Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Another week in flower, except for the height there isn't much progress with her. True sativa plant, thin leaves, big internodals spacing and she won't stop stretching.. 😪 I'm sure that if she keeps that up, she'll be towering over the other ladies. i'll have to raise the lights and raise my other ladies so that they're not too far from the lights. I've already moved her to the back where the tallest girls are, that way i want incline the lights a bit for better light distribution. Pictures taken on day 20, I did a light defoliation on the bottom, taking out all that growth that won't receive enough light penetration. Watering every other day like always.. My biggest mistake of this grow was using peat pots (pictured above) for the seedlings. They are advertised as though they are to be put right in the ground. Unfortunately, they don't decompose fast enough. This bound the roots and made for a very stunted grow. I finally tore them off and put the plants directly in the soil and things have improved dramatically. I used them last spring for my vegetable garden and had horrible results. I assumed it was a soil problem. Now, I know the pots were the issue. The big news this week is the soil. Two of my plants are in the Coast of Maine Stonington Blend. The third plant is in Fox Farm Ocean Forest. The two in the Coast of Maine Stonington Blend look so much better than the Fox Farm Ocean Forest Plant.

Would have expected her to finish at the end of last/start of this week. It seems to me that she might have a week more to go or she finishes in this week. Time Will tell I guess.

I sprouted 2 feminized Chocolate Mint OG seeds from HSO 😁💪🌱 these were taken from a pack of 10,the remainder I will sprout after flowering these 2 so I can learn their growth patterns (morphology) first. I'm starting them in a Jiffy Tomato pod.(really like these for watering.u can really see how much water u are giving them.) On a heat mat at 74° for the 1st 7 days. They are under 2x Viparspectra 600w LEDs in a 2x4 tent. At day 7 I transplanted #1 into a 1gal plastic round pot. And the 2nd plant will be going into a 7"x7"x9" They are both in Happy Frog Soil medium by Fox Farms. The plan is 6 weeks veg then flower time!

Scratch what I said at the end of last week pests are still around just had some bug fly at me and bite/sting me on the neck now a got a welt on my neck smh, not sure what the heck it was it was some sort of black bug maybe a thrip but I honestly have no idea, did another neem oil drench on the medium only and tomorrow I'm going to use a hydrogen peroxide mixture again that way I can also use it on the tops and undersides of the leaves as well. Some of the roots started to become exposed on the top soil so I added more an inch or two coco to cover the exposed roots. Another successful week I guess the plants aren't dead so onto week 9, Week 4 of flower

Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌. The smell is very prevalent of citrus/lemon scents with sweet floral undertones. Hi there!😎 This is last veg week. My little girl is small and bushy with at least 4 promising side branches beyond the top one. Other branches still in development. She reacted very well to last week feed and now the leaves have much better color. Expecting some stretch and the first signs of flowers for the next days. Many signs of flower but calling this week veg. This has been such a simple grow. Very light food and water intake. Keeps the res nice and stable. I just raise the lights a couple inches every few days. For topping, alternate between 100% solution and plain water too keep my PPMs up.

24.02.24 - 1.03.24 Red hot cookies performing stunnigly as always. This is a true beauty and a wonderful plant. Very healthy and sturdy. Yesterday I already noticed some distinct candy mandarine aroma with some chocolate cookies mixed in. Lets hownshe develop those lovely colours ans smell. One of the older plants is already fed 7 times a day. Thats a record for me. In around 9l of coco.
