This week went really great! Plants are looking super healthy today at day 22 from seed!! Today they got a dose of just pure water phd at 6.5 ! Temperature an humidity has been staying pretty stable everyday, staying around 70-75 degrees and 58-61 % humidity!! Can’t wait to see what these girls do this week ! Ph 6,8 and 1 liter a day, sometimes 0,8l then 1,2l depending on the weight of the soil. Yesterday I gave them each 1,4l with enhancer. Every 2 days I give 2 gr Great White on 3liter as the Purple Punch is in his last 2 weeks. I got some Green House Booster that I wa't to try on the Amnesia Skunk, what do you think? Flowering has really taken off. Kolas are thickening up and smelling amazing... The plants are still a little short. I think I may have stunted them in veg, possibly by giving them some bloom nutrients too early. Was a recommendation from "Mr. Canuck's Grow" (not sure that it was a good one).... Brewing a fungal-dominated compost tea for flower rn, going to administer tomorrow and show the results next week... also trellis didn't make much difference with the uneven canopy, maybe I installed it too late 🤷‍♂️

Day 1 (day I got plant) -Placed clone in cup of soil with bottom cut off in larger pot for easy future transplanting. This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. A lil nite burn shown on both of the ladies but they will be getting no more nutes they are in there final 2 weeks in my opinion and so they should be showing me amber tricombs anytime now.

Curing time. Doing it in jars. I feel like only half the product is full and thick and other half loose and stringy buds. I had many issues getting it right for my first time which I believe led to this. One is watering which I didn’t fully grasp until too late, other is over doing nutes, then I had temp issues. Learning a lot and really happy that I was able to harvest anything.

Today I top dressed everyone with a full strength feed of nature’s pride bloom, compost, added bacteria, kelzyme calcium and a handful of promix. This will be the last feeding for both the blackberry breaths. It looks like everyone else is going to go 9-10 weeks so they will get 1 more feeding. Either way I’m going to harvest everything at once so the bbb’s are going to get extra ripe. The frost on the one pheno is insane. Smells are amazing so far too. Will report smell after drying. I just grabbed a full organic nutrient line for use in my next run. I got more of the nature’s pride veg and bloom dry amendments, boogie brew tea, kelzyme xx calcium, EM1 microbes and method 1pps spray. I will also be using Alaska fish emulsion (5-1-1) worm castings, WOW mycorrhizae and a pre inoculated 50/50 coco promix blend. Seeds came in!!! They hooked it up fat too. I got the 12 dolato seeds I ordered plus Slurricane F1 x6 and puro loco x6. The puro locos are going to be used for outdoor and I might do a little pheno hunt of the slurricane this year. The F1 is supposed to be better or more likely to show genes from both parents. Can’t wait! So today I forgot to water and it really looks like it shocked them... they all drooped like crazy and yellowed out more. I got them all watered and raised the light to ease some of the stress. Worst time possible to forget a watering!!! Won’t let it happen again. I was reading that PPFD levels over 1000 require added co2 and my light is well above 1000 at 8”. That could also be another reason my plants yellowed out so quickly. Next round I’m going to up the nutes and get one of those bottles of co2 and see if they make a difference. I would have to keep my filter on a timer so it wouldn’t deplete so fast. Or just use it for the parts of my grow that doesn’t need a filter. I didn’t even need the filter until week 3-4 of flower. I cleaned the sock on my carbon filter and now it’s just sucking the life out of my tent. The humidity went from being too high to being too low. Going to lower the speed until the humidity is proper. This tent isn’t that old and that filter sock was disgusting. Going to try stablizing my RO water with a bit of snow in the winter and rain in the summer

Day 49-56 (June 18th - 25th) (Day 51) Slurricanes and tuna are doing excellent despite their hail damaged leaves. I’m seeing good growth and decent dry downs. One of them looks like it’s been ravaged by pests but I still can’t find any evidence or signs of a pest. I’m suspecting caterpillars so I’m going to grab some BTK killer and also some all purpose insecticide sometime this week if I have time. The clones are all really lagging so they won’t be flipped until July 15th at least. I’m still not seeing normal growth on any of them yet. It’s still quite gnarled and twisted. (Day 52) The slurricane and tuna roots are starting to poke through the bottom of my pots. This is usually from underwatering, a thick soil or a hot root zone. I’m going to give everything except for the autos a good watering with some runoff. I am going to start incorporating 5mm sand into all of my soil mixes to help make the soil more loamy and give it some better drainage. I will also top dress every container and bed plant I have. (Day 53) I was at a local department store today and I was shocked to see pallets of Destiny dark matter soil selling for 60% off! I bought 10 bags for a hundred bucks. At any hydro store that would have costed me 250 at least. I might go grab more because it looks like no one is buying it for 60% off even. (Day 54) I’m going to be harvesting both of my indoor crops today and tomorrow or the next day I am going to be reusing the soil-coco blend for the slurricanes. I’m first going to till it, add a gallon of sea compost, a gallon of Destiny soil and a few cups of 5mm sand per container. I will use the excess for 5 gal pots. I will be amending with: 5 tablespoons of nature’s pride bloom 4 tablespoons of kelp meal 2 tablespoons of Gaia green AP 2 tablespoons of glacial rock dust 2 tablespoons of oyster shell flour 2 tablespoons of alfalfa meal 1 tablespoon of rock dust blend 1/4 teaspoon of langbeinite (Day 56) The autos are really making a comeback now. I was under the impression that I was working against the clock and they would start flowering after 3-5 weeks. I guess if they’re stunted from the cold they will delay flowering. I don’t see any pistils or signs of flowering yet so I don’t think they’ve officially started flowering yet I didn’t get a chance to do my transplant this week or pest control. I will get to it ASAP because my photos are drinking almost a liter a day

The plants are large enough for low stress training I also decided to add advanced nutrients three-component fertilizer ph perfect As you can see in the main photo, the lower branches are small and underdeveloped due to the lack of light in the greenhouse I therefore decided to bend the plant more than is healthy in order to achieve greater development from the lower branches I noticed that some plants are small and undeveloped, and I saw holes and moles It was clear that something was eating the roots of the plant from below While working on low stress training, a mole ran out of the hole and started burrowing to another plant I really like animals, but I had to quickly decide what to do with the mole I pinned him to the ground with my foot and stuck a stick behind his head :( that I have as a support for low stress training I'm very sorry for the mole, I've never killed such a big animal... May mother earth forgive me... The next day I saw a vole crawling into a hole near a plant, so I decided to buy a mouse trap I put a carrot in the trap and the hunt was successful I am the alpha predator in my garden... At the same time, while digging holes, I saved about 20 caterpillars that fell down and could not climb out It turned out that caterpillars are a very rare butterfly that almost never occurs I really like butterflies, when I take a picture of them on my plants I attach a photo from last season

I mean, overall this was an extremely painless grow. The test of whether we should or shouldn't top autos is still TBD imo. Our topped candidate produced denser, frostier buds, but weighed slightly less, at 14 grams of bud total. And our lst plant produced 18 grams of bud, not as frosty, and almost as dense as our topped girl. I'll be topping autoflowers from here on out only under the circumstance I have 4+ to grow at the same time. Seems like it could be used to speed up the autoflower grow cycle if done properly, like with right. Since I'm doing a perpetual cycle, it's still a viable option for me in the long run. A few tips I have for anyone growing this strain in organics: Start feeding bloom nutes a little bit prior to flower transition - this makes the transition more seemless. From weeks 1-3 flower, I slowly dropped the grow dosage until I cut off grow nutes week 3 flower. Starting the flush around week 6 flower seemed to really bring out this plant's potential. But I think you could get away with starting the flush around week 5. I hope this helps anyone trying this strain out. It's a good one, I hope to see more journals of it, eventually. Cheers everyone! I added a dehumidifier towards the end of this week to reduce the RH, but the thing i didn't realise was there were some red and yellow led's on the dehumidifier, one displaying RH and another for the power. I didn't cover up either through the dark periods and i just hope this past few days with them on doesn't affect my final yield 😣 Looking at the trichomes am i correct to start flushing now? let me know what y'all think!!
