3-4 weeks to go and things are looking great in tent 1 where I have 2 Peyote Gorilla girls in an Earthbox. The stretching is complete, and the girls are finishing. This tent was a breeze. No issues with growth and a lot of nutrition the plant can use to finish. Colas are stacking and beefing up... trichomes are very evident and I believe this plant is very happy. I water the humis layer with 1/4 gallon of rainwater to keep moist. However tent 2 is a different story. I noted that the plant was undergoing severe chlorosis. I believe this is due to my re-use of this earthbox jr, has created such a strong root structure from this and previous grows, that the plant cannot uptake nutrients as required. There is plenty of nutrition in the box and I added a small amount (1/4 cup) of Craft Blend mixed with Naranja that I milled and some gnarly barley, a malted seed meal that was germinated and then stopped to trap the seed hormones and prepares the starches to be converted into fermentable sugars. So I know there is great nutrition to the plant available but something else is preventing uptake. I don't use bottled nutrients so I must wait for the food to breakdown and become plant available. At this point of maturity I want to be careful with Nitrogen... I have seen such weird affects that may cause lockout, and foxtailing and new bud growth as the plant is finishing. I will watch carefully as the plant senesces, as bud development is far ahead of development in size compared to tent 1.

Kicking off week 5. Did some extra work on the LST. Making sure the light penetrates all bud sites. I now understand that my initial goals are too far from what I actually will harvest..mainly due the PH issue we faced on week 4. Let's see how it goes.

Day 99 Day 49 Flower 09/08/24 Friday (Morning) FLUSH- de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with flawless finish. She's taken a full 5L with 1L run off, I shall continue to do this daily or every 1.5 days when top soil dries out. Starting her flush this week, seeing those trichomes maturing, and pistils now forming 50-60% red. Flush for 10-14 days depending on trichomes. Day 100 Day 50 Flower 10/08/24 Saturday (Evening) FLUSH- de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with flawless finish. Another 5L and seeing about 10-15% run off. Not quite the 1L. Day 101 Day 51 11/08/24 Sunday (morning) FLUSH- de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with flawless finish. 5L run off 10% Majority of pistils now maturing, trichomes flooded with cloudy , barely seen clear anymore, spotting a few amber's. Day 102 Day 52 Flower 12/08/24 Monday (Morning) FLUSH- de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with flawless finish. 5L again with run off 10% Day 103 Day 53 Flower 13/08/24 Tuesday (Evening) FLUSH- de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today again with flawless finish. Full 5L again with 10% run off. All fans starting to fade now, tops all bending under the weight 🤩 Euphoric sweet lemon zest smell with a gassy slap. Video and pictures ✌️💚 Day 105 Day 55 Flower 15/08/24 Thursday (end of week) Final FLUSH- de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with flawless finish. Full 5L again little run. Finally!!! The FLUSH has finished!! She has developed beautifully 😍 All buds are solid as rocks. She is now entering her 2 day dark period from 10am today till 10am Saturday morning ✌️💚

Week 9

Update 20 Jan 2021 - Well starting the cure a bit earlier than I’d like cause I’m having issues getting the humidity up so she dried up quick. Working on rehydrating her a bit and have her in mason jars now. Ended of with 88 grams of rock solid buds. Still want it to rehydrate and cure a bit before trying her out. What can I say, a very simple and easy grow. Had absolutely no issues during the grow and ended up with 380 grams of SOLID wet bud. Even some of the lower buds that didn’t get much light are pretty rock solid. Going by the smell and solidness of the buds, I got a feeling this is gonna be a too 2 strain, if not number 1. Looking forward to growing this one again and as soon as I harvest another plant, I’ll probably start another one of these.

Día de cosecha y la verdad estoy muy contento con lo que veo, son hermosas estas flores y su fragancia exquisita. La planta tuvo una deficiencia de Cal/Mag, la que se corrigió a tiempo pero de igual manera afectó en su crecimiento y rendimiento, más allá de eso estoy feliz por las flores de calidad que tendré para degustar más adelante.

The Cookies ladies have been growing along side the Betty’s, doing their thing ❤️ The 2x4 is coming along, not quite as big and plump as my big tent, but producing some nice nugs nonetheless. The frost is starting! These girls were not as early producers, but seem to be responding well to the wind and light stress! The second trellis was definitely needed, even though they are not quite as tall as their grow mates. They have been keeping to the same schedule of needing to be watered every 72 hours. I will be switching from cal/Mag to Mag/Sulphur supplements later this week. I ❤️ how readily available these Advanced Nutrients are. 😎 The nutrient burn on some of the tips has not spread or gotten worse. The feed range seems to be the 700-750 range. Still keeping to the feed, water, feed schedule, with the 2nd feed being a much lighter dose of nutrients. I’ve increased the light intensity of the SF 4000 to 90% and will probably be stopping there. The temps have been getting as high as 81 degrees, and low as 73 at night. I’ve decreased the humidity to fluctuate around 50% , giving a reasonable VPD for most of the time, thanks to the automation of the in-line exhaust fan. Still have 4-5 weeks for these babies, I’m hoping they continue to plump up, they are showing some great promise. Happy Gardening 🤗❤️👊🇨🇦

Week 4 of Flower coming to an end. Budding up real nice and beginning to develop a strong and potent odor! Always happy to open the tent to look at her, being greeted by that developing STENCH 😋😍 Watering stays every 3 Days 6L ~6PH, with 5ml/L Terra Bloom and 1ml/L Green Sensation. Added another dose of mycorhizzae last time i watered, just sprinkled some generously onto the soil before watering. 👽 Cant wait to see what she has got in store for me over her last couple of weeks of flowering! Shes shaping up to become a real beautiful stunner 😌

26/09 Today, at the beginning of the second week of color, I nevertheless decided to remove a few unnecessary and interfering stakes. I also removed small shoots and some leaves that greatly interfered with the penetration of light to the shoots. I connected the problem with an overabundance of N with the fact that I have both AD components mixed. It turns out the formula 4 3 8, I think to remove a little Grow 1-0-4 component and then you will get an excellent compote for these bushes, I will also change the irrigation scheme, I will give 400 ml per day, instead of 800 in two days with formula 3-3-4 Even today I mixed a new compote with formula 3 3 4 , and added AD Grow just 1ml/1L and decided to add a little 5ml less AD Micro and AD Bloom . The White Widows are growing bigger and fading out more and more every day! I’m getting anxious for chop because they smell so good! I’m just a bit worried about how faded some leaves are getting, I’m doing my best at removing them because I absolutely do not want to encourage bud rot or WPM! My cousin and I built the worlds SMALLEST Vortex Air Lift Brewer for my nutrients and compost teas. This unit is only 3.5 gallons which is perfect for my setup, as I never need more than a gallon or two for each grow box containing up to four plants. We designed and built this thing in a single day, the only thing that took time was waiting on all of the parts to finish it. Unfortunately the pump needs to be stronger so she’s only running off of one pipe, but on Wednesday a pump twice the size will be coming in to save the day! Things are about to get real good for these upcoming grows 😎😈
