11/16/23 - Day 10 - Here we are on day 10 and she had a root hit the water over night. About 8 hrs later she had two roots in the water and her leaves are starting to perk up. From here on out I expect a rocket ship. Shes getting access to all the nutes now. 11/18/23 - Day 12 - The roots are going about as I expected in this Leaf Box. Shes always sad until her roots hit the water, then the fuse has been lit! There is no going back. When I looked at the water today there was one root that was floating about 7 - 8 in long that surprised me. Yesterday it was long maybe 4" but today it's at least doubled. 😀 Its so much fun growing in this Leaf Box. You really get to experience the joy in it, rather than the stress of trying to figure out some technical issue. Here the techical issues are close to none. I really get to focus on the training part. It also allows me to be more observant and I get more time to think about the little changes that I see. Usually my mind is so clouded with some engineering issue with her life support that I dont usually get the time to really focus on the plant. Its a whole different feel growing in the Leaf box. I posted a video up top. If you watch it you'll understand my above statement. Choosing the option to move to the next phase in the software is about as hard as it will ever get (aside from harvest, thats ALWAYS a bitch) Watch the video and if your feeling some kind of way let me know what you think.

Queste piante sono state fatte al massimo dello stress, al minimo dei consumi. Con 300 watt totali, niente riscaldamento, solo ricircolo d aria e luce, anche nell'acqua pochi nutrienti, si vede il risultato finale abbastanza scarso, non ho avuto tempo d stargli dietro, ma con tutto ciò qualcosa ho raccolto.

Segue a Vega, mesma nutrição. Ela está começando a pistilar, e já é notável rastros roxos em seu caule. Confesso que estou louco pra degustar está genética 😅

Week 6 Veg. The Wock smell is getting stronger by the day. Strong candy terps with gas, Straight GAS that stings the nose bit makes you want to take an even bigger huff. I can already tell she’s going to be stanky once flower starts. One thing to note about Wockesha is that she is a super compact plant with thick foliage once topped. I’ve started to introduce the bloom nutrients at 1tbsp/g. since I’ll be flowering in the next 3 to 4 weeks, I’m adding early to ensure that all nutrients in my living soil will be broken down and readily available to all plants as soon as bloom starts.

7/3 Hot as fuck today. Japanese beetles were around. I killed a few. I'm going to have to go over and keep an eye on things. It reached 90° today for the majority of the day. I watered around 1pm as I noticed most of the bags were very light. I'm glad I held off on the BT. I've dealt with jpn beetles before so hopfully that won't be an issue. Things are getting big. It won't let me upload any pictures or the video I did. I may upload it to past week. Went back over at night and and plants looked dropy but it was after 7pm and they were just going to sleep. 7/4 Didn't take photos this morning. Found some jpn beetles. That's the damage I've been seeing. I went back over last night to hunt them but I only got two. There weren't any others. No biggie. I'll put some pics up from today after I get back 7/5 Didn't get a chance to check the plants out today. My intuition tingled around 1pm and I had just gotten home and I ran over to check them. They displayed minor signs of heat stress as seen in the pics (due to the super high humidity and 90° weather) and the bags were light. A few were REALLY light. I could see they needed water. I WATERED 4 1/2 GALLONS TO THE GARDEN. DO TO THE HIGH TENPS AND WINDS IVE HAD TO WATER THE LAST THREE DAYS IN A ROW. IVE SLOWLY STRARTED INCREASING VOLUME. I don't want to water until I get a shit ton of run off because I want to keep the nutes in my soil as long as possible. As you can see things are going great. Minor pests but notjing major. They're growing at a very rapid pace. I'll need to add another layer of supports soon and begin to LST some of these girls. I've got one seedling in a 10 gal and I'm pretty sure it's a feminized red runtz but it's in preflower and looks and SHOULD be a female but I haven't seen the white hair yet. Looks like a female preflower though. I do have one auto though in a 5 gallon tjats doing good too. I have a bunch of pics but the internet is too slow. I'll upload tomorrow. Started pouring around 6. 7/6 Poured sheet rain all night. After it had Bern super fucking hot and I watered my plants with 4 1/2 gallons. Oh well. If I didn't water we wouldn't have gotten the rain. The fabric bags makes watering easier. The wind will dry out the medium. We do have some rain in the forecast. A pallet fell over and knocked my 5 gal bucket with tje auto into a 10 gal seedling but it held the pallet up and didn't damage anything. Out of all the ways it coyldve landed it landed just right to not hurt anything. Everything is super healthy. I do have some random pest damage but it's minimal. I'll decide whether to use a spray or not. Didn't take pictures this morning. Was pressed for time. 7/7 Super hot even at 8a.m. Rained the majority of the day yesterday. Plants are getting HUGE. I'm going to have to build a second round of supports and should probably start some LSTing. They seem to like growing natural how they are (besides the original topping and FIMed. You can tell these are ALL very high % indicas. I'm seeing pistols spitting out everywhere. Event horizon and sherb cake seem to be in the lead. The seedlings have realky taken off. The one I put in the 50 has fan leaves the size of my hands. 7/8 Wow it has been extremely hot. It's going to be in the 90's again today. Checked my plants and it seems the GMOs seem to be using more water. Those bags were a little lighter. Seeing how there is no rain in for a few days I had to water. WATERED 3 1/2 GALLONS. LAST SEEDLING FINALLY SHOWED AS A FEMALE. 7/9 Bags are still heavy. Found ONE jpn beetle this morning. Plants seem to be bigger everytime I look.starying the stretch and spitting out some pistols. I took some pics of the pistles. I'll update 7/10 should've started a new week but I didn't. I'll make next week six days. Plants are starting ro stretch. Minor random pest damage but woth the heat they need lots of water. Noticed a couple dead interior leaves so I should probably go through everything and defoliate. I need to add another layer of supports as well.

Love this 1st grow. Even though its small. Hope I got good weight out of this. Smells great whenever I open my cupboard. Cant wait for my next grow green gelato auto. 😁

Beide Mutanten machen sich wirklich sehr gut. Anfang der 5. Woche wurde umgetopft, wurde auch wirklich Zeit wie man sieht. Ist wirklich super durch gewurzelt😎 3 Tage nach dem umtopfen wurde dann auch schon getoppt. Habe mich natürlich dafür entschieden, dass ich die 3 Triebe von der Mutation mitnehme um so 7 Haupttriebe zu erhalten. Es sind tatsächlich 7 da die ersten beide Triebe an Nodie 1 auch sehr gut ausgewachsen sind und nicht unterentwickelt. Wenn die Muatenten weiter so wachsen wird nächste Woche schon wieder getoppt. Umtopfen und topping hat sie wirklich mehr als gut vertragen👍🏼

The plant is growing very good i dont see any problems. I started with the LST training and cut 1 branch of wich wouldnt get much light.

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! OMG... still so much time yeahh! Today my Fast Buds Sour Jealousy and Sweet Seeds Big Devil and Dark Devil Automatics arrived. I'm looking forward to it. This time Fast Buds next Time Sweet Seeds. Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. She's starting to get bushy. She responds extremely well to stress so Im going to give her some heavy LST this week and give her rest next week. She also got some very healthy roots thanks to the hydroguard. I can easily go two weeks with no rez change and algae and fungus are nonexistent.

Really healthy. I've mixed it up with ripen a bit. I know its only for the last few days, but I'm trying something out, it suits my growing style, I know what it does. So I've lowered the PPM to 480 on this water change, I've cut the bloom down to 1/3 .33 and I've matched ripen ml/ml .33 and to keep some N in the mix I added half of the bloom boosters. So mixing them like this works out a really good NPK ratio. I reckon 2-5-5. I've changed the water, haven't added any H2o2 yet, as it's not needed and it'll only attack my roots, it's been a learning experience with h2o2 but I think I'm getting close to getting a better grips of how bacteria works. I adjust the PH 2-3 times a day, I won't need to today as I've only changed the water so should get 40hrs or so out of it. I'll have to add H2o2 tomorrow. Water temps will jump up to 26c before lights go out tonight. So I should be fine till tomorrow. I haven't had to do much but just keep a eye on the water, watch for slime, I know the smell of rot and root water now, both a foul but rot water is unmistakable. My roots are very weak, I'm afraid to add silica at this point because of what hit my other DWC I do not know. All I know it had silica in the water. So, I've pult back off it and the h2o2 has taken a beaten on my roots. But I'm learning and the degradation is a lot less, and to be able to grow a healthy plant at 27c water is just amazing I think. And I know no hydroguard wouldn't keep the rot away at that temps. The roots are black now just because of the PH + adjuster has turned them that way but they are healthy and so is the plant. She has her old wounds of course and I could get rid of all them leafs to show a 100% healthy looking plant but if I were to do that, I'd have to remove 20% of the leafs and the top is already very thin on leaf growth. Just going to keep a close eye on her and try get her over the next 20days. The buds are getting so heavy branches are having real trouble keeping themselves up. I've had to keep tucking them behind stronger nodes. The buds aren't big and have long colas like my soil mainline but these buds are smaller but still big stand alone buds that are rock hard and have very little trim. She's extremely frosty. I had a little taste of her, she was sadly very disappointing. DWC definitely needs to be cleaned. All I could taste was nutrients. Very hard to get a taste of the weed, that I know is there, I got super high of it, but was super harsh, I know chemical cough when I smoke it. This Green Crack was my 3rd round of started seeds in my perpetual garden of auto's. I decided to get a little experimental and try topping and bending this girl at the beginning of the flowering stretch (about a week ago). So far she has not missed a beat, she just keeps stretching and growing. Starting to see the bud sites develop. One branch did take a little damage from the bending, but I put some blue painters tape on it and expect a full recovery. Growing in organic composted 'super soil'. Have not added any additional nutrients yet. Looks great to me so far.
