Alright first off, the nanners were mostly sterile and/or removed by Yours Truly. I could barely find any seeds actually. So far I have only 2 after handling every bud. I did defoliate heavily and put them under very intense lighting. Probably, the male parts were stress induced. I would not fault Dinafem anyway because hermaphroditism can happen. And let's be honest, if you look at those plants do you see a female one or a real hermaphrodite? BTW, this plant was so good that I can't wait to grow the seeds- and I am not a fan of "bag seed" From a 2x2 I got a little over 130 grams. But let's not talk about yield because this is truly some amazing quality. The smell is 10000% kush, you will love it. I have a second seed that shows exactly the same leaves, stems and smells as this one. So I have faith that there is some stability in this genetics. Haven't flowered it yet though. Like I said, just read Dinafem's description on the website. I think it is 100% true about my result which is something I find amazing. The harvest window they gave was pretty much right on the money. I think these people have really done their work, at least, with this strain. Well, I can't really say all this because I only flowered one seed of it. But to have such a result makes me really happy. I don't write this review for dinafem or any other seed company... just for you, the reader, who wants to find something dank to grow If you want a little more yield, go for another one. This is also a pretty slow vegging plant. The THC % must be really high. The first time I smoked it I started sweating. Ignore the flavors I report, it's either dank or not and this is Dank

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. 10/9/24 more colors are showing. its mostly just purpley pink on the tips of the fan leaves but its spreading a bit and she should have a week or so left depending on how mold and everything happens 10/13 this may be the last week. weve got continous rain coming and theyre coming up on the final stretch. i want them to go 60+ days for more color but may chop 10/14 chopping the rest of her. shes got nice cloudy trichomes. taking the tops and gonna leave the bottoms to ripen. i may try to reveg her

Tag 49 - Beginn der 8 Woche. Sie hat sich in der letzten Woche super entwickelt, wahrscheinlich war das Licht einfach bisschen zu nah dran. Die Blüten entwickeln sich gut und produzieren eine dicke Eisschicht. Allerdings bekommen die Blätter einen gelblichen Stich, was für mich noch etwas zu früh ist. Entweder könnte sie allgemein etwas mehr Nährstoffe gebrauchen oder es war etwas zu viel Calcium. Ich werde das die nächsten Tage beobachten und wohlmöglich den Dünger anpassen. Beschnitten oder entlaubt wurde nichts mehr. Gedüngt wurde an Tag 44 der letzten Woche. Nährstofflösung: 1 ml/l - Sensi Cal-Mag Xtra Advanced Nutrients. 1 ml/l - Big Bud Advanced Nutrients 1 ml/l - Bud Candy Advanced Nutrients. 1 ml/l - B-52 Advanced Nutrients. 2 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part A. 2 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Bloom Part B.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Day 56, both ladies growing very well and the buds are getting frosty and large. The seed 2 plant is growing faster than seed 1 as the buds are bigger.

Week 2 of veg and these girls have started to really grow!! Keeping up with LST as I know these can be really big girls. No defoliation yet, will do just before flower UPDATE: LST everyday this week in preparation for them to switch to flower. I will defoliate and lollipop at the end of the week.

- DAY 36 (09/07) In recent days I cut the two older pairs of infected leaves. The day after the previous feeding with Micro-Grow-Bloom, light rust-colored spots appeared on some old leaves, especially at the edges. I will show you better in the following days. At the moment they seem to be few. Everything that I will do relevant in the days of this week I will update it here in Week Comment. I am open to advice, I would be happy if you comment with what you would do in my place. - DAY 41 (14/07) TOPPING & FEEDING I topped the tip as in the photo. After that, I irrigated 1.5 liter of water with: - 0.75ml Micro - 0.75ml Grow - 0.75ml Bloom (Always with some lemon juice, not much, I want to trust the PH perfect technology adopted by the manufacturer) Solution PH: range 6.7/7.0 In the same evening I sprayed the usual mix of neem oil. 14.08.2025 – 20.08.2025 🔥 Week 5 Flower — bulking mode ON! 🔥 This week colas are really packing weight and starting to look chunky 🍇. The stretch is over, internodes are filled, and now it’s all about bud mass and resin production ✨. I pushed the feed up to around 1300 ppm (EC 2.2) and the plants are loving it 💧. The recipe included the full combo: Hesi Hydro Bloom, CalMag, Big Bud Powder, C4, PK 13/14, Bud Candy, Hesi Boost, and a touch of Rhino Skin for extra strength. The smell is insane now — sweet, fruity terps mixed with some heavy fuel notes, the tent reeks every time I open it 🚀. Humidity is locked at 50%, temps around 30°C, and airflow is strong. This was the week I could finally see the payoff of stabilizing the pH and pushing the nutes properly. The buds are sticky already, and trichomes are frosting like crazy ❄️. JetFuel is still smaller (my mistake earlier in training and positioning), but even it is starting to put on some decent weight. Next week, it’s all about resin and ripening 💎.

Hey hey growmies! another longer week, as I wanted to show these girls bouncing back from some problems I ran into with my Kratky experiment. about halfway through the week my plants started drooping and showing signs of overwatering, my guess is either the plant outgrew her air roots or the reservoir was too hot, inhibiting the plants ability to take up oxygen. either way, a quick peek at the roots showed some very healthy looking noodles, so I decided to not take any chances and come up with a solution that would solve both those problems. I took a 3 litre container, put a coat of primer and black paint on it to keep light out, then a layer of plumbers tape to bounce some of the grow lights off of the container, theoretically keeping the heat out, some other things I could have done was paint it white, or put some wall insulation around it. I could have also kept my jars and tried some troubleshooting, fill them less and more often. but I am happy with the roots created by Kratky, that's the nice thing about that system, it forces the roots to grow more horizontally, the roots have now created a sturdy foundation for low stress training and are perfect for placing into DWC. so that's what I did, I added a tiny pump and air stone, and for now both plants will sit in this tiny container, The Runtz will be moved to the tent as soon as possible, hopefully before these girl's roots get entangled, If that does happen, I will have to trim back some of the Runtz roots, I don't want to hurt the autoflower. now you've likely wondered what is up with the host of deficiencies the plants are showing, honestly that's just neglect on my part. I can tell there's damage from overwatering, pH fluctuations and even some lockouts. I am more on top of it now, the pH is more stable, the plants are getting oxygen and will recover plenty before flower. Plus I get to show off how hardy ruderalis is, look at the auto-flower compared to the photo period, she barely cares about the high temps, pH fluctuations all she appears to want is more food, so I have increased the ec to 1 ms, but most importantly, ill keep the pH in a range where they can actually take up the nutrients now That's it for now Growmies, Thanks for checking out my diary. Week 3 of flower, we are getting the stretch going properly, all looking good not to much to say as of right now, all looks as planned, shape is nice, they need a cleanup and they are ready to get fat !

When I began the contest I had only grown Magic Melon once before (last winter), it grew in an 18 litre pot, became around 4 feet tall, and completely filled a 3'x3' tent. A friend of mine successfully grew a seed I gave them this summer in a container about 4 litres and the plant was considerably smaller. The fact that it can be successfully grown in less than 250mL is astonishing, I have buds from the one grown last winter that are bigger than the can I grew this one in. Harvested 91 days from sprout.

1/29/2019 Late to update could not upload pics for some reason. Good week #1 is now 17.5" tall # 2 is 18.5" # 2 in the lead again. My temps were lower than usually cause I shut off red spectrum for pics,and been off for a week so reds back to 100% this week. Little budlets forming nicely. Starting to smell.
