Oh boy, what a week have they got Sick PH was very high. Didn’t know what to do so the last week and a half. I’ve been flushing them bringing the pH down little by little trying to go gentle eventually the last flash show PH at 6.8. Which is OK anything between six and seven is considered optimal range for cannabis plant.

This is the week 2! Well, the plant looks really healthy, and she kept growing up, straight to the light! Good to see that even after the strange beginning, with the stem crooked, she recover her path! This week, I'm also planning to start feeding them with some NPK. In my experience they just don’t keep up with the plants growth rate in general and only take away from it's overall potential. Ciao growers, spero abbiate passato un buon natale. Al giorno 28 le piante stanno benone e l'odore inizia a farsi più intenso: aroma dolcissimo, sembra quasi di zucchero filato, incredibile. Ho aggiunto i soliti 10l d'acqua con il tripac floragrow 8ml, floramicro 1,6ml, florabloom 2,4ml. Qualche giorno fa ho comprato lo stimolatore di fioritura della GHE Pro Bloom (ex Biobloom) super concentrato. Questa è la prima volta che uso questo prodotto ma qua sul sito ne ho sentito parlare bene. Ne ho usato 2ml (0.2ml/l). Ho anche alzato la lampada di qualche centimetro (ora sta attorno ai 30cm dalle piante), poichè molte punte delle cime stavano diventando bianche. La lampada un po' più vicina ad alcune cime della glookies (<30cm) che si è allungata di più dell'altra ma mi sembra un peccato sacrificare tutto alzando la lampada per pochi rami più alti. Nel complesso devo dire cha stanno crescendo bene, già dalla scorsa settimana la differenza in grandezza delle cime è evidente. Sono contento. Ci si sente tra qualche giorno o la prossima settimana, dipende se cambierà qualcosa😄 edit giorno 31: nulla di importante da segnalare, ho aggiunto alla soluzione 20l d'acqua con 0.8ml/l di floragrow, 1.5ml/l di floramicro, 2,4ml/l di florabloom, 0,1ml/l di biobloom e 0,5ml/l di cal mag (tutto dela GHE). Nell'ultima settimana hanno necessitato di più acqua rispetto alle settimane precedenti edit giorno 34: ho eseguito una piccola defogliazione su entrambe le piante togliendo le foglie che coprivano i siti de fiori almeno superficialmente. A lavoro finito sembrava che avessi messo le mani in della colla talmente erano appiccicose. All'interno entrambe le piante seno una giungla, avrei dovuto pulirle un po' meglio durante la vegetativa (già la defogliazione al ventesimo giorno di fioritura era stata difficoltosa per l'eccessivo numero di rami che non mi permettevano di infilare le mani): moltissime foglie e fiori non ricevono luce purtroppo, mi servirà di lezione per il prossimo ciclo. Anche stavolta ho aggiunto alla soluzione 10 litri d'acqua con 0.8ml/l di floragrow, 1.5ml/l di floramicro, 2,4ml/l di florabloom, 0,1ml/l di biobloom. L'odore si fa veramente intenso

She grew 27cm this week! Really starting flowering too! She's doing well. Nothing else to the report as I'm just letting her do her own thing. I notice her leaves are Sativa-like!! 😍 Some of her very lower leaves were quite spotty and discoloured. I pulled maybe 6 off her through the week. Not sure if it's a deficiency. Si bien la planta "D" es la mas "debil" de las 4, esta no esta mal ni promete algo que no sea de la misma calidad por lo que la aprovecharemos al maximo. Aplicamos esta vez Delta-9 directamente a la mezcla para el soil a diferencia de la semana pasada que fue foliar.

So, with these interesting times and what is becoming a fast evolving global catastrophe. I, myself, along with the rest of you ( I hope ) can take some solace in looking after our gardens, to have some peace away from the news, to give our ladies the best care we are able to provide 🌱 If you ever needed any vindication or validation as to why growing your own is best. More than half the world currently in lockdown, and with MJ in short supply, our actions speak for themselves! Anyway, back to this diary. I done a lot of work on the room, invested a lot and tried to make everything as automated as possible. Everything runs on smart plugs, the hydroponic system is DIY and is RDWC which is cooled with a Hailea 150a. 6 plants is what I am going for this time, with a shorter veg length compared to the last grow. I prefer to wait until they show their sex, but if they don’t by week 5, I plan on flipping anyway all being well. I am using 730nm LED’s that come on 15 mins before lights on, turn off during lights on, and then they come back on when lights go out, and stay on for 15 mins. This should enable me to run 13/11 during flower with little risk. I am also going to add a UVB fixture to my custom rig which will only be used during the final 2 weeks of flower. I have 3 Alibaba lights attached to a custom rig, they really are awesome lights. I tested the room out with an Apogee SQ-520 par meter (PAR map in pics). I have dimmed them down, so PAR is around 500 across the whole canopy, this will be increased to 1000 once they’re flipped. I vent from my house, to the room and then outside, this increases the CO2 in the room, which I think helped the yields on the last grow, generally CO2 hovers between 470 and 700 PPM. My ladies look a little sick, but tbh, I struggle starting out in Rockwool, and things usually correct themselves within a couple weeks. With the quarantine I have struggled to pick up a humidifier that is capable of maintaining that room, so it has been all over the place since the start. I have opted to go with Royal Gorilla this cycle, let’s see if it’s as potent as RQS says that it is! Good luck all and take care...

Day 28 veg: All is going daily good with these 3 ladies from Exotic Seed. The burn in the leaves is from a treatment forbrhe horrendous fungus gnat issue that ibhad hoped to managed but they are winning. lol. I am daily spraying them with home made treatment of steeped tobacco and dish soap with bicarb of soda. I caught the leaves with aspray here and there leading to the discolouration and burn The Strawberry cola is doing well and forming a nice top cola with good height supporting side branching . hopefully I can keep them together as the canopy grows. There are hints of white hairs on the bracts so flowering is close. Herz O.g is a big lady so far .Her f.i.m went good and could benefit the end yield . Shebhas fairly wide spacing on her frame so far so I will have to watch the stretch carefully. White hairs at the bracts are showing her female gender through so another close to flowering. she will need some l.s.t to stay in good light. Monster Mash looks happy enough and is keeping pace with the others so far. let's see what next week reveals. be safe folks
