Nice smoke, still currently curing but will become better with age of course. A strong indica as described and exactly what I was looking for after smoking a bit of Sativa for a while, perfect for a quiet night in chilling on a Friday or long day of work. Would recommend for sure.

Decent week..... flushed the nutes and started again because it looked like I was scorching it! Smell has increased 10 fold and my garage stinks 😂 I had previously convinced my Girlfriend that the smell was actually the plant food, but now she sees me for the liar that I am. Looked under the magnifying glass today and seen milky trichomes and what looks like a couple that are half turning amber. So for that reason (and partly because I’m getting dogs abuse about the smell) I’m going to start flushing from today and move to harvest mid next week 😎

I (pre-moistened) worked in 2.5 gallons of de-chlorinated tap water, with my fingers into this high-porosity soilless growing medium. This variant is very dry, and seems to reject water, until moistened(3cu ft compressed, Agro a5-hp from local nursery). Even after the 2.5 gallons of water was worked in (with no runoff), there was still a dry patch at the bottom of the pot.. I figured it would start to absorb from the wet medium on top, over time. It is now Day 10, and the moistened medium never needed to be watered since day 1. The medium is almost dry enough to be watered (see final picture). Maybe one or two more days. I will poke/scratch the soil daily, to ensure that I wait long enough, to not over-water.

Good week all branches tied and bottoms caught up quote small and bushy with quite a few node sites. Try update some better photos soon. Just switched to 12/12 today, been running 600hps was goin to add another but heats alittle much so ive added two 1000w led photos to follow. Hoping to fill out room more withjn a few weeks of stretch to 12/12.

Switched to my 5 gal pots now, dumped 6L of water into each plant to get the pH back down still waiting for them to dry out a little before the next watering which should be less so next week will have water amounts Height is for the holy punch again. Power flower is still around 1.5"

END OF WEEK 4 FLOWER Seems to be going well, nice to be able to sit back and watch these girls grow :D Had some bleaching on a few of the nugs, so I dimmed the light slightly and managed to raise it an extra 5cm. I also bent a few of the taller stems out from directly underneath. Big Mumma is killing it, some real nice and dense little nugs on her.

So, eventful week. Prior to putting my seeds into my system, my light and rdwc system was left on as I was dialling in the growing environment before placing the seeds as a final home. My only issue was I had a light leak BEFORE putting the foil top covers on the clay pebbles. Long story short, I got algae which ended up turning to root rot. I spotted it very swiftly and did a res change adding beneficial bacteria to the system along with the base products of remo nutrients. A few days later new growth and recovery is taking place. Day 16- Fully back on track, new roots shooting out into the water and the growth rate has picked up as it should. Foliar feeding twice a day for a little boost until the root system establishes a bit more. Huge changes in just a day. Can't wait to see what a week's growth looks like. Really loving the sunset/sunrise feature on the trolmaster, something I got to experience watching recently! Watching by closely to make sure everything stays in track. Stay tuned for the next one 😉

Topped this girl this week. Growing pretty good so far. I’ll be potting up to 3 gal pots next week sometime. I also have a Bison Brew that I’ll be using sometime after transplant.

This plant did not need a lot of defoliation if any at all. I just trimmed some of the lower nodes off as they would not get all that much light once it started to stretch and tied back some of its branches so it was a bit more even. The growth pattern on this plant vs the others in the tent this aorund is completely different. its so floppy and bendy, I have a feeling I am going to need to break a lot of branches come flower time to keep it from sky rocketing to the top of the tent. This will be the last week they are in Veg and switching to flower cycle next week with a 12/12 photoperiod. I was going to try a 13/11 but I wanted to test out the automatic light functions on the Medic Grows Minisun-2, So this will be relieved next week. Been having issues with PH in the medium again and some nutrient uptake. I am thinking I will switch to another brand I have to use up, trip tonic from my last grow on the balcony. Its a bit more complex and not as easy as mix into water and feed but I think its going to help me solve a lot of the issues I am getting. Given this update is a few days late some of these pics are not from today. the clones in the photos above are from the beginning of the week when I potted them up. They have not done well at all and may not make it. can only hope for the next few weeks they pull through. I started a new job, so detailed comments will come shortly once I get some time to fill things out. Mostly I just transplanted at week 2 for the Banana Bombs and week 1 for the Cement Shoes... Honestly the Banana Bomb were already looking kinda root bound in their solo cups by the end of 2 weeks, so the advice that the leaf length to cup diameter seems accurate as they were definitely growing out past the cups. The Cement Shoes had decent enough root development that I had no issues with the transfer, but I also may have been able to wait 3 or 4 more days. It doesn't seem to mind one bit though and if anything appeared to have the least shock and quickest recovery time. Just have been watering and keeping to the light schedule. I sprinkled some diatomaceous earth on the top of the pots on Thursday as a kind of potential preventative. I saw a flying bug go into my tent from my room and was unable to smack it, and the last thing I wanted was it getting some ideas to lay some eggs. Hopefully the two days it was on the top of the soil before I watered deterred it, if it even was a bug that would cause issue to begin with (I had no idea but taking no chances). I will introduce molasses and maybe some other botanical or compost teas in the next week or so, possibly with the addition of some malted barley top dressing. We shall see what time and money allows. I also wish to start some kind of IPM with neem, azamax, sm90, Spinosad, D-limonene, or essential oil mixes. Wanting to stick to organic control of course, so options may not include some things or others. If I can afford predatory mites or nematoads or something to toss in the soil, that might be good too. More research must be done.

Was actually very fun growing it. Gave me some problems since it's my first grow but all in all was pretty easy. I harvested it 2 weeks ago and today I have put them in the jars for curing. Already smoked pretty much a lot of it ahhahaha I must say I love everything from taste to smell and looks.. smooth smoke and even the dry weight was 102 and I had already smoked a week worth of bud from it before taking a reading.. didn't even care how much... Always told myself... I'm just gonna taste it ahhahahaha 😭😭👿🤤🤤 so I guess the outcome would be like about 120g maybe?.. soo happy that my girl made it to the end and soo happy with results. Day 17F-24F (Day 19) Man it’s such a shame that bbb#1 stunted out. It was so damn vigorous until it’s most recent feeding. I will make sure to cut back on teas next round as they can be a wild card sometimes. All 5 plants are packing on some serious early frost. But I’m not seeing too much chunk to the buds yet. My other grow that was flipped on the same day has almost no frost yet so that’s a good sign. (Day 21) Big strip today. I will pull off as many leaves as I need to ensure nearly all bud sites are exposed to adequate light. I’m still seeing excess N so I’m going to water in 2 gallons each until I get some runoff. The plants seem to be up taking water pretty decently so I’m going to push it a little with a heavier watering. Wow do the plants look amazing after that strip and flush! Everything is praying up beautifully, including #3 in the back. Let’s hope that gets it back on track now. (Day 22) I want to give a PK boost but all my bloom nutrients have way too much N and I don’t really want to risk it toxing anymore. I could give it a little bit of 0-18-0 bat guano and some 0-0-15 kelp extract but it could be completely unnecessary. I can’t see any signs of deficiencies but a small surplus couldn’t hurt either. (Day 23) I like how the ladies responded to the thorough watering. I will up my watering to 1 gallon every 48 hours from now on. It sucks to see how short bbb#1 is. I was expecting such a huge stretch but it never came because of that fucking tea! I should have leached the medium as soon as I saw stunting. It’s too bad because it definitely had the most potential for yield. (Day 24) I’m starting to think the main problem with bud size this round is all the topping I did early on. Not to mention they were vegging for nearly 3 months. I will try to pick off most of the larf before it wastes anymore energy. I think the ideal style of growing for bud size and veg time is a semi sea of green, or 6-8 plants per 25 square feet. I’m not a big fan of these giant plants as it’s a lot of wasted veg time and smaller bud size overall. The smell is really ramping up!

Day 5 - lollipopping and removing dead fan leaves. Harvest is very close.

The yield this run was just amazing, the VIPARSPECTRA XS-2000 performed very well, they run so cool, it's just crazy, you can set the lights about 10 inches from your plants at 70% without fear of burning them, sweet seed cream mandarin auto al, always yields very well, this harvest was even better, largest amount from any Auto Flowers yet, I know that you folks that grow DWC can push it a bit better but when grown in the soil the terpenes and flavors seem to be a click better in my opinion. If you have not tried these seeds you just have to, you will not be disappointed!

Sorry for the late update been busy with life. Out of the 5 seeds planted only 2 were female. Im almost at 2 weeks of flowering. Loving the structure didnt top plants at all, every one of em bushed out, did do some super cropping before flip to try and open up the canopy more. Getting a nice fuel smell on these girls even in veg. Some very interesting leaf variegation and sawtooth edges on 4 out of the 5 plants. Gonna do a big defoil in week 3 and try n open her up more
