8/30 - Day 65: All is great. Plant 1 will be harvested very soon, I'm thinking September 6th or 13th... all depends on the trichome development. I have come across a wicked calcium deficiency that I am solving with foiler spray and a little more supplemented in the nute mix, but I don't quite understand what's happening. I will post a question and update with information. I read it takes about a week to fix, so I'm not to worried about it ruining my harvest, it just sucks and I want to fix it. 8/3 - Day 69: Fuck... man... it's CRAZY how much they change overnight at this stage. We are flushing plant 1 (center plant in photos) Sunday, and we will harvest her September 13th, at the latest. I check her trichomes everyday and they are still not milky — so we wait! Colors are beautiful, bright orange and a wonderful violet purple. The sugar is just piling itself on. Smell is average, but if you bump them, or trim a leaf... it gets much, much more potent. The buds are sticky as literal superglue. I cannot wait to smoke. We have been fighting a small CalMag deficiency the past 8 days, but I think we are out of it. Typically takes 6-8 days to see any sort of relief from this, and I haven't seen it spread to a few of the older colas, so that's good! I'll get some more micro shots later this week. Harvest scheduled for September 13th. Flush starts tomorrow - 9/6. Fuck. Yes.

I ended up with 2.5 oz of nice bud and about 8 grams of some very tasty cookes hash rosin. Great plant! I cloned her and am running her clones out side fo the fast flower. I will be washing it all it made some great rosin!!!!

I started brewing a batch of Compost Tea today which should be ready in 24-36 hours, after which I'll give the Wedding Cheesecake FF a treat! 5/19- I'm almost certain that slugs are the culprits of all of the leaf chewing that has occurred. I only wish I had figured it out sooner but, on the bright side, this is a photoperiod and she has plenty of time to recover so she'll be just fine. Once I figured out that I was facing a slug attack, I immediately deployed my favorite defense against slugs and other little soft bodied buggers and their larvae... Diatomaceous Earth. This stuff is death to fungus gnat larvae, along with other pest larvae and will ruin a slugs day quickly! If you look at diatomaceous earth under magnification, it resembles shards of glass and acts as the same on the soft bodies of pests either repelling, or killing them! 5/21- The Wedding Cheesecake is putting out a ton of new growth and has maintained her color and vigor. I have been training her branches through the trellis net as they get long enough and will probably be installing a second net before too long! Our weather has dried out and warmed up so I'm watering daily with well water straight from the garden hose. 5/23- Eight weeks of growth for the Wedding Cheesecake Fast Flower and she just keeps looking better by the day... She's going to be a gorgeous plant! I cannot wait to see her in a month or so... can you? This week i flushing a plant 7-10days and use ice burn then close a light before hardvest 2days

Unsure if this will produce bigger buds before harvest, watching the trichomes now to see when the right time will be. I anticipate her being ready by Christmas, will cut when trichomes are mostly cloudy

Lost my phone so couldn't post I've found it now all is looking good. Had the gavita blasting out the heat and infrared after vegging 5 weeks without any warmth. Using the 50w veg led strip in the corner and the 150w mars hydro led in the front corner. This 5x5 tent I will put the 4x4 up ASAP. First I have to get some more led lights ordered tomorrow and a UV tube from migro. The 4x4 will have either a few panel led lights or a 5x5 led bar light not sure yet what I'm doing but either one its crammed in here. Tomorrow is feed day I will try get some light to the top of the container as the shade is covering most of it since past few days now and I noticed its better to have some light heat and warmth to allow the roots to be warm and not damp in the cold shade. I messed up last time by cramming too many in a small tent. Hope not to repeat this time. I did expect there to be a couple more males this but even the bagseed blue cookies is confirmed female now 😋 I will start a new diary now for that one plant separately

How is it growing, my fun(k) loving friends? ***INFO*** For more on my setup, why it was monster cropped, and how I made the canopy, see Germination page and subsequent weeks. They had 48 hrs of darkness, and the time has come to say goodbye to my friends. I thanked them again, spend some time with them, and under the sound of Amazonian shaman's harvest and healing songs (will post link), asked for their gifts, and apologized for taking their lives. I do this while in contact with the plants, touching, smelling them, observing every detail, no thoughts, just in the present moment. I feel emotional as I do this and remember how they were a companion, a source of distraction in a time of worry, sadness, and loss. How they already comforted me and kept me company in a time of painful insights about honesty, commitment, and staying true to myself. I thank them again for their wisdom and gifts, viva Santa Maria, viva Planta Maestra, may the mother of all beings give us healing and protection. And I proceed with the harvest as I visualize my intentions with every cut. Branch by bud laden branch is tenderly untangled from the scrog net, taken with a clean-cut and immediately hung upside down in the grow tent, which will now double as a curing and drying room. A couple more weeks and we will have the final cured and dried weight. More photos and movies will follow, this is where we are so far!! So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!! I smoke for medical reasons and it's used for ritual and healing purposes, never to be sold, as it loses its magical properties. Should I have to buy Gelato of this quality at the dispensary that I frequent, it would cost me at least € 15,-- per gram. 246 x 15 = 3690 euros. also, 49 car rides of 25 miles there and back, 250 euros in gas saved. Hello to you my dear friends and visitors👋 I transplanted the plant to a bigger rockwool cube on the fifth of september and added some veg nutrients...on September 10th i transplanted the Blue Cheese Auto seedling into a golden cheese grater, that i thought would be my idea for the Tiny Pop competition organized by Seedsman®️ Wish me luck 😊 The bright and lovely TS 1000 lamp from Mars Hydro is set at 55% of power is using about 65 Watt and is hanging at the height of 30cm as the manufacturer recommends. All the best to my fellow growers and friends, keep it growing friends 💪

So day 21 of flower today, major defoliation done yesterday and feed only water and molasses phed to 6.5. The plants look good again but very bare with out the leafs, lots of light can peneetrate the lower buds now tho. Hopefully see some nice growth this week 😀. Day 23 of flower. Been battling humidity these past few days, with the de humidifier on i can get it to 48% so not to bad now, a good purchase lol. Plants are stinking really skunky when you open the room up, but to touch and smell its like pure citric 🍋 lemon. There Starting to put out lots of trichomes now, hopefully I have a good pheno.

27/02/19 - Cant wait for these to be done as I’ve never had gelato before so I feel like I’m missing out 😂 but yeah other than I let them stretch abit taller than I usually prefer it’s all going well, new genetics/nutrients/medium seem to be doing the job. 02/03/19 - Just transplanted all into their final pot, just in time I think as it looked like the roots were starting to circle at the bottoms of the pot, sprinkled half a tea spoon of Mykos on each hole prior to the transplant & fed them 2.5 litres each. I was going to saturate the whole pot but I’ll do that next feeding.

Vegetation Phase - Week 4 The Donutz ladies are cruising through Week 4 in style, with no major changes to their routine. Simplicity is the key: just consistent care, reverse osmosis water, and keeping the vibes steady in the tent. Growth is strong and steady, with no signs of stress or issues. Updates & Maintenance: Watering: Still exclusively using RO water. No overwatering, just light and consistent hydration as needed. Lollipopping: The plants got a little cleanup this week. Lower growth was trimmed back again, keeping the stems neat and focusing energy on the upper canopy. This helps maintain that signature Sea of Green look and primes the plants for fat main colas later. Observations: The plants are uniform, healthy, and stacking nicely. Each one is starting to show its individual character, but they’re all working toward that tight SOG canopy. Marienkäfer buddy is still around, keeping the ecosystem in balance. No pest issues, no drama. Next Steps: It’s all about staying steady and letting the Donutz do their thing. The lollipopping ensures the plants are focused on upward growth, and the stable environment in the tent is creating the perfect conditions for success. Week 5 is around the corner, and everything’s looking set for these plants to keep stacking up!

The Cheese is the Cheese! Mm the smell. Shut my extraction fan off for some vids the other night and when we awoke in the morning., oh my lord. I can't even describe the odor in my home, but the wife sure wasn't happy. I forgot to turn the fan back on. I have done this before but never has it smelled the way it did the other morning. Oh well, all good now. The Cheese trees are happy, as am I. Couple more week and hope they ripen up quickly. These are some beauty plants. Looking forward to trying the cheese, then some crackers lol.
