Watching her closely, she’s getting there but isn’t quite ready. Tried a bud off her and she’s already pretty potent. I am waiting 10-14 more days I think... maybe longer depending on trich’s. Hoping to get a little more amber and a little more swelling to the buds. I had to put a trellis net in to help support the buds, some were getting close to snapping. My favorite bud is on the top right, she’s weighing that branch down nicely. I’m excited to see how this plant finishes up.

This lady has been such a pleasure to grow. While she is a little tall on the main stem, I'm thinking my reward might be a great cola. She has really responded well to little effort and consistent water and nutes. Starting to throw off some resin and a bit of a scent.

The NYC Diesel is growing well! A slight skunky smell is already developing around the plant, so I expect she is going to get quite pungent as she develops. Recovery after the FIM seems fine to my inexperienced eyes, and I will be starting LST with lawn staples/plant stakes later in the week. She has been growing low and bushy which is good for my space, and I expect her to explode with growth over the next few weeks. Now that she is growing quickly, I am going to slowly increase the megacrop and cal/mag accordingly. I don't want to overdo it, but I want the feeding well dialed in for when flowering begins.

Week 16 Day 109 and 62 in Flower today 😍 Their Mama went into dark on Day 62 of Flower, so I checked their trichomes today. They all look nearly finished, at least the top buds are all good to go. I will wait another day or two and then they will go into darkness. Next weekend will be a good time to harvest yeay ☀️ They have been fed a little water every two days for the last couple of days. Humidity has dropped quite a bit in the tent but it's still hot. Luckily temperatures are going down a little bit. Can't wait for my little rainbows 🌈 ❤️ Day 111 and 64 in Flower, one last day with light 😍 Added some trich shots of one the clones. Good call to send them into darkness. Day 63 This plant has been trained into a wide, flat shape, with multiple tops spread out evenly across the pot. The structure is low and bushy, clearly influenced by topping or LST, which has opened up the canopy for better light penetration. Leaf color is generally healthy, a strong green with decent vibrancy, though some variation is visible. The lower leaves show stress — one is yellowed and deteriorating, likely from nutrient deficiency (older growth being consumed) or simply natural fading. The canopy looks vigorous and responsive to training, but growth is still somewhat restrained; the plant doesn’t yet have explosive vertical energy. The root zone may still be recovering from earlier stress, but the overall appearance suggests it’s adapting well. Going forward, the key will be to maintain even watering and steady nutrition, supporting strong root activity. Some light defoliation could help airflow under the canopy and direct energy into the developing tops. Here we are into the beginning of true flowering! Stacking has begun, flower development is coming along beautifully, both plants are loving the 900PPFD & 2.0EC feed without signs of stress. Co2 is being implemented this week & leaf tucking will continue. The Bride Cake has surprised me with its stretch during this last week or 2, Growing nearly an inch every other day. No real serious trichome development yet so only a faint smell when first opening the tent. Both plants are drinking quite a lot which I’m very happy to see.
