Day 36 Flowering: Hi growmies Here we are at the halfway point in the flowering cycle. They will be in full PK swing now and be craving those elements to power more pistils and bud energy. I am giving them their last full Pk warrior 9/18 dosage this feed alongside a 3/4strength Megacrop feed. following feeds will be at half pk 9/18 till last 2 weeks. I am also still using calmag to compensate for the l.e.d and coco leeching that often happens with these combinations. In general they are both very healthy and feeding with no issues I now need to up the watering frequency as they do drink way more now. Mimosa lemon is looking long and lanky still but her potential to fill out over the coming 5 weeks is easy to vision. With her stems all set in place and her projection of where she will join nodes in the coming weeks , I think I need to think about supporting them maybe?. She doesn't have a lot of leaf among the stalky colas and looks very like a long flowering sativa does. Hwr smell is now very clear when touched and even close to the plant, you can smell the limonene from her namesake. A stinky lady is imminent i think. filter at the ready. With around 12 mains all going for Merristem status , she could be a contender for best auto yielder this run. Glueberry is certainly living up to her name if I dare to touch her!!. She is beginning to smell so nicely sweet with a hint of diesel too. I think i did stunt her growth early on with the foolish underwatering error. She recovered really well and does have a lot of buds within her canopy hidden. I will make sure I keep her well aired to avoid any mould issues .

What do I have to tell you this time we are really competitive. The two Darks are spectacular, as I have repeated several times, one is worked with a topping that clones only the central part of the plant in a series of 16 buds. If, on the other hand, you decide to leave other lateral branches, it happens as in the second plant that the center weakens a little but two immense main colas are created. I prefer topping only with the main line but I'm not sure if it's the most productive. Although I did a little misfire with the photos this week, my partner abandoned me but I'm gearing up to shock you last week, don't sing too much victory for super growers and look at these girls well ... The main purpose of chlorophyll is to capture photons of energy. When growth is no longer a priority for a plant in nature, it will naturally sink its "no longer needed" nitrogen and switch pigments to carotene and anthocyanin, which are better-suited pigments for environmental protection rather than capturing photons (growth). This is because of all nutrients used by a plant, nitrogen in its nitrate form is highly stable and required for the rigours of electron capture, ammoniacal nitrogen readily evaporates into the air during cure/dry. The ripening stage is no longer about growth, but the main priority is protecting trichomes and opening up the oxidative capacity of the plant so it can focus 100% of filling those trichomes. Nitrogen in its elemental nitrate form is no longer required during ripening to the same degree as it was; the vast majority of growth is over. Understanding when to shift a plant's focus from rapid growth to maturation is the key to maximizing the trichome quality and terpene profile of the final product. That is the single most important decision you will make during a grow in terms of dictating smoothness, taste, and smell, I have found from my limited years of dedicated and driven study into the matter. Synthetic nutrients maintain a near full nitrate ratio comparable to ammoniacal nitrogen, whereas organic nutrients maintain a supply of ammoniacal and convert only to nitrate what is needed. This is far more beneficial for organic growers when it comes to smoke smoothness, as the higher levels of ammoniacal nitrogen are far easier to dispose/convert than nitrates come harvest, cure/dry with far more efficient margins held within leaf/bud when it comes to conversion to aminos. A good dry and cure can go a long way to a quality smooth smoke, but without a proper senescence sequence or triggered autophagic sink of nitrogen, then you will be asking far more than can be expected from a dry/cure. It's one thing to sink the last 5-10% and convert the last drips to amino acids during the dry and cure, but leaving the plant fully charged with nitrogen in the form of nitrate is simply not going to taste good, no matter how much smoke you blow up your own ass or how long you have been growing. Means nothing. Smoke quality relies on pre-harvest physiology, not just the dry and cure! The dry and cure cannot fix poor pre-harvest metabolic states. A high-quality, smooth smoke requires correct signalling before harvest. While a proper dry and cure can gently soften the edges and convert the last 5-10% of sugars into amino acids, it fundamentally cannot perform magic on a fully fertilised plant. You cannot oxidise stable nitrates (+5 charge) into a smoother state during drying. Ultimately, accept it's going to be a heavy smoke and be grateful, onwards upwards! The way in which ammoniacal nitrogen reacts to carbon sugars is critical in how it acts during oxidation and is responsible for oxidizing leftover sugars that can make the buds smoke harshly. Limited ammoniacal equals limited oxidation of excess carbons held within tissues. Just so you know, it's not an anecdotal rule that's unresolved and unsubstantiated. It's called the Maillard reaction. Signal triggers and stressors. Normally, you can only use 10-30% ammoniacal nitrogen, but as harvest closes, it is beneficial to increase this ratio 50% of ammoniacal as it assists in steering the plant towards maturation. Rather than running 50% ammoniacal nitrogen continuously until harvest, use it in short, targeted flushes/additions (e.g., 7 days) to slow internode elongation and hasten maturity. Use alongside forced larger "dry backs" (allowing the root zone to dry out significantly between watering events). Raising the Electrical Conductivity EC of the medium to create mild osmotic stress. Widening the day-to-night temperature difference and increasing the vapour pressure deficit VPD. How would you like your cola's sir? Arm length, please, no gaps with trichomes as thick as snow.

All in all went well but come home from a 12 hour shift last night to find the temp on 45° and rh was 55 so got signs of heat stress added another fan high up to hopefully get a much better air flow

Day 50 from reciving my seeds and equipment and day 46 since I put her into Coco: 25/Oct/2018: She is doing so well and is in her first week of flowering! I saw massive differences and a boost in her budding thanks to Canna PK 13/14 and for those that suggested I start using it (I started at 0.5ml per L, 3 days ago). Her roots seem to be doing very well (I see fuzz of healthy fungus and microbes on the roots when they sprout out of the fabric pot! Please send any suggestions on my use of nutrients!

Vamos al lío, lo primero comentar, que me dieron gato por liebre, porque esto tiene pinta de rudelaris que tira pa atrás… Van en macetas de 7 litros negras. El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/20 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de floración puse 12 horas de luz, el foco está al 80% de potencia. De momento van creciendo a buen ritmo y tienen un buen color, ya tiraron pelos blancos y van empezando a tricomar, estaban bien enraizadas al realizarle el trasplante se notaba la abundancia radicular. The flower is developing splendidly, flowers are getting bigger and bigger.

So flushed for a week now and harvested all but one plant! Personally think I timed harvest time on a few plants wrong as they seem quite dark! Also picking at fan leaves very late on certainly didn’t help on two of the plants but overall for my first grow quite pleasing but know a lot can be improved on for my next grow! Personally also added canna pk13/14 to late into flowering time Harvest 2 x sensi skunk fem 1 x auto gsc 1 x auto bcn Remaining sensi skunk plant is currently in darkness for 72 hours before being harvested!

Tak nwm co k tomu napsat , holky vypadají den ode dne šťastnější, a já vlastně taky , protože se zdá, že jsou zdravé ,a pěkně pokračují v nakvétání , momentálně jsme ukončili třetí týden květení viz poslední fotky , je tam 2x Mimozz, ty vzadu, mají už krásné čepičky ,takže je přede mnou krásná a nádherná defoliace na pár 10tek minut ,snad neobjevím LOS BANÁNOS 🍌, ta jedna ve předu je Cherrytini, ta nakvétá trošku pomalej ,takže na defo je u ni ještě čas. Tož ať sa vám daří felas,a jestli se vám to líbí tak že dekuji 👌🤝

6/29 I woke with a 100° fever again. All the other symptoms are fading so hopfully all this shit will be done with. I took some pictures and took a video. I was planning on FIMing or topping some of the Sour Moose but I decided to feed instead. The plants don't really look like they need anything which was why I was hesitant. I've fed once and due to the rain I haven't had to water. I fed the photos a pint each of 1tsp Grow Big and 3tsp Big Bloom per gallon. I fed the autos with a pint of 4 tsp per gallon big bloom. I'll check thing out tomorrow and see how it's going. I'm going to need to research autoflowers a little bit more and figure out what I should be doing feed wise if anything. My soil mixture is pretty hot and usually takes photos COMPLETELY through the veg state before showing ANY signs of deficiencies. 6/30 We are supposed to get a heat wave. It was 90° yesterday and it's pretty hot today. I decided to give the girls some water. The bags were still heavy but I wanted to make sure they got what they needed so I mixed up two gallons of water. I gave the clones like a powered bottle each which is 1.75 pints. I gave the rest of the girls half a powerade bottle. The bags were heavy so I didn't want to overdue it. The plants seemed to like the food I gave them. I also decided to FIM one of the Sour Moose. Everything seems to be looking good. I had to go around and tuck some of the branches on the clones under their cage. It went well and it seems like the plants are responding well. 7/1 Another very hot day. It's in the 80's topping at probably 90. Bags seem to be keeping their weight tbough. Normally I would be watering much more but the plants would be far bigger. I noticed two small leaves at the bottom of the 10th planet that have a septoria spot. I quickly exfoliated both bottom leaves that were affected and treated the plant with Plant Doctor at a rate of a half gallon to 1.5 tsp Plant Doctor. The extra 10th planet I checked also had several leaves infected with septoria. That plant was away from the cage and a dwarf so I just pulled it and disposed of it far away in the woods. If after another treatment of plant Doctor I see anything resembling septoria I will cull that one two. It's by far the smallest plant. Substantially smaller than her sisters. I'm not going to fight diseases this year. I went through everything and found a rolled up caterpillar on Rude Girl but luckily I was able to get the tip of the leaf off and dispatch the pillar that tried to escape. I'm hoping the FIM will take on the Sour Moose. Looks like it will. Boy these Autos are flowering like crazy! I watered everything. I mixed up a gallon and I had a half gallon already mixed up. I probably should've held off but everything looked dry despite being heavy. And this time last year I was watering like crazy. I need to research Autos a little more. I know they are significantly different and I'm sure underwatering isn't too good for them but I think they've got enough. 7/2 I held off watering today despite the ridiculously high temperatures. I'd rather underwater than overwater. These aren't like that plants I'm used to having this time of year. I'm used to having trees that are sucking up every little bit of moisture. These plants are significantly smaller and have received TONS of sheet rain prior to this heat spell. Since I watered yesterday (only a gallon and a half and a half gallon on the 10th planet) and the day before I decided against watering them again. Yesterday I just made a small ring around the plants. I've read that it's really easy to overwater autos. I went through everything again and everything LOOKS good. The autos are definately in flower. I'm going to feed when I water. Yesterday Banjo had a branch that looked like it was drooping a little bit but I watered it and now they all look happy. I hope they stay that way. I know it's supposed to be super hot today but I still don't want to over water. I also didn't want to treat the banjo auto with plant doctor. I know those plants are more sensitive and with the ONE spot on a very bottom leaf, I'm hoping that it is just something stupid that I can handle. Especially if I'm careful of how I water and I clean my watering can good. Maybe I'll put some mulch down or something to keep any spores that may be there from splashing up.. I don't know yet. I'll have to think about it. I'm also planning on feeding the autos the next time I water them. I guess it's time to give them a little bit of grow big with the big bloom and the kool bloom. Looking at the recommendation I read it said to feed the autos 2tsp Big Bloom, 1 tsp Grow Big and 1/8 tsp Liquid Kool Bloom. I know these are low does but I'm excited how they respond to the food. It will be nice to have a little early harvest. Even if they aren't real heavy yielders.
