UPDATE - 24th of February 2020 - DRY WEIGHT & LOVE 56g total dry weight, after I gave them a very nice trim. They started curing in glass jars on 19/2/2020 and are currently between 63-68%RH inside. Burping every other hour for couple of minutes. While trimming some dried buds yesterday, I came across a seed, I couldn't believe it, between 😕and 😆, first time experiencing this, interesting, hopefully she didn't lose a lot of her potency and it only happened late. Learning from this: don't change light cycle. I changed from 18 to 21 hours, thought that was a good idea... All this aside, I am sooooooo in LOVE WITH HER 😍I have never grown such a beautiful plant, excuse the photo spam, she deserves a stage, at least for me 😉I can't wait to try her properly cured and get to learn her whole taste spectrum with the low and slow dried buds. Some of them will be processed to oil and edibles. If I find time, I might document some more. Until then, happy growing everyone, peace 🙏 Tried 2 different drying methods: 1. Regular hang dry: For 7 days in small grow tent, darkness at 50% humidity & 20°C/68F - she was almost too dry after 7 days. 2. Low & Slow dry: after washing & hang-drying for 4 hours, she went into the fridge for 7 days in a paper bag, followed by several jar tests until she was at a steady 68% outside; She dried like this in the fridge for 8 days. I didn't trim her too much, since I want to preserve everything for oils. More details: 16. Nov. 2019 - 13. Feb. 2020 - 88 Days - Grown from Seed Smell of Berries; Pink & Yellow tips; Lots of long curly brown hair; Pink tiny leaf tips on top of buds. I’m in love whooooooooooaaaaaaa. Chop on 13. Feb 2020 - 461g Put in vase with PH water for 2 days in Dry Tent darkness at 50% humidity & 20°C/68F 14. Feb. 2020 Darkness Day 1 - 469g 15. The preflower stretch starded and some future bud sights are starting to show . Plants look like healthy and happy teenagers ! The canopy is even and has almost completely filled out the tent surface thanks to the topping, the lst'ing, and the scrogging : ) I added a second trellis net to support the future BUDS, plants look healthy and happy ! Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

1.4. - I've returned from the prolonged weekend and was shocked how big the plants got. I've had to do some LST to start spreading the branches. Watered 💧 3.4. - Added some wires to spread the plants. Watered 💧 4.4. - Of course that I've managed to break the main stem on one plant. Again! Thankfully, it was not broken off completely and I've fixed it with wire. So I left for a week and had a trusted friend take over watering duties. A few things of note: I was concerned over overheating the grow so I turned the power down to 75% and ran the light up another 6 inches. This had the unfortunate effect of less airflow and cooler temps so I got powdery mildew that I would be fighting for the remainder of the grow. That aside, the plants looked way more mature when I returned home, with nice trichome development and density.

I did some defoliation and low stress trading. Tangie really liked it.

The number of points on a cannabis leaf is primarily influenced by genetics, the plant's maturity, and environmental factors. Grape Guava is an Indica Hybrid. Hmmmm Genetics: The plant's genetics are the most important factor in determining the potential number of leaflets. 10/1 - Happy as ever. Basically on autopilot. 10/2 - Had a fun photo shoot today. Plants are looking thirsty, will likely water tomorrow. 10/3 - Watered today with the usual. Plants are starting to "stack" the nugs! 10/4 - They loved that watering. I'm loving life right now, so are the plants. I did some minor defoliation today to prevent some bud sites from being covered. 10/5 - Another great day for a photo shoot :)

This week made a few oopsies . I gave un-ph’d water to one of the plants “moving to fast” . Started defoliation during this week to attempt to redirect plant energy into establishing a full canopy since flowering has initiated. Whilst defoliating I broke a branch that had to be taped to save it. Humidity went out of whack when I stored 4 prepped 5 gal pots for transplant in the tent sooo I’ve got to buy a dehumidifier bc at one point all my plants fell out in a fit . STILL haven’t filled these pots out, & I’m kinda sure/unsure it’s time to re-amend the soil for flowering. I’m conflicting on waiting until beginning/middle of week 7 so I can flush week 11 & 12 . I think that covers it pretty well Week 5 in the 📚 📕 📖.

The smell is very nice and love this strain to grow🌿💚🍀 Nutrition: not so much, just a quarter of what is asked on the bottle. Smell: plant already have a nice smell, very punchy, skunky, forest fruits Health: nice strong plants, will grow big and flower fast! Red Wine was created by crossing Rozay F2 with Jet A. They are 2 very powerful aromatic Cali hybrids. This exclusive new Cali strain is a very strong and fast flowering indica-dominant strain. It has an aromatic, intoxicating and relaxing effect. That is comparable to enjoying a good glass of wine. Red Wine has an average flowering time of about 7-8 weeks when grown indoors. Día 39(13/08): Abby sexo, mostró claramente los pistilos entonces decidí que era tiempo de pasarla a 12/12 para acompañar su crecimiento, ademas la regué con un bioestimulante de floración y melaza como aditivo. Día 43(17/08): Hoy se regó solo con agua, pueden contarse 7 puntas principales, esperemos que cogollen lindo. Con muchas ganas de arrancar en la 4ta semana a ver esos nudos. También tengo que contar que al sola sexar, sin cambiar el foto período, Abby no respeta días ni horarios, es por eso que seguimos en la 1er semana aunque sea lunes otra vez. Y contando!.
