D-70 : At this stage, I'm a bit.... surprised that the Desfrans are not taller thant they are. The smallest one is 35cm wich is really small for a 100% sativa strain. The tallest one is about 56cm, wich is also quiet small I think. If I compare with some other diaries, the tallest one could be in the target if we take into account that I trained them a lot during their first weeks. But the small one is almost the half she should be... There's no sign of deficency, none ! I have 420w @ 50 cm from the top, so it's not because of the light. The container is a 20L smartpot. I simply do not understand. Is it juste because of that phenotype ? Will she grow during the next 7-9 weeks untill she'll recover her late ? I Modified a bit the position of the light so the Lumatek 100w FullSpectrum on the side of the box is really pointed to the "slow" girls. We'll see if it change anything but I really doubt about it... The only lead I have is : Desfran loves HEAT and Light. The 2 smallest are on the coldest side of the box, even if it's not cold at all. But it is the side near the window...

At the start of week 6 Gsc and CH are going to get winterfrost for the next week than flush as they are fairly close to harvest. I will wait on WW as shes still a few weeks out.

This new week started better as with some flushes I brought the runoff back to 6.5/7, the plant seems to be growing well

Almost to the finish line for most of these girls.Everytime I get near the tent it just smells so great and wow are they building up some trichomes.The buds are chunky and super dense now and finishing up in the coming days except for one plant that has been lagging along the whole grow.It is smaller with a massive center cola so I’ll let her grow as long as needed. Day 66 placing two of the Papaya cookies in the dark in another tent for 24-48 hours before I cut and hang them.

Last watered on dec 10; I eased up on the LST angle on the Larry OG. She’s looking a lot better than a couple of weeks ago. Although growth has been stunted substantially, I’ll try to nurse her back to the best of my abilities; We’ll see if the coffee grounds cause nitrogen toxicity, or if it pays off; The bud sites on the Mandarin Cookies have grown at least an 1 1/2in in the last week and seem to be doing well, There’s some very faint tip yellowing on the new growth so I think I’ll water with some plain ph’ed tap water and perhaps some molasses;

I’m a week late posting on these as I was a week ahead in the timeframe for this diary because of the new Germination option. We are caught up now day wise anyway, and all is good. Finally got her into the flowering tent and into my 5 gal RDWC system under a 1000w HPS on a light rail mover. We flipped her to flowering as soon as we got her in because my DWC systems tend to grow big ass plants. Lol so I’ve decided to flip without much of my screen full and let the stretch fill it. I will also be hitting them at 1000w rite from the start instead of trying to turn it down and get it closer to save power consumption. I will be starting with the light already up as high as it can be at about 3 ft above the screen. I’ve also shortened the span of my rail mover and set my pauses shorter at about 10 sec. with the light at 1000w we get a better spread out on the light meter and don’t need to move the light as far. I’m also going to keep tucking till they completely stop stretching in an effort to keep them as low as possible. We also had some excessive nitrogen build up a couple weeks ago and dropped the ec way down to 0.2 for the next week. They responded quick and went in the opposite direction very fast and before I new it we had nitrogen deficiency. Lol so we got them sitting around 0.75 EC now and they are coming back around. Day 80, 2nd of December 2020: I feel lucky that I have the red pheno because.many diaries i saw here just green pheno. Buds are on the way with lovely colour and nice smell I am so so excited she is really nice :) All good the lamp is now on 11 hours and off 13 hours. Every week 15 minutes was taken off and after 4 weeks here we go. Strated 12/12 and now 13/11 wanted try to imitate the nature as the light days are getting shorter. Fertilization has changed no more epsom salt from this week and I will stop giving nitrogen as well from next week. Great job Sweet Seeds. Nice genetics :)

The buds are fattening and getting covered with trichomes very well, most of them are healthy and flowering at the same stage, orange pistols are already popping out, thinking about harvesting in a week or some.

this week was great, the V1 arrived through a lot of logistical nightmares. its the final test before mass production- i will post another dairy for it but please have a look at the pics above. ive created a stylish subtle, modern way to grow 4 plants. this will be great for all levels and will save big on energy and nutrition. you just have to prune, it can even draw water into itself. anbd its 4 plants!!! stick here and youll see it in action. ive decided to change the order in tents. now we have super strong Purple berry Kush with the returned and super strong sweet seeds Sweet cherry pie. so one tent is the strong, and the other tent is now perma auto flower, which serves for additional veg for girls who fall behind their grow peers. hope that makes sense. i think my net is pretty useless other than a visual to plan nodes. i guess the real support will come from placing more plastic rods around the colas and fastening them. hope Christmas was kind to everyone. this oncoming week will be the last week of veg i think for tent two and we flip to flower. thanks for looking.

Last week before harvest. I started checking the trichomes and they are looking amazing. Cloudy, milky big mushroom head tricks. Not so much amber yet but I feel that will change pretty quickly with the temp drop. I will keep checking them daily and when I feel there's a good ratio between amber and cloudy I will harvest. I think im going to try the 48 hour darkness method. I've also heard of splitting the stalk and taping it up to stress it out a little bit. If anyone has tried this method and has experience with it let me know down in the comments. Big frosty buds with an incredible powerful aroma. Such beautiful plants all around. Hi guys, thanks for stopping by here.. Smell awesome for this two leady, not ultra resinous but very very sticky... I love the structure of the buds😍.. Now they are at day 54 from 12/12.. Only water.. The bigger one I think it's fine for harwest in the next five/seven days.. The "smallest" one in seven or more few days.. Can't wait to dry cure and smell the aroma come out from the jair ..and also vape too and get super stone😎🤣.. See you next week... Harwest day.. Ladies and gentlemen, today's day 27 of veg and as you can tell, I mainlined her . In the video I explain how I plan on mainlining, both tops after the fifth node.. But what I failed to mention was that I will also be topping again as well at that point.. So from there on it will be LST and try to get as good of a yield, as we can out of this girl..
