Day 26 of flower, plants are looking beautiful, no signs of stress

November 2nd marks another week with "Verlena" and "Carolyn". Verlena has transitioned into flower, yet Carolyn remains in veg. I should be placing them both in their 3 gallon homes this week. November 3, 2021, Wednesday. Nothing new to report. November 4, 2021, Thursday. All is well no issues to report. November 5, 2021, Friday. I watered the girls with MG Organics 11-3-8 and they respond quickly and positively. November 6, 2021, Saturday. Watered again with MG Organics. November 7, 2021, Sunday. Day of rest.

It was overall a very very fast grow, definitely in the room im growing in now. I had 2 different lights on her and she still decided to be done within 10 weeks!

Plants are growing nicely, I think I overwatered a bit on day 20 and on day 21 they were a bit down, but at the end of the day they were looking much better though,I just introduce some nutrients on day 20( 1ml/l top auto) and calmag like always,the ph of the water was around 6,4.LIGHTS are at 50% power right now

End of the second week of the stretch and pretty much as expected. One male has gone off early spilling pollen everywhere. The females Id say are a little behind this one but no real worries - we got another 2 males in there ready and waiting to burst at the right time👍. We’ve now pared down the whole tent for pollination and taken cuttings of each fem. Plant for a separate run. Best part there is that we have 3 identified phenos of both indica and sativa dominant traits so we’re gonna get a really even look at what the genetic has to offer, while at the same time being able to isolate desirable traits in the resulting F2 seed. Pretty sick outcome to date 🔥. We moved over to GHE nutes this week to save the Druid nutes for the fem run in the recirc system. Stronger brand for sure, but similar in value and ease. All told, everything is proceeding far better than expected. The rest is just praying that we found a kickass combination in the polyhybrid mix🤞. Till next week yall👊. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. 11.8 - D50/F2 - Things with these two are swell. The massive leaf duo are on 12/12 now and separated into different tents on 11.8. I kept the smaller of the two in the 5x4 with ten other 5 gallon plants. Hoping this doesn’t lead to too much crowding, but have started to set 14” support rings to help with training. The larger one is in the 3x3 with four 3 gallon plants, including two autos that should finish well before the 9lb becomes unmanageable I mulched with Organic Maine Enriched Mulch so hopefully lose less water to evaporation, then dosed with a new product by NLS as an amendment to boost flowering. The ingredient list on this pack is amaze and you can’t even begin to imagine how it smells haha. As I’ve said before, their products “stank so good”. 11.10 - D52/F4 - All defoliated and stretching!

Day one of week 4. Nutes (BioBizz Grow) 50% of recommended dose have gone in today, I will increase the dose to 1ml for the next watering in 2/3 days. Will introduce BioBizz Bloom next week if no Nutes burn this week. Will do some more LST training tomorrow after another full 18 hrs of sun.. UPDATE - 13th September: Day 2 of week 4, gave the girls a very little trim and some more LST today.. New growth coming through nicely.. UPDATE - 14th September: Day 3 of week 4, Nutes (BioBizz Grow) went in today at 1ml per litre. A little more LST and I finally topped the girls 😍.. UPDATE: 16th September: Day 5 of week 4, 3rd lot of BioBizz Grow Nutes at 1ml/l per plant. Pleased with my four ladies progress so far! Peace ✌️🏼 🍃

It's time for another thrilling update on my cannabis journey: 🌸 Aromatic Delight: As we reach the end of week 8, the aroma in my grow space is absolutely enchanting. The scents have intensified and become truly captivating. 🌬️👃 🌈 Vibrant Colors: The plants are flaunting their vibrant hues as the flowers continue to mature. The leaves exhibit beautiful purple hues, and The Queen plant is adorned with striking orange and red hairs. It's an absolute spectacle! 🌺🎨 💧 pH and TDS Levels: Throughout the entire flowering stage, I've maintained a steady pH level of 6.33. That's fantastic news! In terms of TDS levels, they currently stand at 750ppm and 1150ppm, providing the much-needed nutrients for your beloved plants. ⚖️🌱 ⏳ Progress Update: The Queen has proven to be a fast finisher, reaching the impressive milestone of 49/56 days. She's now completely ready to be harvested. It's time to celebrate! 🔥 🍪 Oreo Big Stuff: Although the Oreo Big Stuff was expected to finish around the same time as The Queen, it seems she needs a few more days to reach her peak. Hang tight for another 2/3 days, and she'll be ready to harvest as well. Patience is key! 🍪⚡ 🌿 Zweet Og: Ah, the beloved Zweet Og! This beauty emits an incredible OG gas funk smell. I absolutely adore it! The estimated flowering time for this strain is 63-70 days, and she still needs a little over a week to reach her full potential. Keep an eye on her progress, as she's worth the wait! 🕒👀🌿 🧐 Drying Dilemma: Unfortunately, I've encountered a challenge with drying The Queen. She's currently positioned on the back left side of the grow tent with a scrog setup, making it difficult to remove her without disturbing the others. It's a tricky situation indeed! 😬🌿🏋️‍♂️ 🌱 Future Plans: Despite this dilemma, I'm overall thrilled with the progress of my grow. No hermaphrodites or other issues have surfaced, which is fantastic news. I'm even planning to embark on another run with The Queen. I already have six clones ready to transition into flowering immediately after this run. Exciting times lie ahead, especially since it'll be my first time flowering clones! 🌼🌿🌿 That wraps up this week's update. Pre-flowers have appeared!! ------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------- Aug 9 Found out the hard way that my ph meter needed adjusting. In fact, now that I think about it, I didn't test it when I purchased it so it may have been off slightly the entire time 😱 Was off by +0.7% Also may have thrips, but I don't see any. Perhaps the white spots on the leaves are ph related? Funny story though, within 10 minutes of having had the white spots pointed out to me, a ladybug flew into the lung room. Caught it and released it into the tent 😈 If I find her corpse within a few days, we'll know there are no thrips! Removed the two affected leaves anyway. ------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------- Aug 10 Ordered nematodes and 30 ladybug larvae, just to be safe. I'm also contemplating setting up a ladybug hotel/lodge for a year round supply of predators 😈 (Hopefully) Chased out the bad ph with a new batch of feed. 6.3%ph and didn't even need PH Min!!
