At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. The first days of this week I added some monster bud mix (watch video) and trained the plant. She is growing fast and she looks good 👍 No defoliation, No Ph-down (or -up), only water and monster bud mix in a light mix soil 💪 We can see the first pistils in the nodes.

Flowering day 11 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The first days of this week it looked really terrible for me because it was much too cold because of the unusual temperature. The heating mat has now also arrived for the big tent and lo and behold the plants have been developing really well since that day ☺️👍. The temperature doesn't keep quite as well as in the small box, but at least I don't get below 18 degrees in the pots at night anymore, even though it's only 16 at the top 😅👍. Since I switched to flowering, it was time to rinse off a bit with Clean Fruits :-) . Did them a lot of good. Day 69: Plants are growing fine, and looks healthy, only problem is the weight. Some of the stems are needing a little support, and I just moved the pots closer to the tents sides, to give some support

Only a few times here just to water them so nothing Spezial

The holiday season got away from me a bit and prevented me from getting an update in on Monday but the plants are _really_ taking off. There are now visible bud sites and plenty of them. *Full Disclosure*: I've significantly upgraded my light in my flower tent from a Spider Farmer SF-2000 to a Spider Farmer SF-4000 and, as such, I'll likely see my yield take off quite a bit this grow. It's certainly having an impact on the heat in the tent and, subsequently, the amount of time the in-line fan is running; that being said, the plants appear to be responding quite well! The last two grows I've run have fallen off hard (complete and total yellowing/chlorosis and drying out regardless of consistent watering/light/nutes/pH) around week five of flower and, with that in mind, I'm trying to keep this grow as simple as possible. I'm purposely using no advanced grow techniques where I'd usually top, LST, and HST. The only "advanced" technique I'm using is a bit of defoliation but this is mainly just to avoid some of the dense bottom growth that tends to decrease air flow, increase humidity, and take away from more rewarding top-growth. This week, along with replenishing nutrients, I've fully emptied out and cleaned my reservoir. While doing so, I noticed a fair amount of red-ish algae growth which I'll likely address with more consistent cleaning of the reservoir and some sort of additive (I'd welcome any suggestions and dosage if you've got any suggestions). All in all, great progress.

This girl is eager to grow so much so I was able to top her. As she is an autoflower topping is not always the best for the plant, but as I've sniped her nice and early only time will tell. Weather wise it has been a decent week with constant high twenties. Not bad for an English summer. Lol. 😜🤣☔️

- 2.5mL water this week. Decided to add 1/4 veg nutes. Thinking if going 1/2 dose next watering. - Scratch LST, will see how she naturally grows out. Will still defoliate - Gives off a slight smell at times - Growing and green 🌱

Apricot is a leggy little thing , doubled in size the last week . Transplanted her into her forever home and tied her down this week and fully expect her to double in size width and height the coming week , traditionally these autos love getting spread right out . Starting to take shape in the tent now .

Really loved this. Nothing more to say for now lol, it's been my first grow and grew her with 2 wild dwarfs and loved both, would grow them again. Really excited to try it out.

Plan to use both as mother plants for next grow. April 3rd Captains log...tired of Covid 19! :) Watered plants from top for last time on phlizon side...turned on second reservoir. If all goes according to plan will be last time I water from top and plants will drink from reservoir for rest of grow. Will top plants next week once they drI nk about half of reservoir. Seeds have tails and been moved to soil and will be mothers for next grow

4.14.25 2nd week of veg! Started tie down method on 4.7.25 going good. Nice healthy growth! Going to start wrapping plant around perimeter of pot.
