Week 8 of flowering was rough did not look in the tent for 2 days as my perimeter were all good and I watered every plant so I thought but did not water the gg4 as she felt heavy (her pot) and as I opened the tent on the second day i was shocked and very upset as she looked dead with the ph problems I already had a lot of her leaves were already damaged. Lost a lot of leaves and could probably pull off every fan leaf as all of them have damage now but were in the final week now so she should make it. The bud is not so frosty, nice size buds but with all my mess ups there was no time to create triclones. That my theory as I have gg4 clones at 4 weeks that are twice as frosty fingers crossed last week goes Smooth. Well hope it's last week blimburn seeds says 9-10 weeks so ill go 10. I'll try my jewlers loop but it's only 40× and does not work well if it don't look ready it will go to week 11

Day 72 - 07/01/20 This one was the only survivor of my 4 x RQS diary. my blueberry auto, jack herer auto and GG auto didnt sprout but the diesel did and here is her harvest! I added some nice photos of the plant and the yield was 325g wet weight. Should be over an ounce once its dried. Update - Dry weight was 30g although much of the bud is small :) Ive been curing for a few days and its insane how the flavour and burn changes throughout curing :) Update - Day 78 - 13/01/20 The sweet diesel smell and taste is coming through. buds are becoming more and more enjoyable to smoke as days go by. :) il post a few pictures later tonight! Added the photos of some buds and a video so you can all have an opinion on how my buds turned out visually. let me know in the comments :) Il do a few more curing updates to let you know how the second week of curing goes! Day 86 - 21/01/20 I finally finished the NYCD after about 2 weeks of curing. It smokes fairly well and is definitely the best thing ive grown so far :) Buds developed quality and a sweet earthy diesel flavour/aroma over the 2 weeks of curing. one major improvement i would make is to source high quality soil as i really struggled to flush this properly. even still without lab quality conditions ive never felt so depression free since ive been taking this medicine regularly. to finish up i will say that I liked the NYCD diesel taste but i still preferred sour diesel. The plant grew to a reasonable height around 60cm and produced an ounce of average bud. and I might not have won any GD competitions, but im still a winner! :'D Lucky for us I just started an Sour Diesel Auto from fastbuds so you can check that out to see what i thought of it compared to this one :)

No problems while drying. Really strong smell while drying you should use a filter-system for that.

SONG OF THE WEEK: Joyner Lucas - I'm not racist 👈 play it twice 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ------- Day 72 - The ladies are packing nice nugs , the supercropped one is looking like she still wanna produce new flowers and new pistills 😁, the nugs are hard , really hard and smelling a sweet mango/exotic flavor but it's stealth as you have to be close to smell it. The "christmas three" one is more sensitive to high RH and a bit of mold were removed out of 3 spots so it's fair to say that she's not really strong in front of the others but the buds are hard rocks and smelling really good like mango & sweet all around the garden 😍. The last one got the nicest bud structure , likes tons of little calyxs stuck together but she's also the one with less smell. ------ Day 73 - 21.09 - 27 days left before the harvest so today will be their last feeding with Greenhouse Hybrids powder to have enough nutrients for the last days before tap water on day 76/77 then a full flush on day 80 until day 100. The Ec were 1.45 before my PK boost and 1.62 after with 6.4 PH for that last feeding 🌺🌹 ------ Day 77 - Last day of the week , they start to yellowing a bit , the next flush will hopfully increase the yellowing process to get naturally rid of the chlorophyll. Good week no nutrients still but had to cut a branch down to lowest nodes on shogun, it responded well and I don’t think I will lose much on her just a little weird shape, next week will be using home made compost and marine cuisine to boost veg while I can, they small greattt!

6/10 Everything looks great. We’re on autopilot now unless anything else pops up. 6/13 Last few days have seen heavy stretch. I suppose I vegged a week too long by looking at how it is now. I’ll gain a few more inches of light height tomorrow when my new exhaust system arrives (I accidentally broke the screen on the current one, thankfully it’s still functional for now). I ended up doing more general defoliation over the past 3 days due to the stretch but will hopefully be done shortly. 6/14 I installed the new 6 inch exhaust setup from AC Infinity to replace the 4 inch Spider farmer exhaust. Absolutely massive upgrade, and by installing the fan outside of the tent I was able to raise the light an additional 4 inches or so. This may end up being important as she’s still stretching and I’m almost out of usable height. New light reading is 590 PAR / 25.5 DLI

These ladies came in a rush, such a rush that they stretched out without leaving the seed. I only got a picture of two but about four of them were like that. As soon as they shedded the seed the leaves came in nicely, only one got a bit damaged from being stuck in the seed. I placed the seed in a 500ml cup with BioBizz Light Mix soil, beforehand I mixed 1 gram of Synergy per 4 liters of soil. These are live microbes called Mycorrhiza which live in symbiotic association with the roots. My idea is to leave them in this container for about 14-21 days until the roots develop correctly then transplant them to their final pot which will be an 11L fabric pot. As the light mix soil comes blended for at least two week of life, no nutrients will be added until after the transplant. All out good first week only problem was I had to adjust the light a bit to keep them from stretching, but at the end of the week ladies were spreading their leaves so they comfy now.

NOTES: This will be the last week of flowering. Just a couple more days of flushing with the Final Solution and I'll harvest all of them before the end of the week. Then I'll hang them to dry in the same growing tent and start the drying and defoliating process. Overall everything looks pretty good and no bigger problems have occurred. Day113 (6.2.) Today is 64th day of flowering and 13th day of flushing. Day114 (7.2.) After my lights turn off today at around midnight, I'll take the timer and lights off completely and leave the plants in total dark for a day or so before cutting them off. Day115 (8.2.) Day116 (9.2.) Finally! Cutting the plants down this afternoon and hanging them to dry. So, the overall grow time from seed to harvest was 116days with 67days of flowering, with total darkness for the last 36hours before harvest.

Starting to really take off in length since her 2nd feeding. I've been so far alternating between plain ph'd water and feeding every 3-4 days, moving on to week 5 feeding schedule in the coming days. This girl definitely smells a bit more than my first grow (great white auto) and I like that 😍 I'm wondering when I should start to defoliate a bit....

We have 3 harvest under it now and each grow has resulted in some of the fattest buds we've ever grown, a great light makes all the difference,..These buds dried for about 6 days in the grow room, it was a little warm but didn't seem to hurt their smell...
