These 6 slurricane are set up to be some frosty MFr's. 4 phenos, im hoping at least one of em is the frostiest nug ive ever seen, cuz thats what the marketing told me. A smaller stature plant than some of the others, but one of em is just a fkn mutant. The growth in the coco/perlite hempy's is astounding, right up there with DWC. Many of these girls have outgrown their mother which resides in 5 gallons of soilless. Loving the node structure and red stems on this plant. F11 and all is good. Environment on point, smell in check, and visiting the garden only 3 times a week. Stay tuned for some monster nuggies!!!

Grew well and so far there's no pests. I think they're growing on schedule with no stunt so far. I think they should start packing on weight next week. We will see. All Good!

I got the purple pheno at last !! So glad actually... that it is actually changing colour and with so many more weeks left for it to continuously transition. Totally what I’m looking for in future breeding projects. Black amnesia haze fast: for its rooting and overall vigorous performance. Creating good yields each run And this one I’m still waiting to see how she goes! Way more grows in the future!

Last week was a short one, decided to chop them on day 80. Both plants weigh at 800g wet, hoping to get a bit over 100g dry. They could probably go for another week to get fatter, but I was feeling ready looking at the trichomes. Hope the dry slow, I can't get RH above 50% so hoping that won't be so bad.

Plants were looking terrible this week. I use a humidifier and I am In a hard water area. Well I wondered why the exhaust fan I had to keep adjusting and researched and the hard water had clogged the carbon filter. Ordered a new one costly mistake. Anyone know exactly what the brown patches are. I assumed a calcium deficiency due to lockout as I was adjusting ph to 6.3. So I flushed through with 6.8 and they perked up the next day. I added calmag to be safe. Also suffering cold temps at night so could have been phosphorus deficiency lockout (only guessing) so I have increased temps at night. Never had these issues in veg before.

It’s been a while since updating as of work and also a broken phone but so far their looking alright, only problem I have is abit high humidity but they seem fine. (Night humidity: 40-45%) and (Day Humidity 55-60%) . I even clipped a nugget last week and the ash was thick and white without a flush which is pretty impressive in my opinion but I think I will be starting to flush in the next week or two.

The girls have survived another week ❤️ I did a light defoliation and have been monitoring the RH closely. We have had a very damp week here, and the RH kept climbing and had my fan working hard. They are starting to plump up and fill in 😋. They have also started to slow their drinking habits, instead of watering every three days, it has moved to every 4 now. Just a couple of weeks left, I think I will be harvesting these over Christmas 🎄, and will have some great bud ready for the new year! 🎉🎊🍾

Made it through 7 weeks of flower and the girls are really starting to show themselves. Twisted helix just sucks. Trying to push her another week then she will be made into bubble hash. Sugar Cane is the frostiest of the bunch but buds are pretty small compared to others. Jack Herer has the fattest buds of the bunch and a strong lemon aroma. Platinum jelly is looking nice and frosty. Twisted velvet appears to be a little behind the others but looking nice. I am thinking that the blackcherry punch will be the winner of this grow. Her buds are just covered in beautiful frost and they are also pretty fat and plump. Looks like she is going to put off a nice yield. I have started harvesting pollen from sugar cane clones and dusting the breeder clones. I gave them their first pollination a few days ago, the second today, and will dust them again in a few days. I have been collecting individual pollen sacs as they mature to speed up the process and try to maximize the amount of pollen I can store for later use. It is like trying to do brain surgery on an ant 🐜🐜. I am already seeing a lot of pistils start to brown so things are looking good.

I’ll be harvesting this lady next week! Super frosty and very happy with the yield and density considering she is in a tiny coke can 8.5 oz. Smells sweet, dense, and yummy! Just trying to keep her upright and watered—- starting to flush now. ✌️💚🌿💨

D63 - The start of another week. I completely forgot to take any pics in time so grabbed a quick one right after the lights were out. I'll post better pics tomorrow. D64 - I watered each girl with 2.5-liters of water @ pH 6.5, and snapped some better pics. ;) D68 - All is well in the tent. I gave each girl 2.5-liters of compost tea @ pH 6.5. I also did some additional defoliation. D69 - The end of the final week of veg. The girls are healthy and vibrant. #1 is starting to get bigger than #2, even though she is one week younger. She is also more thirsty so I gave her around 1.2-liters of water @ pH 6.5 while #2 didn't need any.

BIG BIG apologies to Heather from fast buds & to Growdiaries & anyone who follows. The past few months have been a massive struggle, not just with temperatures & growing weed but on a personal level. My wife has been very poorly & with covid and everything going on, it's put a massive strain on us all!! I've tries to maintain an active presence on Instagram but that's about all I've physically had time for. I've put this update together today, so far into the grow now it almost seems pointless. I lost my original Mimosa due to high temps & high RH. Moving into the attic at that time of year was a mistake. It has cost me a small fortune to keep things alive. I've had to purchase an air con unit, more fans & just more of everything to be honest. My purple punch is almost ready to harvest, any time within the next couple of days, followed shortly by Bruce Banner & Kosher cake. I wont be winning any awards for this Diary & I feel bad as I was supposed to be show casing what 420 Fast buds has to offer & I've failed...miserably. Fed on Day 39 Up’d the nutes a bit. Added some Superthrive. Also added (2)3 gallon strains I have from another grow and additional lighting 250w in the tent. Day 44: Watered with PH’d 6.1 water and a couple pinches of epsom salt. Both of their ppm’s were a bit high on the R/O around 1700. I assume this is from the feeding earlier in the week. (I need to start taking better notes) I brought it down considerably to around 900 ppm with a couple gallons of mild flushes. **Personal note** I read alot and I mean ALOT of forums and questions from here as I grow. I’m using a combination of techniques I feel are beneficial and learning do’s and do nots as I go. That being said Please feel free to comment, advice is ALWAYS welcomed! Grow on.
