This lady started growing like crazy. She's become really bushy and quite tall, with side branches being mostly equally high all over the plant. Flowers starting to develop well, but smell stays on the weak side. I'm expecting her to slow down and eventually stop growing over the next couple of days. Nutrient-wise I used more or less the same schedule as for my Northern Light lady, only did I now give her phosphorous grains at D7 already: * D7: 25g of organic granular phosphorus grains (bone meal) (6-16-0) * D20: 25g organic granular fertilizer (6-3-3) * D28: 35g organic granular fertilizer (6-3-3) * D35: 30g organic granular phosphorous grains (bone meal) (6-16-0) * D42: 20g of organic potassium grains (2-0-20) I'm really curious about how much (if any) she's still going to grow in size and how the buds will develop over the following weeks. Next few days, will be very warm and sunny!

Flower 9-23 Well pre-ish. Should be full flower any day. Watered with yucca, topped off. 9-26 Water yucca 750ml 9-28 water 600 ml yucca. slight defol 9-29 moisture was to 19% so watered around 1500-2k ml

The Apple Betty babies are doing great 😊 I’m very pleased with the results so far, I just wished I would have known they would have such a large stretch, they D almost doubled in size in 14 days. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so, much more than my other strain that I have going as well. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. A quick snip here and there will really help the end result. At day 13 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, she flourished just as the girls in my big tent did as well. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing and large tops. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. I will be doing a defoliation next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

This week they have grown super, but unfortunately they are getting lighter. 3 days ago I added another 1 g per liter of GHSC Powder Feeding Bio Grow substrate, as they still remain a bit in the veggie. Hopefully it doesn't take too long to release the nutrients. Whatever the reason, that still not all trips are elemened 🤬. I've only seen some before, and treated directly with neem oil so that it finally has a rest ☺️. Hello everybody! Here we are a week later and I’m starting to see some nice improvements and developments. This week I fed all plants pretty heavily with Recharge and Dolomite Lime (and a little Cal Mag). The plants seemed to like it, the color is really coming back to a nice shade of green instead of the pale yellow’ish green. The FastBuds Blackberry is a beautiful shade of purple. I’m going back to my normal nutrient routine for one more week then I'll flush for a week before cutting her down. The 2 Blackberry's I cut down last week were kind of scrawny, but I did smoke one of the main cola buds and it was tastier than I expected, very fruity. It also got me HIGH AF!! I'm looking forward to how this last one finishes up. One negative is I seem to have inherited some bugs from my wife. She asked me to put one of her outdoor plants in the room so it would survive the winter, well it looks like that plant was infested with bugs. The little f’ers had a feast on some of the leaves. My wife gave me the OK to toss the plant, so with the plant removed it should be fairly easy to irradiate any remaining bugs with some sticky paper. I’d like to say thank you to all who answered my question regarding recommend reading on cannabis. I’m selecting the answer for the Grow Bible by Greg Green because I was actually unaware of that one. I’m familiar with the Cervantes and Rosenthal versions but not Greg Greens. I’ll be ordering that book after I receive and finish “True Living Organics” by The Rev (should be here tomorrow). This week I have a new question for my GD friends…. CO2? I have not been using CO2 but EVERY book I read recommends using it, I’m not prepared to go out and buy a CO2 tank, regulator, etc… at this time. Has anyone ever used one of those CO2 bags? Or do you have any DIY CO2 solutions you can recommend? I’m looking forward to your answers on CO2. First time trying a main-line. I left four growth points so I wouldn't have to top again. Makes sense to me, but I'm not sure if that's proper or not. Looks great today, though.

I am honoured to be growing this strain, because my first attempt was gorilla glue but I lost it when I moved back to jozi from Limpopo… but here I am getting another stab at it, though it’s not GG#4, strains that contain the gorilla gene seem to be high THC strain, I am expecting couch potatoe high.
