Last week before harvest

End of Week 15 (8th week of flower) I have stopped the CO2 supplementation for this week and onwards as the plants naturally slow down photosynthesis and it is not needed during the last 2 weeks of flower. Also raised the lights by 5cm to make sure the trichomes don't get damaged and also dropped the RH and temperatures even more than last week, and surely the colours are becoming more and more vibrant as the ladies are fading into their autumn shades. Feeding just water since middle last week, all I'm doing is giving the ladies PH correct water until harvest to naturally deplete the soil from nutrients and flush out the soil slowly this will help bring out even more colours as the ladies use up the remaining nutrients stored in their leaves as they reach the end of their life cycle. just about done with the 2nd week of flower and I couldn't be any happier. its later in the grow than planned but I need to get this girl into a 7 gallon pot ASAP SUCCESS NUTRIENTS is amazing so far.

Still not given any food at 35 days since popping. She's growing well and I've put her in a 4ltr pot. I've pinched the top out to slow down the vertical growth.

31/07/23 Everything seems to be going really well even though I haven't added nutriments. I'm planning to use LST on plants 2, 3, and 4 this week, hoping not to mess anything up. I'll have to buy a dehumidifier too because it's very humid at my place right now, and I can't get the humidity level below 65% 01/08/23 I started the LST but only on 2 and 3, and I have no idea if I did it well, but I'm quite happy with the result. 02/08/2023 I have cut some leaves, especially on numbers 2 and 3, so that the little heads are no longer in the shade but directly in the light and I haven't touched number 1, I don't plan to touch it until the end.

About day 38 i am just realizing that i am stupid and been feeding the biogrow for cocoa coir 🤦‍♂️ way iver nuting with soil it says never to go over 1ml/L So i will be flushing for at least 1 or two waterings. Looking for the tip burn to stop spreading and the tips to not look like there clawing

Both phenos are healthy, lush, and stretching beautifully, clearly ready for the show ahead. ⸻ 📸 Photo Studio Glam We took them out for another studio shoot, bright lights, clean background, and every angle showing off their deep greens and perfect branching. Soon, their beauty will be dressed in flowers, but for now, the leaf structure alone is worthy of the spotlight. ⸻ 🌡️ Current Conditions • Room Temp: 31°C • Humidity: 50.3% • VPD: 2.23 kPa • PPFD: 766 µmol/m²/s • Soil EC: ~2.0 • Soil Temp: 25.6°C Yes, the temperature is running hot — AC unit is on the way to lock it back into our ideal zone. ⸻ 💬 Heat in the Grow Room – Risks & Benefits Potential Risks: • Faster substrate drying = more frequent irrigation needed • Higher transpiration rates can stress plants if roots can’t keep up • Slightly increased risk of light stress at high PPFD without proper cooling • Possible reduced terpene retention if sustained into late flower Possible Benefits (short term in veg/pre-flower): • Accelerated metabolism — plants grow and stretch faster • Increased water/nutrient uptake (if well-fed and watered on time) • Can improve CO₂ usage efficiency if levels are high enough Bottom line: As long as they’re hydrated, fed, and ventilated, short bursts of high temp are manageable. I think about the fact that it is no longer necessary to cut leaves. I cut it a lot, but I notice that many people cut a bunch of leaves at one time, although somewhere I read no more than 10% at a time. When I gave fertilizers, I always diluted them with water even more to reduce ppm Day 68: I added cal-mag to the diet because the leaves are really turning yellow from the bottom. 0.5 ml Day 70: I added 1 ml cal-mag

Wow does she smell like exotic island fruit! She exudes ripe mango with dank earthy undertones. I feel like Im on a luxury island resort. Just straight paradise. I could stick my nose in her jar for days. I would rank this close to fastbuds blackberry kush in irresistible smell but she is still untouchable. She smokes just like she smells in the vape. Strong exotic juicy fruit with flowery undertones. The smoke doesnt even smell like weed out of a bong/bowl. I walked back into my room after a smoke sesh and it smelled of silky flowery perfume still hazed in the air. The bowl/bong really exemplify her flowery taste qualities too. Strong energetic high but at the same time I wouldnt mind lying down and hugging a pillow in pure comfort. Thankfully I bought 3 of these seeds.

So maybe a little early but i had multi reasons.. shes dank! smell is amazeballs! and quality is up there doing an auto cure (bucket + timer air pump) the smell is very creamy.. cant wait to press some!

I grew two plants of the FFT1 testers. I started them indoors in the spring during COVID19 lock down. The germination date was the week of March 25, 2020. I didn't start the grow diary at that time because I was having a really hard time coping with the COVID19 non-sense and I wasn't sure I was completely committed to properly documenting the grow. In the end, I think this grow helped me cope... ha! So I topped one FFT1 plant, and let the other grow 'native' with no interventions at all. Both were grown totally organically with no added nutrients. We moved the plants outside on May 1, 2020 into our home made greenhouse/trellis. I took a few photos but I was still not committed to documenting the grow. I wasn't even sure if the plants would grow well considering I hadn't provided them with any nutrients at all. In fact I felt like I was neglectful of the ladies LOL. It became clear to me by June that these plants were gonna take off... they were growing like mad! I realized that I really HAD to share what was going on in my back yard. Also, I had made the commitment to FastBuds, and I was sure they would want to see the plants. I started this journal as soon as they started the first signs of flowering. By the time the stretch was done Big Mama (my first FFT1 plant) was an insane monster at 10 feet fall. Little Sister (the second FFT1 plant) was a solid 7 feet tall. Big Mama had been topped and mainlined and holy cow she was HUGE with eight main colas. Little Sister had not been topped and she was less than half the size. The buds were beautiful as you can see from the photos. They weren't super fat, and they weren't super frosty, but they were like piles of spaghetti noodles with beautiful streaks of amber. There were bud sites ALL OVER. Near the end of the grow, as the buds were 99% ripe I started to see small spots of bud rot in Big Mama. That's when I pulled the trigger and started the harvest. COVID19 put a real damper on our harvest party, but we were able to call in a few friends from our 'bubble.' Big Mama's wet yield was around 2600g and Little Sister offered 1300g. I was totally astonished. I have to LOL any time I look at the numbers LOL. We trimmed all of Big Mama by hand, but lost our steam for Little Sister. Her trim was rough, and we will have to use our Trimbag to clear off some of the foilage... I adjusted my dry weight numbers to accommodate for this. We dried them in the mesh tiered dry racks for the first few days and then moved them into large paper bags. They are not quite as dry as I think they should be, and so I have adjusted my dry weight numbers to reflect this. Total dry weight for both plants is coming in at 2000g total which is around 4.5 pounds. We put a bunch in the vapes and had a whole lot of fun! The vibe is a solid hybrid offering lots of energy for chit chatting and talking shit. But it's not a racy energy... it's somehow relaxing at the same time. We watched Alone on Netflix and made out... while eating ice cream and chips LOL. I was properly stoned. Stoned as fuck. My eyes were completely red and Njaak was a squinting grinning mofo. He's saying it's his new favourite, and that's before it's cured. This bodes well! So we have put the weed back in paper bags for the cure and are excited about this one. The flavour... we are going with sweet with a bit of citrus, but I think we need a bit more time to let it cure before we could offer reliable data. I'll update more on that later.
