As we enter week five we notice some of the plants pre flowering. But not all so I decide to stick with veg nutrients until all are showing pre flowers. Half way through the week and the rest of the plants are showing pre flowers. Just in time as the plants that had pre flowered earlier on in the week are showing slight Newt burn on the tips suggesting It is time to change to bloom newts which holds less nitrogen. The magnified picture are of the pre flowers forming ( two little fuzzy hairs). Interesting fact: it takes thousands of those little fuzzy hairs to form just one bud.

Started in shot glass with 6.0 150ppm achieved using superthrive and a drop of calmag. Soaked 24hrs, then placed on damp paper towel in Tupperware on a heat pad. Following morning, taproot had formed so transferred to rockwool. With same 6.0 solution. Following morning, they had broken ground. Update, they have developed their first true leaves and were starting to stretch under 7k, so I turned the lights up to 13k then 15k lux and they seem to be loving it. The rdwc has been running for days and no leaks or malfunctions so far. Once I harvest my 4x8 I will be building a similar system in it, but with 2, 2 site totes with the intention of vegging in this 2x4 for 4-5 weeks then taking the entire lid with the plants and putting in the 4x8 tote for flower. Then immediately start 2 more in the veg tent. Keep 3 sets of 2 in 4-5 week rotation and potentially harvest every 1.5 months, depending on how long it takes em to finish of course.

Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! This marks the start of a new chapter, and I’m incredibly curious to see how the plants react to these changes. Here’s the current nutrient mix: • System Clean: 0.5 ml/L • Regulator: 0.15 ml/L • RO Water Conditioner: 0.8 ml/L • All-in-One Liquid: 2.1 ml/L I’m keeping the pH at 6.1 and TDS at 556 ppm, and so far, the plants are thriving. This week also included a thorough system clean, ensuring everything runs smoothly as we enter the final flowering stages. 🌿 Bud Development: Pure Magic! The bud formation across all the genetics is nothing short of incredible. Every plant is thriving, and the canopy is lush, vibrant, and full of potential. I’ve raised the PPFD to 750 for this stage, with temps steady at 25°C and RH at 63%—keeping the VPD dialed in at 1.11. They’re getting close! I could probably chop the GSC and GC but the Gelato has at least 2 weeks to go. I was hoping to bring them all down at once and dry in the tent but I may have to figure something else out. I think this is the most aesthetically pleasing garden ive grown so far. I enjoy all manner of plants and in general the GC is the nicest looking mj plant I’ve ever produced. I’d love a porch full just for the look! Anyways, all these girls are a little stunted from all the cold nights. Dark temps under 60, a lot under 50-55 for most of their lives but they look good, and still very frosty. Never had gelato or GC before so im excited to try them out, thanks for dropping by!

She is doing her thing gave her a good defoliate again to open her up. She had 3 x half ml doses of pk on top of 3ml bloom over the coarse of the week. Pk dropped bloom kept at 3ml. Overall very impressed halfway through this week in the video and boom baby she’s getting there

This girl is doing well bushing up nicely after fimming gone a bit pale so hit her with the Shogun nutes now she's settled put a video up of feed one of ec and one of pH when using Shogun i don't do it that often as it's always roughly the same just when n flower I'll switch the calmag and silicon for a pk and a boost max it goes is 2.2 ec her side branches are coming on well hoping the feed sort her colour out other than hat she seems happy not slow drinking well nice chunky stems will get some better pics when possible thanks for reading happy growing guys

esta es la primera semana con fertilizantes. también es primera vez que uso advanced nutrients. estoy regando con poca agua ya que se demora mucho en absorber por las bajas temperaturas que hay en esta época del año. comenzamos con LST los últimos dias de la semana 3 le eché un par de gotas de limón para dejar el PH un poco mas bajo. cualquier consejo se agradece. ✌️

420Fastbuds FBT2305/Week11 These lovely ladies are getting super close to being done. Getting excited when opening the tent as these two just draw your attention straight to them. Flowers are super dense and smell mesmerizing. Looked at trichs this past week and noticed some amber showing up so I'll wait until I see about 10% until they get chipped and trimmed up to start drying on the rack. All in all Happy Growing
