Big week this week.. Had to flip the lights, defoliate the full underside of the scrog that took hours .. Then decided to take some clones mid process ending me with hopefully Some good rooters. Also changing up my feeding schedule to a higher dose of nutes almost 1500 ppm. That should hopefully lay my coco with a healthy Base off minerals needed for the boosting that’s happening

This was my first cycle growing and I've learned so much. I think the harvest gave a little quantity in grams and I've no idea why, but I'll try to do better in next cycle. The quality of the buds are awesome. Thats it folks, see you in next cycle.

06/27: the small buds dry up quickly with the current climate near my house.... So I was able to taste the famous apple fritter. And I'm glad I dont know when I grow another AF. because what I like is to taste the novelties

Sorry for being late with this update! 😱 Plants are maturing well but I noticed Matcha is developing slower compared to Pistachio and I assume that's because the height of the lights are very different from each plant, but both are still going forward. A clear sign of maturity is Pistachio's brighter color leafs and the amount of "brown" pistils on both plants. Trichomes are developing well too. Anyway, I think I will give Pistachio one more week and then see how Matcha develops to cut her. I also started to defoliate my girls, there were tons of dying leaves! See you all in my next update!

9/11 Week 22 Looking better seem to have closed the Phos hole in my nuets, in the future pots will be amended with it from the start. 9/13 Weather degrading (heh relative term) plan to harvest Poly on next spat of "good" weather, Zona couple of weeks tops. Poly water only but there is plenty of nuets in that pot. 9/14 No decent sun today at all, high humidity forecast is saying it just gets worse from here (heh like those guys know) but if true I need to harvest poly ahead of it which may mean tomorrow. Decide then see if forecasts change. Next year things will be different damit 9/15 Day 146 of the grow and Poly's last day Weather is entirely the reason for taking her a bit early, wanted to prep her a bit more but thats life in the outdoors. She has a beautiful day for her last, she was never any trouble and grew well, I am glad to have grown her, she is a good girl. Fractal week Week 20 8/11-17 For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue lovin life outside. These ladies are maturing as many fans are yellowing and falling off. Temps are comfortable following Storm Debby, in the 80s with low humidity. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. These ladies had a long vegetation phase. They germinated April 1 so I could get them hardened off before I went on vacay. They had basically 4 months of veg and the colas are already large, trichomes forming and with 2 more months to go, my expectations for these are heavy yields and sticky dense buds. Fractal had her spa day and had heavy defoliation of her voluminous fan leaves. It took me from 9:30 to 3:30 to trim her. Oh, and there are so many feeder and sugar leaves remaining, She will be a b!tch to trim at harvest. . weeks ago I indicated that I used peony cages ass a scrog, however, a scrog would have kept the colas beneath the grid. Harvest day 66 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 18-20 degrees and 55-62% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Let's get to the plant 💚. The lsd-25 on the right is starting to taking on a gassy smell and the left one is still smelling more floral. The big bud in the back is doing great but I think the buds are going to be more fluffy than dense unless it starts packing these next 20ish days. The cherry cola is looking good still very behind the other 3 but I think I got her under control and good for now.

Good week this plants going steady about 3 n a bit weeks more than four but that's OK giving an update anyway plant going good nice and easy going once I've controlled temps being winter and all plus controlling nutes a bit more this plant seems to need more trace elements good learning loving it.

Watching trichomes closely and using plain water over the past week. The largest of the two plants stopped responding much to watering and became resplendent with milky plus amber trichomes as the leaves faded and purpled up. On 2-15 I chose to harvest her. I weighed out 3.4 oz of untrimmed wet bud on 2-16, as I plan to dry trim. Second plant harvested 2-18. I will put up a harvest report when both plants are harvested. The smaller plant is approximately a week behind. I’m pleased with the yield but I really have no experience to know how these dense meaty buds will weigh out when dried. I have only removed the most easily plucked sugar leaves to facilitate drying and later trim. I have taken two medium sized riper buds from this plant over the past two weeks to dry and sample. I have only tried the first one and will say that the buzz was potent, delightful with a very sweet delicious flavor despite being uncured and grassy. ***** Currently the scent is an almost artificial vanilla, sugar and chocolate. ****** Compared to my bagseed and my one previous grow, these plants have been resilient against transplant stress, heat, pests, and pmd. My only concern was the appearance of a ball, which I plucked off and had not since observed more of them. Unlike the smaller plant that has one large cola with many heavy but smaller ones, the larger one sported many larger colas. ****** For my next grow I would like to add more light or switch up to COBs move into a larger space, be it a tent or a diy grow room, augment my soil with coco as well as perlite, if not switch mediums entirely, be more gentle with transplant and add enzymes and bloom boosters to my supplements. ****** I know this was a long grow.
