @ 5.8 full veg this week bottom feed. They l-o-v-e it. I already see the benefits to growing photos. So much less stressful and guarantees a full tent. I wish I tried it sooner! D24 Feed 700ppm Removed a couple big fans from each plant D26 LST and defol Moved lights closer. 18" @ 160w

This update is a day early but this girl is booming growth in the last week has been amazing shes drinking like a monster gobbling it up .started the bowl training got the top 6 branches tied will tie the rest when they are big enough removed a few leaves I think shes gonna start showing some pistols shortly hope can get a bit more growth first but im happy with her thanks for reading happy growing guys
