Edit from 19th May. Literally 00:09 Pre-Flowering. Fat Banana looks like Hermie. Royal Critical = clean pre-flower. Edit from 19th May. 16:26 Fat Banana had balls sack and pistils growing all over the place. I nuked everything that had balls on it. I left only top node with pistils. Royal Critical is full of pistils, no balls. Now I wish I had photoperiod seeds instead of automatics. I would give Critical 1 extra week in veg. She is around 10-15cm smaller then Fat Banana. I switched the lights back to 400W. Edit from 20th May. 14:45 I think 32C is maximum what these plants can handle. With 600W I was reaching 34C on some top leaves and that could possibly turn the Fat Banana into hermit (she was the tallest). I open the tent a little (front doors), I put big-ass fan on second gear blowing strong wind through the mesh-window of a tent. I put the lights straight up to the ceiling, I literally can't put them any higher. Fat banana is now 58cm tall and around 80cm away from the light. Week 2 has started. So far i‘m very happy with Advanced Nutrients.

Forgive me AGAIN I have started logging this actual journal several weeks after I have started the grow, but never the less, I still have dates on photos to help me track the growth so far. I decided this grow that I would try reusing my dirt from the last grow and was able to sterilize it by cooking it in the oven🙌 I did loose a little bit of dirt but decided I would just combine coco coir that I had around with the soil 1:1 to even things out. Week 1 wasn't particularly interesting. This time around I choose to only plant 2 Super Skunk (fem) seeds because I needed have a "do over" with this strain. Last grow (mid flower) I lost control of my plants and I am looking to redeem myself because this strain grew beautifully up until that point. I went ahead and germinated seeds the last week of October and had sprouted seeds by Oct. 31. The first week was pretty typical with the exception of one seedling who's shell was causing the plant difficulty in releasing. For several days I tried to just allow nature take it's course but, then I became incredibly impatient and attempted to remove it myself (BAD MOVE). The whole head snapped off of the fragile seedling and I had to immediately start over. Also the humidity in SOCAL has extremely low (in the teens) which made getting regulating humidity even more challenging. *P.S. I only gave my plants distilled water from a spray bottle to ensure that there was no over watering*

Now all plants are fully blooming and producing buds. The two plants on the back are really difficult for me to reach, so they'll have more leaves as I can't trim em. Especially the rigt back corner one, it's way bushier.

Week 11 started I think that the plant is near to the end, maybe a couple of weeks or less. During this week I will start to check trichomes, my objective is to have 50-50 milky and amber. This will be the last week with nutrients. D71: changed the water to the pot, added 30ml bloom, 15ml micro, 10ml pH-. D73: first trichomes check today: 40 crystal, 50 milky, 10 amber. Added four liters of tap water. D74: added 3 liters of tap water with 5ml of pH- D75: added 3 liters of tap water.

Rough week in colorado with fires causing smoky air and ash falling then the next week having the first snow of the season! I brought the baby in for about 3 nights! Put her in my closet so she wouldnt be disturbed! Still low 50s the first night back outside with temps going to be mid 70s the next day

July 21, 2020 update. The indoor girls are looking close to harvest. Outdoors the buds still look loose and airy, but all of the hairs have curled in and are turning red/brown. I'm thinking about cutting them all down in the next few days - mainly because my existing jars are getting low. 😮

Well, Tropic'ozz is not the biggest yielder. That's not the target , so everything is fine😎. She gets the color I am used to and the Tropic'ozz smell 😯. Somehow the cuttings are always a bit stronger in colors than her mothers. Happy with her 😋 Rock on. 👊

Been feeding the nectar for the gods sample pack. Plus impello biologics inoculant. Experimenting with lst. Hasn't been topped or defoliated at all. Just tying down and tucking leaves. I cut my pot as well to allow more lower air circulation. There are 9 visible "tops" at the top of the canopy. And a couple more that are underneath. Day 32 and everything is looking good to me.

Critical x Animal Cookies is growing good under the Hortibloom Solux 350. She is just behind the others in the run from being stunned at start. She is doing good now, and hopefully she should start developing very soon.
