Super frosty looks good

Right then 7 weeks of flower complete. I'll dive right in to the juicy bits as this week has been predominantly about deciding weather to chop or keep one of my girls going. In the end I chose to do both! As the photos and videos show the plant wasn't recovering so I checked the trichomes and it was actually pretty ripe. A few Amber's on the upper buds. Lowers still undeveloped so I decided to take the biggest and leave the smallest for another week or while ever the plant is healthy. I estimate I've taken around 7oz once dry. Depending how they swell up I'm hoping for a further 5oz of solid bag worthy nugs. Looking nice and frosty, smell is that typical sweet haze with some sour diesel/fruit kick in there. You can see how the photos progress my hands getting covered in resin. Got to give my other 3 some love as they are getting healthier and fatter. I'm thinking another week on one of them and 2 on the others. I'll more than likely stagger the harvest like tonight if it proves worth while. I will update mid week.

Esa familia, finalizamos la 3 semana de floración la verdad que poco cambios en la flor, en verdad odio la autoflorecientes en indoor, me parece que son mejor opción os un Exterior o un balcón pero, ante todo os tengo que mostrar la experiencia con autos también y que mejor genética que la misty gorilla autofloreciente de Zambezaseeds. Y es que entre la variedad y la alimentación que estamos aportando, gracias a AgroBeta están respondiendo bastante bien, en las próximas semanas imagino que empezaré a notar diferencias ya. Ph regulado en 6.2 temperatura entorno a los 26.5 grados y la humedad está en 50%. Sufro de una pequeña placa de mosca del sustrato, a estas alturas poco afectará pero vaya, que sepan que con el calor del verano pues también sufrí algún problema respecto a esto anterior. Me despido entre buenos humos, hasta la próxima semana.

This girl is turning out to be a very impressive Beast exotic colours and her smell at fruitiness it's quite remarkable there's really not much to say about her except that she's cruising through at great speed and looking like she is on steroids remarkable genetics from sweet seeds. This was a brilliant week for plant growth, with some side branches over doubling their height. I added the ScrOG net at the beginning of the week and began some more intensive training. The LST only plants I pretty much just continued to bend. The topped & LST'd plants I removed some of the lower bud sites that were not getting any light. I also removed a few awkward fan leaves that could not be tucked away. The addition of the net has helped with this though, as keeping the canopy even is much easier with the support it gives. I also decided not to try any further cuts on the (half) mainlined auto's. My reasoning is that they have developed strong, independent colas already, so cutting for more would not see much gain. The plants had also begun to flower on the night I went to perform the second cut, and my growing experience tells me not to mess with flowering plants too much so here we are. I gave the plants one regular watering of 10L pH'd water, and a 20L nutrient mix using the ratios stated above. All volumes were split equally between the plants. The scrawny looking blue critical has perked up a heck of a lot, so the weakest looking plant is the LST only on GSC. ZThe strongest plants by far are the ones that have been topped and LST'd, closely followed by the mainlined ones. LST only is definitely great, but it is clearly lagging behind the other two techniques.

I'm amazed how my first grow ended up, I'm excited to see my improvements on future grow! Will update Harvest details once the drying is done!

Flowers still growing, i will let one more week or so before harvest. Giving water only. Flowers are very dense like rocks. Smell is amazing, like fresh sweet grapes with coffee.

She has recovered from the under feeding and sprung back with vigour. The scent on her main stem has returned with lime green foil also the peak of her canopy has split open creating an umbrella shape. Her stem is about 5cm wide and she stands approximately 35cm. She is receiving 500 ml of water each week!

Let’s dive into all the details and talk about the key elements shaping this transition. 48 Hours Dark Period & Transition to Flower Before flipping to flower, we implemented a 48-hour dark period. In my experience, this technique helps the plants transition more smoothly and accelerates their hormonal shift into flowering. It’s a method that has consistently worked well for me, and I encourage growers to explore different approaches to find what best suits their setup. The Power of Reds - Far Red & Deep Red As part of this transition, we have introduced far red and deep red lighting. These are turned on 15 minutes before the main whites and stay on for 15 minutes after. The reason? This simulates the natural sunrise and sunset effect, which helps optimize the flowering response and enhances overall plant development. The red spectrum plays a crucial role in promoting stretch and enhancing bud formation early on. Light Schedule - 11/13 Cycle From the start of flower, we are running an 11 hours light / 13 hours dark schedule. Over the years, I’ve found this lighting strategy beneficial in inducing faster flower onset, increasing terpene production, and ultimately producing better-quality fruits. This is something I personally swear by, but as always, I encourage others to experiment and see what works best for their unique environments. Spending Time with the Girls One of my favorite parts of the grow is spending time with the plants, enjoying some good medicine, and simply being present in the garden. The connection we have with our plants is invaluable, and I believe they truly respond to the energy we bring. It’s a labor of love, and every moment spent with them contributes to their health and vitality. Monitoring with TrolMaster TM + App All data is being closely monitored using the TrolMaster TM + app, and I highly encourage everyone to check it out. Seeing all the details, tracking trends, and adjusting conditions accordingly is a game-changer. If you love data as much as I do, this is definitely something worth exploring. Gear Spotlight - AeroFan Extraction Let’s talk about one of the essential pieces of gear in this setup: the AeroFan Extraction System. Current Environmental & Nutrient Data Water pH: 6.0 Water EC: 1.36 Water Temperature: 16°C (a bit low, will be adjusting soon) Soil EC: 1.44 Soil Temperature: 20°C (decent but could be slightly higher) Maintaining the right balance of temperature, pH, and EC is essential for a successful flowering phase, so I’ll be keeping a close eye on these numbers and making any necessary adjustments as we progress. Harvest day 66 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 18-20 degrees and 55-62% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Let's get to the plant 💚. The growth was great from start to finish. She had no problems at all and also had no problems with animals 👍. I'm amazed at the great smell the beautiful buds give off😀. Of course I cut cuttings and if the taste is as good as the smell it will be grown again ☺️. A final report comes with the Smoke Report.
